The young player who replaced him in their last games performed more than expected to everybody surprise, it is disturbing to him to think that he will be sitting some of the games out, or not playing enough for him to boost his record. He should not be angry though, if his team wins, it is still considered a win for him, and he will still be remembered in history as a world cup winner, that should be the goal, the success of the National team, and whichever the strategy the coach chooses to adopt in achieving it, Ronaldo should play his role well.

It was surprising he wasn't wasn't the starting line up against Switzerland yesterday and that I think was simply a management strategy of having him come from the bench and possibly would deliver the game for his team if they were in difficulty but that wasn't the case.
The Portuguese team were just exceptional and they had lots of goals to show for it. Even Ronaldo managed to get one goal from an offline position and what a shot it was.

My prediction goes to Brazil. They have velocity, agility and energy to play the whole game without going exhausted. The victory over Spain will certainly provide double motivation for the Moroccan squad. But I think Portugal is still the favorite in this quarter-final match.
