lol what going on with juventus? did they haven't another choice for goalkeeper? or maybe Juventus want Buffon to retire there?
with this transfer i think juventus has been give up to bring in pogba from MU to turin.

I'm not following your line.

They got Buffon for free for 1 year with a salary of about 1M €.

They will have 20m € from the second goalkeeper and 4m€ saved as salary.

Now if they are saving around 25 m € why they give up Pogba?  Huh

Frank Lampard is the new Chelsea manager: https://twitter.com/ChelseaFC/status/1146697129328545792

I think he was the only manager willing to accept the job while not being to make any signings, so it's not like Chelsea had no other choice but to offer him a contract...IMO he won't last too long, looking forward to see who gets the sack first: him or Solskjaer.

He won't be sacked. The board knows that it is difficult to find another manager to fill his position.
Apart from that, I trust him and he will do great. He loves the club and he is the legend, thus he is going to be respected from all the players and coaches in the team.

Yes you're right it's a bit difficult to get a great coach to work on Chelsea with all the pressure. However, I wish we could place a bet somewhere.

I am almost 100% certain he would be fired and I wonder which position Chelsea is aiming for this coming season because they have Man city, Liverpool and totenham to contend with and maybe man utd. I ain't putting arsenal.  Grin

.IMO he won't last too long
With Chelsea's history in firing coaches, I don't actually also think he'll last long, he has barely been a coach for two years, with no experience whatsoever, throwing him into the job for me is not a good one for Chelsea, probably they're tryna do the guardiola(when he took over Barca)
Coaches this days are scared to take the Chelsea job, the body just hasn't got no chill, they want immediate success, they forget other top teams also come in fortified ready to compete.
sadly, I can see Chelsea going trophyless again.

My friend told me that Ronaldinho is coming out of retirement to play for Barcelona again. Did anyone else hear about this?

LOL!

That's the most hilarious thing I've read this week, Barcelona are not in a crisis and only a crisis would have warranted a player such has Ronaldinho come out of retirement to play for Barca.

This is going to be interesting. Lampard will be sacked first. MU board is a bit cold headed compared to Chelsea and let's not discount the experience gained by Ole last season.

Let's wait and see, I think Lampard will get lucky enough this season, he's not going to be sacked, As for Solskjaer, it's going to be a matter of the first 10 games, I think.

Surely he won’t be the number one, he must be about 40 now. This move makes no sense to me unless it’s as a player/coach dual role or something.

Lololol.  This is gonna be one hilarious season with those two.  I think Solksjaer will be given the sack first.  If anybody (trusted) wanna do a small bet on who goes first, let's go.

And it's gonna be a great opportunity for some mid level clubs to take the fifth and sixth spots at the table.

What i don't understand is why did he have leave in the first place?
Should of stayed and probably retired from Juventus or even become part of the coaching staff

He wanted to experience a different challenge from the Italian league and psg allure was too strong to resist. Most footballers do that and for some it doesn't go so well or smooth.

However buffoon is a great goalkeeper any day any time and I was hoping to see him in the Epl . I am certain he will retire in juventus finally and hopefully join the coaching crew.

He left 2 years ago because we wanted to say goodbye to played football.

After he said goodbye PSG called him and convinced him to play again.

And here we go now.

Juventus actually have Perin as second Goalkeeper.

He went to Juventus hoping to get the spot of Wojciech Szczęsny but he failed.

Now Perin, paid only 12+3 M€, asked if can go away so he can play more games.

Juventus wants 25/30m € or players for a +10m €.

Juventus bought Buffon for free as a second goalkeeper and his salary is based on played matches, seems that in on for his contact he needs to play at least 9 matches to beat the Maldini's Serie A all-time played matches record.

Rumors have it that the Bin Zayed Group will be making an announcement on their purchase of Newcastle soon.  Mikel Arteta's still the favorite as next manager at 3 or so.  But he's also the favorite to become next Chelsea manager now too at around 3.5 (Lampard obv didn't push thru).  Interesting...

Edit:  Ah I get it now.  Lampard is set to be the next Chelsea manager and the bookies removed his name and line from the betting market.

I thought Mourinho was the front runner if Bin Zayed was buying the club, do you really think Mikel is the right coach for Newcastle? Lampard was the fans favourite for landing the job but he won’t last long, as Chelsea are serving a transfer ban and Hazard is no longer with them.

Rumours in the Spanish media that Barca will offer Coutinho to PSG in a sweetener to try & bring Neymar back to the Nou Camp. Let’s see what develops there.

This is a new rumour so far I had only heard that Liverpool were keen on bringing him back, he’s bound to leave Barcelona the only question is which club will he end up in.

I saw online that Liverpool might try to bring Coutinho back. Some of these rumours in the summer are stupid but I wonder if it’s possible that move could happen. Barca are supposed to be going for Griezmann so it would push Coutinho even further down the pecking order.

News about Coutinho coming back to Liverpool are unreal  by my opinion
I can't imagine Klopp will agree after all that previous story
I have been reading that Coutinho and Dembele will be exchanged for Naymar with PSG yet another clickbyte news
Confirmed but i am not sure that Jao Felix will join Atletico for incredible 120 mln euro
Even hard to believe .But possible if Griezman will leave club
