New wallet may have a bug in it. Anti-virus software quarantined 2 files, froze wallet. Will not close, or anything.
Something about the port being listened to. And another file. Had to shut down computer to get it to close the new fly wallet.
I will try it again later.

I left off the fact that it was XDE2 and, it came out as Fly (which is undergoing
many positive changes as well).

So I want to let the waters calm. Probably wont move to POSP for a couple of weeks. Lets just sit back for a bit and relax. Its been a rough ride. We can certainly discuss future developments of fly. But for now , no more wallet updates. Im sure you are as sick of them as me, or more. Most importantly, what I do , I do in the best interest for everyone. But I realize now, that this was not the way. I thought that by slowing the dumping to a crawl would allow the buy side to build at a much faster rate, and stop the hard dumping. Sounded good at the time. Lesson learned.

Guys: Keesdewit got us the wallet update that removes ALL fees. Correct, ALL fees of any kind are removed permanently!!.  We need to install this ASAP as its immedate fork. Also, Im sending this to cryptopia now, but it might be a day or two before they install it and the exchange starts working again. I want to say that the issues with the wallet was no ones fault except my own. I should have given up on antidump a long time ago, and kept pushing the issue to the point, that it really started to hurt us. Im sorry for that. My intentions were good, but it just didnt work as planned.

Are we really going to have a limited time 500% POS? As per Woody's sig?
If so, should really boost Fly price really good! POSP is a really good idea.
As it rewards wallet stakers to keep wallets opened. Most POS coins let you
open wallet when time to stake again, then close wallet after staking. Not very
supportive for blockchain network. Anti-Dump has been a real pain in the Arse!
Glad to see it GOOOO! Hope this keeps the wallet stable for many months to come!

You nailed it Ivan. Thats exactly it. We are going to implement POSP, get the wallet running again on Cryptopia by removing all fees. Then from there I will be looking daily to add the latest technologies.

The main issue s working wallet. It s been days since it s broken. After that, I m sure Vegas and the gang will find a way to increase FLY demand.

I agree that if PoSP can be implemented it would be positive. Open wallets to gain coin
age would support the network.

 PoSP gives an advantage to someone who supports the network by staking. if say the target annual inflation is 5%, but there are only a few ppl staling, then they will earn rewards equal to the currency's overall rate divided by the number of ppl staking. for example the CBX annual rate is 2%, but active stakers are currently getting 6-8% returns. On the down side, to be competitive, you may need to be online more often

Your correct Binmon. My intent was good. At the same time, Im man enough to admit that I chose this direction and it didnt work as planned. Ive always been brutally honest about everything, and I think that people know Im an honest guy that will tell it how it is. So, ive given this some more thought, and I feel in my heart a better direction for fly.

The antidump will be removed. Everyone is sick of it.

In place, the Fly wallet will take a new direction, and it looks like this:

I read the alcoin forums every day, and read about the different coins. I focus on the ones that are popular, and try to find out what they are doing to make them popular. So our new direction with fly will be based around the wallet. I want to find technology that has been proven and implement it into the fly wallet. I want to make it the most advanced wallet on earth. So it will be the "swiss army of wallets". We will implement POSP first, then let things settle down for a few weeks while we discuss ideas to make fly the best it can be, and what we can add to it to make it even better. I have seen HODL coin and it seems very popular. I have not read much except to say I saw on their OP where the longer the user holds, then the more they earn in interest. Ours would be on a much smaller scale. As If we give away 4000% it will badly inflate the coin. So these are some other ideas I wanted to add. Weve talked about adding 2FA to the wallet, so that may be another idea. So I want to create a rich , full featured wallet that develops over time, and get more ideas from the community like Groggin posted. We certainly have the devs that can do it, and we are well funded. So there is nothing stopping us from being great!!!

Pokey, as I understand it, your wallet has to be online to earn time credit to staking....if not online, not aging, or maturing coins.  I hope that's right, I know I'll hear about it if it isn't!!

With regards to anti-dump, and future of FLY, I think Vegas said it very well; it has just hurt everyone.   And Groggin's comment about people holding the coin would probably work just as well as any anti-dump feature.  Plus, I know people's plans/circumstances change over time, and should it become necessary to sell, their hands shouldn't be tied. 

I think the most important thing is having a working wallet 99.9% of the time; it seems the anti-dump (and maybe other features, i don't know) has caused just the opposite.  So "if the eye offend thee, pluck it out"  .

What is POSP?  I have never heard this term before?

Thank you Groggin for a great suggestion!!! I have suggested POSP to Griffith, and he glanced it over and said it wouldnt be too difficult to do. So , I certainly like your idea, and I want to move us in that direction.  Thank you Groggin, you have always been with me in the good times and the bad.

So , Ive really been thinking a lot about fly and the wallet situation and thinking a lot about the past 6 months. I want to discuss the "anti-dump" feature. I am strongly thinking of removing it for good. Based on results, its not helping us. Its hurting us. I am always looking at the gauges and  signals that tell me if im taking this is in the right direction or not. Creating the antidump feature has created more problems than its solved. First I dont want to blame the devs. I was asking them the impossible. They have worked tirelessly to try to create this feature. But at the end of the day, its causing misery for everyone. I mean everyone. So I need to get with my team, and see what their thoughts are on removing the antidump. The good news is I have the funding and the talented team to create anything you guys want. Ive thrown many ideas out there, but I still havent "hit the target". I need to bring demand to fly as much as possible. Fly needs to stand on its own. So thats the direction im looking. I would encourage any of you that have creative minds to input your ideas. I would rather see some unique ideas. Fly will still become something very special and unique, it just needs to find its place and reason. The best suggestions are going to be some sort of service that is not already existing, and there is a need for it.

Some ideas I thought of and the payment would be in fly:

1. Compiling mac wallets
2. Selling seed nodes
3. We did create a site that would email people when a new wallet is released of their choosing and they would pay say 10 fly a year to get an email upon release. But there didnt seem to be much interest in this.
4. Selling massive amounts of of hashpower rental
5. People did seem to enjoy the additional rewards of superfly for social media. But that got kind of old.
