After 8 years with Mark Robins, Coventry City sacked Mark Robins. The 54-year-old Mark Robins managed to bring Coventry City from League Two to the Championship.  He also managed to lead Coventry to the 2022/23 play-off final and the FA Cup semi-finals last year. But this condition did not make the management, so there were rumors that they would work with Frank Lampard. There were indeed several letters coming in and Coventry was ready to conduct selections and interviews to get the best coach. Coventy's condition is not good at the moment, they are at number 17 in the provisional ranking.

Amorim should have accepted Van Nestelrooy as one of his coaching staff or whatever, at least let him be by his side. Van Nestelrooy knows what he has done to create that lost understanding in that team to make the players to be much more flexible than they were when ETH was there, we could see how sharp the guys are now, playing as if they are the ones at the top of the table, to me Van Nestelrooy brought in so much energy to the team to make it stronger and if care is not taken this new coach Amorim will struggle a bit before getting it right, I hope he won't be hyped like they did to ten Heg.
Before the announcement I was expecting Ruud to accompany Amorim but now it has been confirmed that Ruud and 2 other former Erik Ten Hag staff are leaving Manchester United. Amorim and Ruud have had discussions and it is possible that there is a disagreement so Amorim prioritizes his staff. I don't mind if the result is better. Amorim already has a lot of plans in place and Ruud concept is not on his radar.

Mourinho is a good coach with high level of experience. Any club that Mourinho is not coaching without good results is because they didn't succumb to what he requested. Did you see what Roma is passing through currently, I bet you they are regretting that they sacked Mourinho who gave them their first Europa league trophy, and brought light to the club. Since Mourinho got fired by Roma's management, because he asked for new players, Roma performance have declined drastically and there is no coach to revive them yet. If Newcastle gives Mourinho the chance to get his players of his choice and gives him the total support he needs, he will add a significant value to the club.

Moving to the Turkish League after leaving Manchester United is the reason why many people believe Mourinho is washed. IMO I don’t think Mourinho is past his prime. He may have not had the kind of success he’s known for in recent years but Mourinho is still a very good manager and he’s up there with Pep Guardiola and Klopp. I hope he does great things at Newcastle as they could be the right club where things are going to click for him.
Well I don't actually think that this particular deal is not  going to come to reality because the hierarchy of Newcastle united will definitely think that hose Mourinho has past his prime, though I may be wrong, but if  am truly right, I don't think they will ever consider hiring him as the manager of Newcastle united, they might want someone more younger and in his prime.

But if in any case that Newcastle hired him as their manager, this will be a major plus to the Newcastle side because he is a proven winner and am very sure that jose Mourinho wouldn't stay at Newcastle for two whole season without winning anything with the kind of resources they now have, it can never happen.

I have to admit that the presence of Ruud Van Nestelrooy will be quite helpful for Amorim in implementing his format in Manchester United. Ruud can provide many important notes about the progress of each player and can continue his positive trend in Amorim hands. So this kind of relationship must be really maintained to maintain stability while adding to the scheme that Amorim will implement.

He moved to the Turkish League after being fired by Roma, there Roma did not get what they wanted after the dismissal, no club wanted to recruit him (from the big leagues) and finally he accepted an offer from Fenerbahce, but here he also did not escape criticism from many fans who were dissatisfied with Mourinho's performance in the European League, even though if observed further, the strength of their team is actually not better than the strength of the team from the popular leagues, they should realize that recruiting an experienced coach is not enough but also giving the coach the freedom to build the squad he wants.

It will be good if Van Nestelrooy stays back, he has this good managerial ability in him that when they pair together can make Manchester United very great again. Amorim may have a more good record than him as a manager since he’s just an assistant manager all along but this few games he’s coached Manchester United have been great and I wonder why he didn’t make Eric Ten Hag to implement his strategies when he was still around and working with him. I feel Van Nestelrooy can also stand by himself as a manager to coach a team but maybe it’s not just yet time for him to be given such position at Manchester United. He would now either chose to work under Amorim or get another job elsewhere in another team.
Manchester United is a big club and has the financial strength to get any club they want. The club doesn't want to gamble with any coach, this might be why they went to a coach like Rúben Amorim who is experienced and has good results. Ruud van Nistelrooy would have been a good assistant for the new coach since he has proved that he has the tactical knowledge to manage a team. Winning three games and drawing one in four games is a worthy statistic.

But the club just confirmed that the Dutch Manchester United Legend has left the club after the arrival of Amorim. Other Erik Ten Hag's backroom staff such as Rene Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar, and Pieter Morel have also left the club. Reports have it that Amorin will be adopting 3-4-3 formation for the games against Ipswich Town after the international break and this might be strange to the team

Is that even confirmed? As far as I can see this is just a rumor and even if Howe is sacked for whatever reason, some fans probably won't like it. At the very least I already saw some negative comments from NUFC fanbase accounts. Some even question the journalist who dropped this issue on the Guardian, saying that they have an agenda against How or NUFC. If anything the fan wants the club to support him more with new signings in January instead of dropping him for a new manager. CMIIW.

I don't think Ruud Van Nistelrooy would want to be Ruben Amorim's assistant. I think Ruud Van Nistelrooy had a better career as a footballer. Of course, in terms of coaching career, Ruben Amorim has had a better career. Ruud Van Nistelrooy is 48 years old. Ruben Amorim is 39 years old. This might create ego problems. I think Ruud Van Nistelrooy will leave his post or take a more passive role in the team. But there is no doubt that when the time comes, Ruud Van Nistelrooy will be at Manchester United once again.

I also don't believe that Nistelrooy will be an assistant or something like that, most likely if he stays he will be in an administrative position. Amorim is new, and Nistelrooy has already won 3 games with United. Amorim needs to take full control and it's not even a question of ego. The powers of those responsible must always be as clear as possible, without any unclear schemes where one comes and the other seems to leave, but not completely.

I think if Ruben Amorim finally decides to work with Ruud Van Nisterooy, it'll help him get a clear picture of the team and the best way to bring the best out from the players. As a former player of the club who had the opportunity of managing the team in just four games, the Ruud Van Nisterooy was able to win three games while drawing one so I think he'll help the new manager in making good choices. Since Ruben Amorim said he'll speak with Van Nisterooy and decide on the next move for both parties, I think it'll end in accepting to work with him since the Dutch man had already said that he'll want to stay and help the club if he gets the chance

According to the news by The Guardian, The Portuguese Jose Mourinho wants to return to the Premier League in case Newcastle manager Eddie Howe leaves the team. When we think Fenerbahce fans aren't satisfied with Mourinho's performance too, they would want this transfer to happen the most. Smiley Mourinho was a great manager in the past but I think he can't adapt to modern football.
I think he will join Newcastle United soon, because Newcastle United currently in bad perform, any teams will consider the popular one.

Yeah Mourinho is already finished, IIRC when the team he managed not going well, he will start to blame either the team, player or the league. Just like recently, he blame the Turkish league because it's too dark.

After he leave Chelsea, he's not successful anymore, since Newcastle isn't a strong team, I speculate he will not able to change anything.
If Jose Mourinho decides to move to Newcastle, Fenerbahçe will certainly miss his presence maybe not at first but they surely will just as Roma are missing Jose Mourinho currently.

Mourinho is one of the best managers in the world, his nickname “The Special One” was given to him because of his success in Italy and England. Mourinho also had success in Spain. His advanced knowledge and experience could make Newcastle a title contender in the EPL.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy had one goal when he came to Man United, which was to become assistant manager and contribute to making Man United better, and he had also emphasized before that he did not want to become a permanent coach. If I'm not mistaken, he even hopes that he can still help Man United rather than become a coach at another team. But still, everything seems to be determined by Amorim. if Amorim really needs Nistelrooy then I think he will stay at Man United.
That statement of he is only in Manchester United to be their assistant coach is not true, he is a good coach that can do better on his own, but knowing that Manchester United’s job is too big for him and he will not get it since they had a coach already was the reason he settled for less, and he also made it clear that it is only in Manchester United that he will settle as an assistant coach because of the passion he have for the club, but he cannot settled down as an assistant coach in any other team.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy Really showed some good qualities, he will be a good coach if he have a team with good players, this performance can earn him a team anytime soon because he make the team better than when Ten Hag was managing the team; however, I will also like him to stay with Amorim to make the team great again since he has already know and have good relationship with the players.

The problem is whether van Nistelrooy wants to become Amorim's assistant coach later because seeing from the current conditions even though he is an interim coach but his performance and quality are actually still quite good and that is evident from the 4 matches he did he managed to get 3 wins and 1 draw which in the end this situation is difficult to happen in the Ten Hag era.

This is another consideration for van Nistelrooy although there must be a condition where he will definitely think about this especially it is Manchester United which incidentally has its own closeness to van Nistelrooy but on the other hand I think he must also expect a head coach rather than an assistant coach so this is another consideration for van Nistelrooy later.

Apart from all that as long as Manchester United's performance is improving it is very good and the decision in the end rests with van Nistelrooy of course. Amorim has now completed his farewell match with Sporting and it seems that now it is just a matter of waiting for him to come to Manchester United as the new coach there.

Many people expect Nistelrooy to stay at Man United and become Amorim's assistant because Nistelrooy showed good performance when replacing Ten Hag. It should indeed be beneficial to both parties, as Nistelrooy can continue his genuine role and it will be easier for Amorim to approach Man United players with the help from Nistelrooy.

But still, it can't be forced, especially if both of them do not share the same vision, so it would not be surprising if instead of getting good results, Man United could end up slumping again.

I am not sure if it will be good for United when the two managers will be together. I would rather see Nistelrooy coaching another team who might show his achievements again. It would be better than him being in the shadow of Amorim in the team. Nistelrooy can be successful with another team, he has to show that. and Amorim has to show that he has the ability to continue United's good performance with Nistelrooy in a short time. We will see soon, hopefully, everything will be good for Amorim and United. We don't want to see another sacking drama anytime soon and the fans will say bring Nistelrooy back to the team.
I completely agree with both of your opinions. But have you ever thought that all MU players actually want Nistelrooy to be the permanent coach?
I had this thought because MU experienced a huge improvement after Nistelrooy took temporary control as Man United coach. And I also thought that if later when Amorim started to become MU coach and Nistelrooy became his assistant but the team's performance declined again, I was sure that what I thought was real.

Ruud will be of big relevance to the red devil's coaching officials. He seems to understand the right way of motivating Man U players. Their win against  PAOK sealed a certain unbeaten assurance on Van  Nistelrooy, which places him as a competent manager for the team. Handing over the team on Amorim's watch, alone, won't change Manchester United's fortune rapidly.
No one has the decision to make if Van Nistelrooy should leave United or not. It's only him that can decide for himself if he would stay or leave, because cause from what I read, it seems Amorim would love to work with him, instead of letting him go like that, because he has more experience about the club and the players capabilities. I would have love both of them to be in the club, so that they can put their heads together and reform the club so that it wil reach a greater height of success in future.

Ruud with his techniques has proven success for Man U. His urgent exit won't help the players especially those he motivates. Football is more of friendship and good relationship between the team. Which deeds, stirs up the believe to outshine.

When a key player leaves, the others will feel his absence as a loophole. The red devils need one thing; more victories. And the chances of retaining good result, is also dependent on the contributions of Ruud.

Amorim replied that he needed to talk to Van Nistelrooy first. I think that if he wanted, he could leave him in the team, a place in the coaching staff could be found, but what role could he offer him, and would Van Nistelrooy be satisfied with it? In any case, it would be good for him to spend at least some time in the team to bring Amorim up to speed, but it would also depend on Amorim's decision, everything is in his hands now.

By the way, Roma is again left without a coach, for the second time since the beginning of the season, too frequent changes also have a bad effect on the team, but it is time to end these experiments with coaches and choose someone from whom they can really expect great results.
