Feeling quite devastated after the exit by Serbia. They were my favorites and now they are gone. Still can't come to terms with the final result. Argentina not just beat Serbia, but they also defeated them by a good margin. I don't know what happened to them, after such a good start in the tournament. Two consecutive defeats - first one to Spain and the second against Argentina.
Now we are left with just Spain to pose a major challenge to the United States. I don't have much hopes for Australia and Argentina. The chances for US have brightened, and Spain is the only team that could prevent them winning this edition of the world cup. Feels bad for teams such as Serbia and Greece... they fought hard... without any luck.

This was really unexpected... I don't think that it is the time for USA to be the world champions. Now I am going to bet for Spain as I believe they have the strongest team!

Australia will be the black horse in this league. They are underrated this time but they seem unbeatable in their games though. Anyways, I am still rooting for team USA to win it all.
but the problem is sometimes when the game is going on, all predictions are sometimes wrong, this does not happen in FIBA, sometimes in FIFA there is also, I sometimes think that luck is very necessary.
Wow, Argentina, what a game, what a passion. Totaly deserved win. Luis Scola - this old man is still amazing. Campazzo - impressive performance too. Jokic scored 16 points, but not the best game for him, he spent crucial moments of match on the bench.

And all this time I was thinking of a rematch between Serbia and Spain for the finals. That would not happen anymore. The Americans will be facing either Spain or Australia. But who says France will let them pass through to the championship?
Any logic is saying that - the French wont stand a chance against the US team... my money will be on the USA at least.

Yeah, I'm currently watching the live streaming now, Argentina won the first half but Serbia had a good 3rd quarter and I hope they'll be able to continue that in the 4th quarter and win this game. If Serbia will loss in this game, it's one of the major upsets in FIBA and I don't think Argentina will be able to handle the USA in the semi finals match. let me continue watching... LOL...

Thanks mate, been looking for the live streaming, Argentina is leading the game, it's a good time to live bet the Serbians because for sure they will they will make a rally and make this a close game. It still early so they still have time to do it, I like them to to win this this match.

And apart from that, I believe that Australia is going to reach the final match, and why not win the tournament. My initial expectations were with Serbia but I am very impressed by the Australians' performance.
Czech is 2nd weakest team that is still in the competition based on the odds, so it's a big upset if they will beat the Australian who beat the USA during their exhibition match. With the betting odds that are available now, honestly, I'm so tempted betting on underdog team as surprise happens in this tournament, USA being the favorite does not mean they will win easily in the match, if they will have an easy win against FRANCE, next possible opponents are not an easy team to beat for them.

I see no problem with Giannis himself, I have always said, they didn't focused playing Giannis like he plays in NBA, dude sometimes brings the ball up the court in NBA and usually has the biggest usage rate. Here because of his height and power and wingspan, coach played him at center time to time, that is not acceptable I mean this dude can play make and dribble and drive inside so well that he won MVP with those in NBA so let him do it.

You cannot compare the play in the NBA and in this competition because it's completely different, especially the rules, teams that are successful in this tournament are teams that really played like a team.
USA live to what people are expecting them, and they remain the best team for now.
When they said that Serbia and Greece has a chance of upsetting the USA, it seems like the remaining team that can do that which is Serbia have also struggled in the competition.
USA is still the team to beat in this competition and even Serbia will have a hard time dealing with them. As what I said, no matter how hype the other team was and NBA superstars did not join for team USA, they are still the best team out there and would be the champion of this year's FIBAWC.
My opinion on todays matches: Spain is gonna win easily and beat the handicap against Poland - quality difference is just too big. In addition, I think Argentina with Handicap is playable since it is not going to be as easy for Serbia as odds suggest.
