From what I understand, Barcelona will be getting money in return as well and it will not be a straight up transfer.  So what happens will be they will decide a worth for Arthur and they will decide a worth for Pjanic and in the end whatever is the difference Juventus will pay that to Barcelona. It is certainly a horrible horrible deal for Barcelona, not even close to being a semi-decent one, the worst I have ever seen. Pjanic worths nothing at this point, sure you can get maybe 2-3 good years out of him but we are talking about a 23 year old Arthur that is better than Pjanic even right now and Arthur could play for another 10 years at least. At the end of the day instead of getting pjanic and 10-15 million, Barcelona could have gotten 50-60 million straight up for Arthur and I would take that over this deal any day of the week.

Both teams will be happy. Barca for the money.
Juventus for selling 30yo Pjanic at 70m.

Let's see if it will happen.

This is a hell of a money.
I don't think that Arthur is worth and Pjanic 70m (!)
They are just exchanging players for other reasons maybe that we cannot see and they are below the table.
I haven't seen any other player getting such a huge transfer when he has reached 30 yo.

as i wrote in this post yesterday, the transfer of Thomas Meunier from psg to bvb has now been officially completed
and Jude Bellingham from birmingham city is the next english talent, who will most likely also change to dortmund

Liverpool is trying to buy one of the Dortmund players, Jordan Sancho, with the arrival of new players the club might consider an incoming offer for Sancho. If Liverpool wants him, they must willing to pay Sancho worth £100m, so the question is whether this player is really needed by Liverpool? Because they have some players that can fill Sancho positions already.

A lot of teams including Manchester United, Liverpool, as well as Real Madrid whom are setting their eyes on Jadon Sancho are saying that Borussia is overvaluing the wonderkid that's why you'll only see news about them monitoring the situation and waiting for that asking price to drop, basically no team thinks that 100 million pounds is worth it for Jadon Sancho and I think about it similarly. With 100 million pounds they can basically buy 2 good stars in top 5 leagues which will help them more compared to a wonderkid.

Liverpool have made a £54m bid for Kalidou Koulibaly.
Gomez, Matip, Lovren and Virgil, I don't know how many teams in Europe have players as good as them as center backs. Koulibali is also one of the best defenders in the world right now and will improve Liverpool's defense, but imo Liverpool do not have to spend money on a center back so soon again after buying Van djik, as we all know Napoli won't accept £54m.

I cannot find the article again, but I read somewhere that City and pep are also interested in buying Koulibali, they are prolly the team for me in real need of his services. John stones may probably leave at the end of this season, so Koulibali and Laporte will be a dream partnership for City in defense.

Didn't already Napoli reject the offer? Koulibaly would love to join them I think.

I disagree about Lovren Matip I think Gomez and Virgil are good together but Gomez as you can see has to play LB if Robertson is unavailable and Milner look like he will be out for a long time, Matip is still only a deputy and Lovren is a long term liability Klopp wants to replace.

Lucas Hernández might be leaving Bayern after just one season. It seems the 24 year-old defender is currently in talks with FC Paris Saint-Germain. Personally I doubt, that these rumors are true, but if they are, Bayern is at least asking €80m. I guess no one expected David Alaba and Alphonso Davies playing delivering such strong performances. What do you guys think about this topic?

Lucas Hernández is close to agreeing personal terms with PSG and has asked Bayern to let him join the French club. Bayern remain firm on their €80m asking price for the world cup winner [@footmercato]

Some news from Onefootball:

Milik is the 1st choice if they can sell Higuain  Embarrassed
Romagnoli can go to Liverpool.
Kalidou Koulibaly will leave Napoli only for a big offer, this can be one of the latest years when Napoli can ask a big money, he is going for 30years.

Koulibaly is a player that is not for sale for Napoli.
I remember that Chelsea was asking for Him and offering a lot of money but still they didn't give them to the blues. He is now old to go to another club - in my opinion he should end his career at Napoli.

Koulibaly is really, really highly rated, I think he’s probably world class, if he was tor sale I think a lot of big coubs would be interested. He just turned 29 the other day, he’s probably got another 3-4 years left at the top.

Second also will Liverpool will be giving that much given the players they have?
I highly doubt they'll spend that much for someone that would [most likely] warm their bench now.

One of the reasons why I like Arsene Wenger £80 ain't a small money, it can buy a good amount of decent players who will fill out the position Jack wanna fill, English players always over hype,
You're right but prices have spiked a lot in recent years + English players have proven themselves in EPL [to an extent].
- I still agree that such prices aren't reasonable.

I think he wants guaranteed starts & Guardiola used as a substitute a lot, even before this season when he’s been recovering from injury.
I'm hoping his relationship with Arteta might help in getting him at Arsenal but I'm too optimistic.

Cengiz Ünder - ac milan or fc everton, which club will get him?
I'm going with Everton but since he's still young, I'm expecting to see him for another year in Roma.

Bukayo Saka from arsenal to liverpool?!
I can't see this happening. Arteta has mentioned keeping him and Auba is one of his main targets.

Some rumors:

- Arsenal might look for another goalie
- Inter targeting Kyle Walker

It looks like FC Bayern München is interested in the 17 year-old midfielder Adil Aouchiche, who is currently playing for FC Paris Saint-Germain. His current market value is about €5.5M according to transfermarket.com.

After Tanguy Kouassi, Bayern are interested in PSG midfielder Adil Aouchiche (17). Aouchiche, out of contract this summer, is in advanced talks with Saint Etienne. But Bayern's interest could change things [@AlexisBernard10]

This is what makes the transfer window always interesting to wait. When we see a club making a blunder by letting potential players leave, selling it cheap, or even free transfer, then many of them try to buy it back even more expensive. Unfortunately, after being bought it back by the club, his performance is under the club's expectations.

It will be a strange transfer window, without money and long only 1 month.
In Italy for example it will start from 1st Septeber till 1st October.

Manchester City are willing to let Germany winger Leroy Sane, 24, leave on a free transfer at the end of his contract unless Bayern Munich increase their £30m valuation. This football saga doesn’t seem to be over yet  Grin Grin
