I believe the best way to improve would be just take a deal when there is one, but keep working until there is one. What is he going to do if he leaves now? No way!!! I don't wanna see Ten Hag joins in Roma. I know, he was great at Ajax, then terrible at Manchester United. The problem is that he was good at United after he spent 700 million. Roma will give him far less than it.

Even with 700 millions, he never won major trophy at Manchester United.

We have a better option than Ten Hag atm. That's Montella, and i'd prefer for them to go for Montella. He's far experienced to handle Roma, i think he won't be another flop to be signed as a new coach. Also, all of roma fans wanted Montella's signature asap.

That's the hardest part of taking over a team isn't it? Try to see how the inside looks like. That way he could learn more about locker room, the leaders, the alphas, the betas, what's going on in drama between any, basically all around just gossip about the team isn't it. That's why I believe that we are going to see the situation change a lot if Ruud stays, that would allow Amorim to learn more about the team very quickly, instead of learning himself.

It is really important that Van Nestelrooy has to leave Manchester United. I know many people thinks that Amorim should have let him stay as part of his coaching crew. But for Amorim to have total control over the players, Ruud needed to go. It's just like having two captains in one ship, it will never work. With the good results that Ruud Van Nestelrooy has recorded in the short time he has been in charge, he will see himself more like a head coach than being assistant to Amorim. So there is likely going to be division in the team. Especially if the results are not going the way fans expected. Many of them will be calling for Ruud to take over.

And for the fact that Amorim and Ruud haven't worked together in the past and they have no history together makes it more complicated to work together. Amorim needed people who he can trust, and it's a good call that he made, by making it clear to Ruud Van Nestelrooy that he is not needed as part of his coaching crew. Maybe in the future Van Nestelrooy will have the opportunity to manage Manchester United.

It looks like Roma management should get eye treatment at the moment for not being able to see a better coach for them, so far Roma has a pretty good squad and they only need a good coach to be able to return them to the winning track, but if they choose and recruit Ten Hag as coach of course it is likely that they will be even worse than what we see now, When ten hag got a big financial support from manchester united to build his squad, but he still failed make manchester united better at this time, then roma with bad finances and may not be able to support ten hag with big money and hope they return to improving in the league?

Manchester United gave Erik Ten Hag enough chances. I think Roma should sign a young manager with potential. Also, I don't think Erik Ten Hag will accept Roma's offer. Roma is a more difficult team than Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag failed at Manchester United. If he now adds a second failure to his career, it will raise a lot of questions about him. Left to me, i think Ten Hag could possibly make name for himself in Roma, i don't see Roma being more tougher to coach than Manchester United. In the premier league there are other coaches who are much better than him so that isn't where he should be putting his energy on. With Roma he can compete in the Serie A and shift the team from 12th position to 4th position before the leagues end.

Although the pressure will be too much, and he might be affected with the fear of falling as the third coach who have failed. Honestly, this a good opportunity for him, he should up his game and accept the proposal.

They are looking for a replacement for Ivan Juric but in the meantime Roberto Mancini is yet to take over. Under consideration the club is looking out for Erik Ten Hag if he would be the new coach to bring revival.

The thing is after all he did in Manchester United, do we think he is qualified to be Roma new manager? Whats your take on this?
