We will feel strange with Man City's result. That's because so far Pep has been able to perform well and does not have a bad record like this year. With great financial backing and fulfilled players who want to make Pep like the perfect angel. But this season is a little bad, Pep has struggled to compete in the EPL and UCL. Man City has difficulty without the ball, Pep's strategy has been read by Man City is difficult if he gets high pressing from the opponent. In fact, I saw that Man City's defense was very weak when losing to Tottenham. The player injury factor also makes it difficult for them to develop the game. This condition does not seem to make fans and management angry, I read that Pep's contract will be extended.

If Pep does not agree to extend his contract with Man City, it is like he left Man City with a bad name. Now his job is to create momentum for Man City's revival. If it is felt that the points are far enough from Liverpool and it is difficult to catch up, then they can target other trophies. Pep will be responsible for this, therefore he did not leave Man City and is ready to prove everything. Pep will not let this losing streak continue.

Some would argue that Man City's recent performance has been bad without Rodri, and if Guardiola also thinks so, he will desperately try to keep Rodri from leaving, and as I know, when Guardiola extends his contract he has a request for Man City not to sell Rodri. But if Rodri decides to leave the door open to Real Madrid, I don't think Man City could prevent him from leaving because when the player is no longer comfortable that could create tension in the dressing room.

But still, all of this is still a rumor, and until Real Madrid actually makes an official offer or gives another statement, then the speculation will keep growing.

But, I'm not really sure that Pep will let Rodri go, especially considering Man City's current condition. Let rumor be spreading and make this transfer market more exciting.
So many players want to go to Real Madrid according to the media. Even if it's true, I don't think Rodri will leave as long as Pep is still in charge. Even some players who leave come back to City because Pep is a very good coach. Maybe things will be different if Pep goes to Madrid, though I doubt it will ever happen.

Speaking about Pep, I checked out Twitter and it seems like after losing to Tottenham the tag #PepOut is trending again. It's funny since the people behind that tag are likely not a City fan. Even if they wanted to kick him out, I don't think there's a good replacement to fill his shoes.
Pep is a coach who usually will keep his mainstay players as long as he is still the coach of the team, so I agree that this player will be one of the players that Pep Guardiola will keep.
Regarding the hashtag out aimed at Pep Guardiola. I agree that it came from people who want to see Manchester City slump. Because it is too soon when they are really Manchester City fans to make a hashtag like that. With what has been given to Manchester City, it is extraordinary and it should be remembered that this season Manchester City started not well enough.
Guardiola has led Manchester City to many achievements in the Premier League so far, so indeed a bad season like this one will not affect the trust of fans and management to keep hoping and extend Guardiola contract as a coach, as Guardiola said if in the last 8 seasons, this season is the worst season of their with consecutive defeats but I don't think we will see #guardiolaout  of Manchester City supporters Currently, because he is one of the best coaches in the world,  Guardiola have a high Loyalty to his mainstay players and even before receiving a new contract, he asked Manchester City to keep Haalaand and Rodri in their squad for as long as he coached, besides that he also asked the management to bring in Zubimendi (Real Sociedad) and also Musiala (Munich) to be recruited in january later.

Indeed, Man City's performance is really bad, even this time they were slaughtered by Tottenham again and again, losing in 5 consecutive matches, it's irony and a new bad history for Pep Guardiola. Man City must find a backup that is indeed competitive, ready, and ready to strengthen the club. Moreover, rumors about Rodri's departure are increasingly emerging, although it is unknown whether it will really happen or not.

I have never seen Manchester City having such horrible streak so far. They conceded 13 goals in those 5 games if I'm not wrong. Just horrible...

The first time in Pep's career to get five consecutive losses in a row. This never happened to him since the start of his journey as a professional coach. I think he's still feeling so chill despite getting a bad record for the first time in his coaching's career.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

About Rodri topic, I also am curious about his future. He is leaving the door open for Real Madrid which is quite natural. But he is still a critical player in Manchester City midfield. Guardiola would do his best to convince him to stay. I don't expect Real Madrid to give up easily though. They are building an incredible squad these days. Seeing Rodri and Vinicius Jr at the same team would also be interesting after the recent incidents related to Ballon d'Or.  Smiley
Rodri has confirmed he didn't wanna to talk about his future until the end of his contract. His contract ends at 2026, and it's still long way to go. There will be many things can happen until 2026. If real madrid will able to find someone who could properly played at his position, they don't need him.

For a manager of Pep Guardiola's status, I wasn't expecting him to extend his contract with Manchester City knowing fully well that the club is currently facing legal charges for alleged breach of transfer rules and if they're found guilty, they'll be relegated to the second division of English football. I think his decision to stay and even promise to remain with them should they eventually face relegation is a testament that he actually have a very good relationship with the club management and fans. Manchester City is currently struggling in their games but I trust them to bounce back to top form in no distant time
This club has experienced many demands for years but it is still difficult to prove it, I have read the news which says that this case must take a long time so maybe when this problem has become a conclusion maybe Pep Guardiola is not at Manchester City.

I'm sure Pep Guardiola has considered this contract extension, maybe he is ready to accept the consequences if it is proven wrong in the near future and relegated to division 2.

But now Pep is only focused on their project to build a better club, and I believe Pep can return things to normal.

Rumours have it that Manchester City's current poor results is as a result of Rodri's absence from the team as many believes the Spaniard is the engine room of the team and one of the major reasons they've been successful since he arrived the club so I don't think Pep Guardiola would want to lose such player. Real Madrid is the most successful club in the world so it's very normal for a player to want to want commit his future with them but considering the recent fallout between Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr and Rodri, I don't think the Spanish and European champions would want to bring the Rodri to the club.

The arrival of Amorim certainly makes the Management have to understand what he wants. I heard that Amorim will move a lot to strengthen the team in this transfer season. Reportedly, Sporting Lisbon defender Ousmane Diomande will soon join Amorim at Man United. Actually, Man United competes with Man City, but Man City's problems make Ousmane not want to take much action with his future.

Source: https://www.skysports.com/football/transfer-paper-talk/12709/13258103/ousmane-diomande-sporting-lisbon-defender-favours-move-to-man-utd-rather-than-man-city-paper-talk
It seems that Ruben Amorim intends to bring some Sporting players to join him at Manchester United because Sporting has some good players in it, proven when Amorim trained this club the players could fit in very well with his coaching scheme so Ruben Amorim really wants to recruit the players needed to be able to build Man U club. Not only Ousmane Diomande who is being targeted by MU, it is known that Ruben Amorim is also targeting Sporting striker Viktor Gyokerez, a striker who is quite productive at Sporting and as we know Man United's front line is not very good at the moment.

This is just a mere speculations, and even though it might be possible that Rodri might said that, but I am very much positive that it's not now, not even three seasons to come, because Manchester city is very much aware of how important Rodri is too them, so letting him go to real madrid wouldn't look ambitious on their own part, so I believe that before something like that is even considered, it would be that Rodri will have past his prime, which is like three to four years time from now, but as for now, it's just speculations, nothing more.

Because we all know how important he is to this Manchester city side, just because of his absence due to injuries, look at how they are struggling, so I believe that Manchester city isn't stupid to that extent of letting him go when they all knows that he is the brainbox of the team.

Not all players will go to Real Madrid as the rumors say because they also consider playing hours and I don't think that will happen. Regarding Rodri, maybe he will become a Real Madrid player, but to what extent is Manchester City willing to let him go, especially in the current condition of the team which is not good. Pep Guardiola will definitely keep Rodri because in his current condition he will be a much-needed player. It is still too early to say that Pep Guardiola has failed as some people have done and they should give support so that he can be much better in the future.
When a team has a lot of star players who currently have quality talent, the team will end badly. Because each player will have the same high selfishness to achieve better achievements and no one will give in.
On the one hand, I really don't believe that Rodri will go to join Madrid because I also believe that Ancelotti will not bring in a player who is quite old and has had a serious injury. And Man City will also not possibly release the player. Guardiola will definitely consider all of this.

In the past, Victor Osimhen had made clear his intentions to play in the English Premier League but his desired destination was Chelsea but since the London club couldn't meet his financial demands during the summer, a move to Manchester United I think is possible. Joshua Zirkzee since he arrived Manchester United have struggled to announce himself so if he'll be sold to make space for Victor Osimhen, then i think it'll be a great move for Manchester United. Under new manager Ruben Amorim, I think Victor Osimhen will flourish effortlessly.

In my mind,  Josh Zirkzee has not struggled,  at least he is a great player when it comes to handling the ball with his legs, he ismore fun to watch than Rasmus Hojlund. He knows how to drop deep and link up with his wingers,  the only thing I want him to do is to up his pace because that of the seria A and the premier league competition are completely different. For now, I don't see him going,  I hope he can stand out and fight for himself.

In the end, the best player will play in Real Madrid because Real Madrid is the biggest and strongest team in the world.

Rodri want to show if Manchester City without him, Manchester City will be nothing. He can ask crazy amount salary in order to Manchester City can't afford to pay his salary, on the other hand Real Madrid have unlimited money and able to spend whatever Manchester City ask.

It comes from Arsenal fans because they're jealous Pep not become their coach.

We should stop exaggerating players' market values; Wirtz isn't worth anything close to €100 million yet; he only had one good season and a good performance in the EUROs, but he hasn't done much this season to justify that price tag, and Bayer will not let him join another team in the middle of the season; what Pep desperately needs is DM backup for Rodri so they don't have to rely on him too much.

Guardiola is a genius and he knows it, but fact of the matter is that he is still a human being and he can lose! And he does.

But I ask myself what his next stop will be. Will it be a new club or a national team?

Personally as an ambitious man who has managed the great club teams in the world of football and as build or polished his portfolio over the years as one of the greatest managers of all time I think he will like to cement that status further by taking a national team role. Guardiola himself had hinted on one day been the coach of his country Spain as he believe it would be an honor but right now I don’t think Spain need a coach at the moment because of the success of the current one, as for Brazil the role is somewhat tricky as the national team fans still prefer their own country man to manage them.

Should Pep guardiola manages a national team and wins an international silverware then that will be the icing on the cake for his stellar career and will definitely place him as the greatest manager of all time, something I think he hiddenly cherishes. Moreover if not national team I don’t see him taking any coaching role.

If you look at the leagues he wouldn’t be moving to any new league aside the ones he has simply been too and he is such a man that he will never take a rival job so I think club football managerial role is done for and either a national team manager or a federation president role or even leaving European football to other continents

While we were all thinking Pep Guardiola was going to leave Manchester City because of the recent bad performance we saw from this coach in the Premier League but it seems Guardiola is going to stay for a longer time. So far Guardiola achieved many titles with Manchester City which made the team and the owners happy however so far during this season he hasn't had had the same good performance anymore but still, Guardiola said he is going to stay there.
Since Manchester City wanted to prove their trust in Guardiola, they extended the contract of Guardiola for 2 years until 2027.
