The Brazilian team lost the match because, in fact, they played worse than the French, this is known by everyone who watched the game and the Brazilian coach, Pia Sundhage, recognizes this. The Brazilians didn't lose the game because of a specific play, but many others that were poorly executed.

France actually surprised Brazil in the first minutes of the game with a high and very offensive mark, Brazil felt intimidated and barely managed to keep the ball at its feet and give more than three quality touches in a row... that's it. it was awful. The coach should have made changes in the team or oriented to "cut" the midfield and advance with the long balls straight to the attacking field.

Anyway, we all knew it would be a difficult game, but I believed that the Brasileiras would do a little better. I was betting on the victory of the Brazilians and I was hoping for a draw at least.

Trust me mate, even though they are currently in third place in Group F, in the end they will make it to the next round. Their next opponent will be Jamaica who is currently in second place. They will definitely easily get 3 points from Jamaica and make their positions swapped.

That's what the books say but who knows in this tourney. I'm a betting man so I will probably lay in on Brazil, I might throw it on the under as well. Both teams given their position are gonna play tight and not to make the first mistake. Your right though the loss against France wasn't that bad of a loss.

It's the second bet I've lost in this World Cup, but I'm still in profit Cheesy

Brazil's situation is not so complicated, as it only depends on a victory to qualify and has full conditions to win. But it will be a very exciting game for any Brazilian hehehe

My next bet will be on Norway vs Philippines, goals under 3.25 paying 1.72 odds.
In the matches of both countries there were few goals, and I do not believe that there can be more than a 2-1 for example

Two great countries with experienced players I must say, they both put in some great skills in the field and the two team became equal but at some point, Brazil attacks was not amount to any opportunity talk more of converting it to goals and now they have droped from being early bird of winning their first group match to losing the second match but historically France has always been ahead of Brazil in every match but if Jamaica team has been stubborn goats, they draw their first match against France, if Brazil should mistakenly draw match with Jamaica, then they are done with this turnament.

However, if Brazil reinforce their defensive midfielders and work on their attackers, it will be sleepry match for them because I believe in that group stage, if France comes first, Brazil ouht to have come a second place, they have unmatched up street football teams and most of greatest football of all time comes from that region.

Sure, the Brazilians let two headers through, but is that really a marker of a consistently weak defense? It could be seen as a one-off, especially when considering the high pressure situation of the game.

France's victory was not necessarily solely due to Brazil's defensive errors, but rather the culmination of France's ability to capitalize on them. Those headers could've been saved by a more alert goalkeeper, or they could've missed. The 'what-ifs' in soccer are infinite.

Yes but I still think there is really nothing to worry about for them if they take the last game in their group sufficiently seriously. It has happened a few times during this World Cup now that the favorites played below their maximum and while it sometimes works out, it didn't work out this time. Yet we know this from all the tournaments, whether it is the men or the women, that some of the best teams struggle a little bit, sometimes even hardly make the cut in the group stage and in the end play their top game in the knock out stage and make it very far. Better wake up during the group stage and realize this is not enough than later into the tournament.

Before the match kicked off, I had predicted that it'll be a tightly contested match and it went the way I had predicted but I thought that if there's any team that's gonna steal a win from the match, it'll be the Brazilians but unfortunately for them they weren't clinical enough to convert from their chances and that's why they lost the game to France.
Congratulations to the French team who now needs a draw from their last group game to secure qualification for the next round of the tournament

Both teams are really good but France with this win secured the knockout faze and that is good for them. Brazil will need to win the last match against Jamaica to secure the group faze. They are better then Jamaica but i think anything can happen because that will be last match of the group faze
