Every bookmaker have different rules about retiring tennis players and how they are counting the match. Some are pushing it, another are declaring the retiring as looser.

Galovic won the first set, but then retired in the third. Bodog considered it a push which is different from Fairlay. What gives?

There definitely is an issue, whether it's just me or everyone, I do know it's been an issue for me the last few days.

Take for instance Europa League matches from 2 days ago. Osijek vs Luzern started at 2:45 PM ET. It's resolution time was scheduled for 11:45 PM ET. That's 7 hours after the completion of the match. 99.9% of soccer matches have a resolution time of 2 hours after the start time. This was not just an isolated incident as almost all of the soccer matches I bet that day had resolution times that were way way off.

And yes, tennis is hard to estimate but again, the Federer/Berdych match started at 11:30 AM ET. Its resolution time was scheduled for 8:37 PM ET. So we're talking little over 8 hours after the match started. I've never seen that before, even for 5 setters.

Soccer match from today Aarhus vs Horsens. Started at 12:00 PM ET. Resolution time 9:00 PM ET.

So again, I ask that you look into this. The Denmark match lost so no big deal in that case, but I do not want to be waiting 7-8 hours for a winning bet to be graded.

There is no issue. In tennis the closing date is sometimes hard to estimate but still it is correct most of the times.

I notice the resolution times are way off. Yesterday some of the EL games did not get graded until 6-8 hours after completion. Same with today, notice the tennis match which just concluded will not get resolved until 6.5 hours later. Hopefully, this is just a temporary issue?
