Brazilian team do need a shake up and for that they need some experienced coach. Brazil has a good supply of young players. The coach needs to create a new team with youth on focus. The qualifier games for this year are over and they have a whole year to try different things as nothing is more important than the world cup.
They are currently poised to qualify and if improved in the upcoming year, luckily at least 6 of the 10 CONMEBOL team qualifying this time, they would again be a favorite team in the world cup.

In the end, it is up to Carlo Ancelotti to decide whether he wants to go after the big bucks being offered by Real Madrid, or the fame that comes with the coaching role with Brazil. The Brazilian team nowadays dropped a lot in performance unfortunately at a point they were classed sixth in the ranking in CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers out of 10 teams in total.
