Man City are still trying to sign Harry Kane, so I can understand why Laporte would be sold. Because to increase the cost of buying Kane,
which is very expensive, but is it risky for Man City to sell Laporte?, i think with the depth of the squad that Man City has. Letting go of Laporte
won't be a big deal, although compared to other defenders, Laporte is among the best. I believe Laporte's role could be temporarily replaced
by Ake or the Stones. Because Man City really needed a striker position after Aguero left, so if losing Laporte could be a way to bring Kane,
I think it's a pretty good decision. Because I believe Kane will make a big contribution to Man City.
If they can't get Kane then they lost Laporte, I won't do that. I don't know why they really want Kane even though a lot of forwards out there with skills the same or even more above, I wonder why the city doesn't care when Messi goes because usually, they are always advanced. Manchester City has a new playmaker either, Jack Grealish, which could more take advantage of the front and Laporte focusing on behind.

David Beckham has held talks with Lionel Messi about his joining Inter Miami when his contract expires with PSG. It hasn't been much time since he was transferred by PSG. I don't think that it is time to talk about these things for Messi now. Actually, I want Messi to end his career at a European team.
In fact, it seems that Messi was going to end his career in Argentina, and Inter Miami seems to have already been mentioned before in the context of negotiations with Barcelona. In any case, it is unlikely that Messi will finish his career in a European team, unless it is Barcelona, or rather even if it was Barcelona, at least it did not work out for the last time. The piquancy of the situation is added by the fact that the finances of the club from Miami are not all right and the club was fined 2 million targeted funds for 2 seasons plus a fine of $ 5.6 million due to problems with the salary ceiling, and the co-owners of the club because of this began negotiations on the sale of their shares.

For a young player like Mbappe, performing consistently in a top, competitive league should be his target and the La liga isn't one of the most competitive leagues now

Its still much better than staying in Ligue 1 for sure so even if he decided to leave PSG at the end of his contract and join Real Madrid as a free agent then Im not that surprised.

Until then, I reckon, he would want to stick with PSG and go on to win the champions league now that he's this close.

I dont think that he had any choice though. He clearly wants to go to another club because he has shown no intention on extending his contract but PSG doesnt show any sign that they will let Real Madrid sign him. I doubt that they will let him go for free, he has a high value and PSG could milk Real Madrid out of their pocket

If I recall correctly they are very strict over there. I don't think it is possible to have players asking for 25 million, but I am not 100% sure.

He probably just wants to live in Miami after he retired, thats one way to put it.

Didn't he once say he once to play one more time for his first club in Argentina?

It doesnt mean he will sign a contract with his first club, he simply can play in some charity match or some sort.

Like end his serious career, even when he ends it here he is still good enough to cash in big time once more and be the best in the MLS. One problem I see though with the MLS are the strict salary cap rules. If I recall correctly they are very strict over there. I don't think it is possible to have players asking for 25 million, but I am not 100% sure . I think there were already some problems with other players from Europe. Some news sources are insisting on making the news that Tottenham will be targeting Fiorentina's young striker Dusan Vlahovic if Kane leaves the team. There have been still rumours about Kane to join City in this transfer window. And City are likely to make an offer worth a really great deal of money to Kane. But Tottenham chairman is still resisting City not to sell Kane now.

It is really annoying that the new seasons already start while the transfer window is still open. When you watch the game or check the details afterwards, the only thing you see is that Kane didn't play. They should really change that. As a fan of a club or soccer fan in general you want to know who is going to be part of the team.

Yeah but there is nothing to do about it. It looks like we will continue to see Kane news until the end of the transfer window or until City sign him before the end of the transfer window. By the way, Kane played this time against Wolves today. But he played for only 20 minutes. He wasn't chosen into the starting eleven. And I guess Kane wanted so. Because he is still angry at Daniel Levy as he is congesting the ways going to City for him.

City needs some money to make another push for Kane but selling Laporte might prove to be a big risk. Their first CB pairing is Dias - Stones, with Ake as the only alternative replacement.

Walker can fill in in case of emergency, so can Fernandinho, but these aren't good enough solutions if something happens to one of their first two centrebacks.

I think they have a lot more depth elsewhere on the pitch and I also feel Laporte is their best CB. If they do sell him, well - potentially good for Liverpool. Somehow I doubt it though.
I don't know what their financial situation is, however I am guessing that if selling Laporte actually provides them with enough money to get Kane? Then in that case I do not care who their defensive players are at this point, they can cover that up with any player, could be walker, could be Fernandinho, could be a youth team player that is trying to showcase his talents at that point.

Giving Laporte and getting Kane is worth the risk we are talking about. Kane is by far one of the best strikers in all of premier league, which is a very big praise and definitely not one that many players can say in history, so if you can get him then we are definitely fine with whoever player leaves, that is good for City, they can get Jesus out of the way to make room for Kane all I care and that comes right after Jesus had one of the best games ever under his belt.

I also think that this is by far not a done deal. Real Madrid isn't what it used to be and neither is Barcelona. He can now play with the best of the best. On paper PSG has a strong team and now it remains to be seen what they are able to make out of it. If you were Mbappe, would you go Real or Barcelona? Maybe Manchester City, yes, I would consider that, but the Primera Division won't by far be not as attractive anymore.

For a young player like Mbappe, performing consistently in a top, competitive league should be his target and the La liga isn't one of the most competitive leagues now that top players like Ronaldo and Messi have exited the league. My guess right now is that, Mbappe might still sign with Madrid but that won't be happening anytime soon. Maybe when his new contract (which he is yet to sign) expires. Until then, I reckon, he would want to stick with PSG and go on to win the champions league now that he's this close.

I think PSG is playing a very risky game here.
They risk Mbappe leaving without compensation next year, for free, and they bet that their "dream team" will finally win the Champions League this season.
However, there are no guarantees in football, anything is possible, including the fact that PSG fails to win the Champions League trophy again and that Mbappe eventually goes to Real for free.
There is also a real possibility that UEFA will punish them for violating financial fair play due to too much money spent on football transfers.
So, they take a lot of risks because of something that is not certain.
Barcelona had Messi and a lot of other quality players, but they still haven't managed to win the Champions League for a very long time.
It is not enough to buy a lot of good and quality players, but you need to create a good and quality team, well-balanced and ready for big games.

In my opinion, PSG's main difficulty is the weakness of the French championship. They simply do not have the opportunity to build a team playing all year with strong opponents. Football players can be professionals and be as motivated as possible, but weak opponents in any case do not allow them to show their maximum capabilities, for example, the English championship is ideal in this regard - almost every match there takes place in a tournament mode and the teams fight until the last minutes.

Inter transfer market, despite the economic problems, has brought to Milan some interesting players. The management led by Marotta wanted to quickly forget the departures of Hakimi and Lukaku. The company's choice for the new coach has been Simone Inzaghi. The signings at the moment have been Hakan Calhanoglu from AC Milan, Edin Dzeko from Roma and Denzel Dumfries from PSV. All three were employed in the first game of the season won against Genoa 4-0.
Inter may well be equipped for good Serie A but they need at least another great forward.

Therefore, never give up on your dreams. It's your money, your rules. It is true that PSG has no guarantees of winning the Champions League Trophy, but they keep adding quality players every season. There is a chance that Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe can win the Champions League this season. No one can ignore the abilities of these players. There is a question whether Champions League is important to them or if it is just a business matter. Nothing is wrong, so long as money is involved. Let's look at PSG's spending and see how they managed to meet Financial Fair Play requirements.

According to Paco Gonzalez, Real Madrid believe they will not be able to sign either Kylian Mbappe or Erling Haaland this summer. The hefty commission that Haaland's agent, Mino Raiola, is deemed to be too much. And with Mbappe, they believe that Paris Saint-Germain would rather lose him for free than sell this summer. So many stories and rumors that it's very hard to figure out what's really going on here. What do you think?
Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo does not want to leave the club. At one point, the possibility of Ronaldo going to PSG was mentioned, but it seems that after the arrival of Messi, that possibility is eliminated and other clubs can't afford Ronaldo.
Chelsea are waiting to offload some players before they make moves for Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez and Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde, according to Fabrizio Romano. Three players nearing the exit door at Chelsea are Davide Zappacosta, Malang Sarr and Tiemoue Bakayoko, all of whom are likely to depart on loan. Chelsea have done a great job with new players this summer.
The Mbappe part is definitely understandable, for PSG it is still a chance to keep him, if they sell him for 100 million or whatever that is going to be basically accepting the fact that he is not going to stay with the team next season. However if they keep him happy this season, win the league, win the cup, win UCL all trio and all, then they could technically make him super happy and keep him.

This is not a guarantee, they may end up winning them all and still lose him, or not win them and still lose him, but it is understandable that they may want to give it a go and see if they can convince him, plus they can pay Mbappe insane amount of money, like seriously 50 million a year, and nobody can beat that if they do it, so I am assuming that could be another go at it as well. So, it is totally understandable for PSG to decline selling him this summer.

I think PSG is playing a very risky game here.

Manchester City are ready to let their defender Aymeric Laporte leave, but if he gets an offer worth at least £60m. The reason for Laporte looking to move out of Man City is that his chances of participating primarily with the team have diminished, after the arrival of Ruben Diaz last summer, in addition to the recent brilliance of John Stones. Manchester City got Laporta In 2018 from Athletic Bilbao for 57 million pounds.
The Daily Mail have pointed out that Real Madrid and Juventus are among the most prominent clubs interested in signing the player, who participated in all of the Spanish national team's matches in the Euro this summer, before losing to Italy in the semi-finals.
Laporte have made an appearance in 16 Premier League matches last season, with Guardiola favoring the pair of Diaz and Stones and after Stones renewing his contract for an additional five years in exchange for 250 thousand pounds per week it's a sign that he is going to be behind him in the picking order.

City needs some money to make another push for Kane but selling Laporte might prove to be a big risk. Their first CB pairing is Dias - Stones, with Ake as the only alternative replacement.

Manchester United still seem to be interested in signing Wolves' 24-year-old midfielder Ruben Neves. He is one of the crucial players for Wolves in my opinion. He scored 5 goals and made 2 assists in the last season. I don't know if Manchester Utd really need a player for the position. But he can be a rotation player maybe.

I don't think they make a move for him just to bench him. His market value is 45 million € and I don't think Wolves agree to sell him for less than that. If Manchester United give that much money they have to use him in starting eleven. Then, which player will you take out and put Neves? Bruno Lage wants to keep him but he says "every player has a price" so you can tell from this statement they won't sell him for cheap.

But it would also not be very surprising if they buy him and put him on the bench. There have been other, way more severe cases where players ended up on the bench despite their high transfer fees. Look at Sané or Coutinho, or Mario Götze when he transferred to Bayern Munich. Back then he was the record transfer, but most of the time he was sitting on the bench. I don't think money will be a reason for Manu.

Ruben Nerves is one of the most wanted player in this year's transfer marker,he is wanted by Arsenal,Everton,Man-u and other clubs outside EPL.
The player is really a very useful player to Wolves, very combative, defensive and accurate in his passes. He has been one of the standout players for Wolves.Manchester United have been chasing this player for sometime now and now look set to make an official bid, maybe they want him to play alongside Fernandes. If a deal could be done with Wolves,it will really be a good signing for United.

I also admire the game of Ruben Neves, how his accurate passing can help strikers score goals. Then Neves is also very good at long-range shots,
so it makes sense that many teams want Neves. Man United looking to buy Neves perhaps preparing to replace Pogba in midfield, we all know that
until now Pogba has not extended his contract at Man United. But if Man United manages to sign Neves, can certainly be a good partner for
Bruno Fernandes in midfield.
