Bernardo Silva is indeed rumored to have obtained permission from Manchester City to be taken by Barcelona this month. But as usual, waiting for an offer that is commensurate with the rate set for a Silva so that Barcelona will again show that their finances are really better. Now starting to show a bright spot that the seriousness of Barcelona can not be underestimated.
Personally, between Bernardo Silva and Barcelona, it is reported that an agreement has been reached. Manchester City until now wants to keep Silva strong to survive because Bernardo Silva was a key player for Pep Guardila in winning the Premier League trophy last season.

If Barcelona manages to bring Bernardo Silva from Manchester City, this will be an advantage for city rivals Manchester United in hunting for Frenkie De Jong's signature, which until now they are still patiently waiting for De Jong.

Roma are very close to finishing the signing of Andrea Belotti now. I wonder if Mourinho is thinking of a game plan that there are two forwards in. Because with this transfer they are going to have five forwards in the team. Maybe they can play with 3-5-2 formation. Belotti will be a really good addition btw. He is a very capable striker and can help the team become more effective in scoring goals. They are aiming high this season so this is one of the good moves for that.

Aaron Ramsey, midfielder for the Wales national team, has left Juventus and joined Ligue 1 side Nice.
A week after severing his contract with the Bianconeri, the 31-year-old signed on as a free agent.
Ramsey spent three years with Juventus after his contract with Arsenal expired in 2019. However, he had difficulty adjusting to life in Italy and made just three Serie A appearances in the previous season before joining Rangers on loan.
The style of play in England and Italy is quite different, so it is difficult for players to adapt and adjust, in Europe the age of 31 is no longer productive for some players, so it will be quite difficult to find a new club, Aaron Ramsey played quite well in the Arsenal shirt, but when he played at Juventus his name was getting dimmer, this time proof was needed, regarding the quality of Aaron Ramsey.

If he fails to shine, then his career will be increasingly questioned, especially since he is no longer young for now.
In Europe the rules for players are very strict because indeed they give a very good show because with the age regulation it can give a good match performance and it will be good to watch, as happened to some old players even though he already has above average skills. but if the age exceeds these rules it will be difficult to accept. As for Juventus a few days ago he managed to get a balanced score against Barcelona in my opinion, it was an extraordinary achievement because he was able to score a draw with a very strong opponent.
Honestly I don't know where it went wrong for him. He was so promising at Arsenal. At 31, he should be in his prime. But as you can see the grass is not always greener somewhere else... He was cherished at the Emirates, he was playing best football of his life. It’s a good move for him and OG Nice football club. Currently they’re really active these days in the window and now they’ve signed Aaron Ramsey, Leicester city’s Schmeichel and talented Viti.

What is clear is that Barcelona reportedly had to expel Frenkie de Jong first in order to register Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva. Barcelona have stressed that De Jong must lift the suitcase from the Camp Nou, even Xavi is aware of the decision.

de jong should be aware that Manchester United really want him, if the above (silva to barca) happens then de jong must deal with an offer between MU or Chelsea.
MU wants de jong but de jong didn't want MU. The club can't force the player to accept its offer or it will be giving a very bad impact to the club. You must also aware if de jong has said that so many times if he will prefer an offer from another team rather than MU.

I think that chelsea didn't even want de jong and it's still a rumour that is spreading to the supporters. The competitions to get the new players are very strict these days.

It seems like so many rumours are just rumour5.

Loan can give a real shape to a player with potential. Good thing Maldini was sent on loan as staying in AC Milan will only make him warm the bench and not much play time for him. As for in Spezia, he can have good playing minutes and better than in AC Milan and on other hand he get to have Serie A experience and develop so I think its a good deal and he can develop really well.
That's exactly what they're trying to do. This is dad's plan for his son and in 1-2 years he will come back to Milan and hopefully we will be as great as his dad.

Aaron Ramsey is 31 years old and I was surprised that he couldn't find a club and Juventus canceled his contract. He doesn't get along in Italy, that's true, but I don't think it will be any easier in France. He has never been to France before, I think it would have been better for him to go back to England. For example, to Nottingham Forest, they have brought a lot of players and are back in the Premier League after a long time and Ramsey played there in 2010.

It looks like there is a candidate to sign Kepa now but it is going to be on loan. Napoli are thinking of signing him like this. Chelsea were already wishing to send him from the team therefore I expect them to do so when they have the opportunity. I still think that this is a wrong move because he would be a great rotation player for Chelsea. It depends on what he thinks of doing of course. Maybe he already wishes to leave because of being the second goalkeeper here.
The presence of Kepa has been considered a parasite for Chelsea, especially with the arrival of Gabriel Slonina now. Kepa will definitely not be able to break into the current squad even for the 2nd goalkeeper it will be very difficult.
It would be very good if he went now to Napoli because this would also allow him to compete again even with a different club. This most expensive goalkeeper seems to be wasted now because he lost the competition.

With Lucas Torreira reportedly leaving for 7m euros (£5.8m), Arsenal will have moved on all 8 of the players brought in under Sven Mislintat. They cost £129m and Arsenal are set to recoup around £26.5m with their departures (Excluding loan fees), and stand to make profit on 2. Arsenal have been revamping their squad and at the moment it feels like they might have finally reached what they were aspiring for. Should be a good season up ahead. At least that's what it looks like.
It’s obvious that Arsenal are keen to clear out unwanted players before the start of this season. They still have players that aren’t in the manager’s plans and Torreira happens to be one of them. Bernd Leno is on his way out to Fulham, while Nuno Tavares has been sent out on loan to Marseille. They’re still lot of names like Hector Bellerin, Pablo Mari, Lucas Torreira, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Reiss Nelson that Arteta doesn’t want. And Arsenal are hoping to raise as much as £40-£60million from them. It appears to me that they’re trying to make one or two signings but they want to see some players leave first to create chance for potential signings.

Kepa prefers to be in the main squad for Napoli. He's a real penalty monster, he's got very good guessing skills.  Thanks to him, Chesela gained an advantage in some penalties. In fact, I remember a few matches, he was taken into the match according to his ability to penalty. Chelsea should reconsider getting rid of him.

it would be better if Ronaldo will stay at MU. even though he is old, I think he will still get a place in the main squad. after confirmation of the new coach who is still trying to keep Ronaldo at MU. because MU still needs Ronaldo.
After a lot of news regarding interested clubs, it seems that MU is indeed the right club for Ronaldo. even though they didn't play for the UCL.
Ronaldo grew up his name at this club, many good memories that Ronaldo got at the beginning of his career, so this club is the most appropriate place for him to retire in the future, even though this season Manchester United is not playing in the Champions League, this is where Ronaldo is actually needed, so that in this season then Manchester United can secure a ticket to the UCL, Ronaldo's contribution is really needed by the club at this time, especially since the new coach has confirmed that Ronaldo is the player he needs to compete in the league and secure a top 3 position in the standings.

If Ronaldo decides to keep playing for Man United (either because nobody wants to sign him or he truly changes his mind), then he has to give reassurance if he can remain professional, at least he has to commit to Man United that he will give his best performance, regardless of the situation related to him, be it the past or the speculations that will arise in the future. It could be that there are players or staff who don't like Ronaldo's attitude, for that Ten Hag must mediate and provide solutions so that Man United can become a solid and harmonious team.
What is difficult for Teh Hag is the attitude of Ronaldo who has a big ego, but his contribution is very much needed to help Manchester United play next season, if Ten Hag is able to handle this problem, it is certain that in the future they will have the perfect squad, Ronaldo has a lot of experience bigger than other Manchester United players, besides that Ronaldo has also contributed to the club that signed him

All players want to play regularly in a club, because it will affect the selection of players to compete in the world Cup in their respective countries, that's why back-up players will be very easy to leave if there is a club that can accommodate them, at least they can compete in a new club for being the first choice player or being included in the core squad, whether to borrow or not to buy is not a problem, as long as more flying hours or playing time can be obtained

Arsenal seems to be one of the most organised English side this season. It seems they did a very good situational analysis and great planning. They have attracted some good players that have added vigor and stability to the team and they have offloaded some extra players to ensure they balance their financial books. Coach Mikel Arteta is really doing a fantastic job and it would not be a surprise to see Arsenal in the Champions League next season. Already, they have started showcasing that they are really prepared for this coming season.

We must also be aware that De Jong doesn't want to be there and in recent reports he's been saying that he won't be leaving except for Bayern there.
This is still something that is quite strange when a large price is offered and a salary that will indirectly be given without deductions and arrears but is not too ogled. I think De Jong is still too fickle now.
Actually it's not wishy-washy, it's just that De Jong still wants to stay at Barcelona without having his salary cut so he looks resigned if Xavi really sells him to another team. But it's obviously strange for De Jong not to be interested in the very large offers from other teams and his pretty good salary. Moreover, Manchester United and Chelsea are not small teams in the Premier League.

Kepa needs more experience as his age was also still young. Moving to the another club was the best choice rather than keep stay but you will get less play in the club. it will not benefit for kepa. He needs more time to play to get more experience and become even better and better.
Leaving chelsea must become the best choice for him. Remember what happened with curtois after he was leaving chelsea and came back to the chelsea again.

Since Chelsea signed Edouard Mendy from Rennes in 2020, Kepa Arrizabalaga's position as Chelsea's main goalkeeper has been replaced.
It is very natural that Chelsea signed Edouard Mendy because Kepa played inconsistently and often made blunders. Therefore, this summer's
transfer market is an opportunity for Kepa to find a new club, so that Kepa can get more playing time. Because if he only became a substitute
goalkeeper at Chelsea his career could end badly, so it was a good decision if Kepa moved to another club. There are rumors that Kepa Arrizabalaga is
in great demand by Napoli, reportedly Chelsea agreed to release Kepa to Napoli on loan. Napoli itself needs a replacement for Ospina who decided
to join Al Nassr, so Kepa is considered to be a replacement for Ospina. Hopefully Kepa Arrizabalaga's move goes smoothly, because it's not a good thing
for Kepa who has already spent two seasons as a reserve goalkeeper.

De Jong may not know exactly what he wants right now. He must first shape his future plans. Will Barcelona or another team be included in these plans? If Barcelona says they want him, but if they're demanding a cut in his salary, De Jong may not accept it.
As far as I know, Frenkie de Jong already stated that he wants to leave but he isn't interested to join Man United. I think De Jong feels worried to join Man United because this team seems not convincing to compete for any title. He may think joining Man United probably kills his career in the future. So, if there is another team interested to sign De Jong, he may accept it as long as it is a competitive team. Regarding the option to stay in Barcelona, I think it is not a wise decision. He is no longer expected to be a part of Barcelona squad. I suspect Xavi won't give a chance for him to play in his ideal position. Moreover, Barcelona has many central midfielders right now.
