@barnstorm.  Only priority withdrawals are confirmed within reasonable time right now.   There used to be dips where low fee transactions go through in the past, but unfortunately not in the past days.

Also note:    If you have a decent wallet you can also spent unconfirmed transaction outputs.

Okay, so it's just taking this long.

I did one from 5Dimes the same time and it came through the same day. But it looks like the transaction fee cost me $62!

I'm not in a big hurry so at least I know it is in the pipeline and for a reasonable fee. I'll do priority next time.

Thanks!

@Fairlaysupport

Please Fairlay...you've been holding your customer's funds on the German chancellor contract frozen for several months (no way to trade out since October), and now you have decided it is a void contract.

https://old.fairlay.com/market/who-will-be-elected-german-chancellor-in-2017-1/

Please close this contract up already and release our frozen funds. What is the delay?

Edit: Also, on your post #1502 in this thread, you told someone this is not the place to request closing contracts. I have to respectfully disagree. If Fairlay is not making their utmost efforts to settle quickly, current customers and potential customers deserve to be aware of this. Sorry Fairlay, the customer is always right.

What trollbox were you talking about, anyway?

For the record, this market is still open at Betfair Exchange, with Merkel trading at 1.11. See here > https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/politics/market/1.128390571

Yes but they said in december that the market will be void.

The negociation and the vote for the new chancelor will take at least 2 month. In that time, there is a non-low probability that the price will be far lower.

Do you have plans to have events showing the various sub-markets such as the below example?

It is really hard to go straight to the market I want since I always have to scroll with mouse over each of them to see what type of market are they related to

@Itty you are right. We should have settled it sooner.   Please understand that there are higher security measures for large markets like the one you mentioned.

The exchange to mess up market was unsettled.

Thank you.

Meh.
https://fairlay.com/market/bitcoin-exchange-to-mess-up-before-2018/

Did BTCe return all the user funds?

If not, why did this resolve as Yes?

The question was "Will a major exchange mess up", BTCe did so the result ended as "Yes".. Don't you know what you are betting on before you bet on it?

Unless I'm missing something big here I think all is good with that bet.

Well, they issued these tokens and if they are fully redeemed there is no loss. It's also not clear if customers have a legal claim against the US agency who seized the funds.    On the other hand these tokens only trade at 60% of their face value, so one could consider that a loss.  We need a little bit more time to decide this.

Oops I meant, if they didn't return the funds, then why did this resolve as No.

I think it resolved as No.  But I cannot open the website because Cloudflare has blocked me for the last 20 minutes.

Please fix Cloudflare!

When I opened it up it said it was resolved as "Yes".. Not sure if that has changed after the fact.. Nonetheless BTCe shut down and is no longer operating so it should be considered a "Yes" on that bet considering they failed massively.. regardless of how or why it happened or what is going on now Cheesy.

@Fairlaysupport,  please void the German chancellor contract and return funds to those who wagered on this contract, as you wrote previously in this thread.

Also, please consider starting a new contract for this market until the Chancellorship is decided. Thanks.
