  In my opinion, 5k to 7.5k would make a good required to hold requirement. That would keep pump and dump whales off the board but they would still control at least 20% of the Cap. The amount could even be decided by the board after the the members are placed. Thanks for listening to the community and your active development.

 The Board will be made up of 20 members with 15,000 Fibre Each? That would be like half the market cap if they each had the minimum. Maybe you should lower the requirement for an increased pool of applications. I think a minimum requirement held to stay on the board would be a better fit.

We are considering some options and the rules will be further defined

When whole team will gather today more info will be revealed
