Hakimi definitely doesn't warrant a price like 60 million during this period, the world is in a big trouble or at least getting better nowadays and the football clubs couldn't make any money at all, there is no way any team should pay this much to get Hakimi, he is a good player and if this pandemic didn't happen and teams finished the season, some team may have paid him that much but not anymore, or at least hopefully not anymore.

However if Hakimi gets sold for 60, I am %100 sure Madrid is buying Kante with that money, he would be PERFECT for Madrid and he would definitely take them to a higher level next season. They were looking for Pogba as well if he doesn't go to Juventus, a Pogba+Kante midfield would be like a dream come true for Real Madrid and would get them so much pressure at that position against other teams.

Kante is a very strong defensive midfielder and has developed so well since winning the EPL with Leicester and going on to win it the next season with Chelsea, he'll be good in any team, but he doesn't look like the type of player Madrid would go for. That will make both Cavani and T.Silva free transfer targets, I knew Cavani's time at the club will come to an end soon, he doesn't seem to get along well with Neymar and I'm sure PSG want to make Neymar the only star man to make him stay at the club. imo Cavani can still offer quality performances at the top level and T.silva can be a good back up defender. True words. I think it's a mix of several components. The question is whether he has already recovered psychologically from his Champions League Final failures. Chelsea are also interested in signing Kai Havertz from Leverkusen, aren't they? Their offense would be amazing with him, Werner and Ziyech.

I was also wondering how Chelsea seems to have to much money to spend in the current situation. Sure, they were forced to take a step back because they were suspended from the transfer market and so didn't spend much recently. But spending this much money with the whole Corona situation still ongoing and still not knowing how the new season will look like, when the fans will be able to come back to the stadiums and how the TV income will look like? Seems like teams with a generous financier like Abramovich won't be affected by the crisis that much.

I don't think that he is going to stay at Liverpool.
Probably he is going to be given on loan to an English club. He made a lot of crucial mistakes when he was at Liverpool and he is a black sheep in the team. Besiktas might be 5th but don't forget that he is one of the best teams in Turkey.
