I second this line of thought. Even though omahapoker is a good friend of mine, i personally think that these guys will go far. I was the only one who had a problem with playing their games and kept complaining about the same in chat and they took responsibility to fix the issue. Any other casino would have put it down to my system or internet connection, but not FJ. I was very happy that they fixed my issue and are also adding a host of new features including DDoS protection from cloudflare! The only things i would like changed are:

1) Keno magic ball keeps getting stuck for some reason, this should not happen.
2) Be more transparent about service downtimes and proactively inform on the thread or on the home page.
3) JWD - How this works is still a mystery, the results of JWD are not published anywhere, so i am not sure what happens there!

But on the other hand, we never steal anyone's deposit. We always give them back one way or the other in rare case when there are some problems with the deposit, for example because of the coin server issues. We have been renewing our servers recently, we are also bringing up New Dice for costumers' convenience, but we have been under DDOS attacks recently and as we are using CloudFlare service to block them, and apparently it also blocks deposits from some users. Our technical team is already working to solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

in my personal experience with their support is pretty good and got timely response on every issue, since i am using their service from more than 5 months everything till now without any major issue, fortunjack is the best casino.

Yeah, their support sucks, if you have some bugs or complaints, just post them here, admin will answer and solve them for you.

Once I sent a ticket to support but there was no response either.

Edit: It seems you have sent money to someone else's wallet and not to our Casino. Send us Transaction ID so we can verify it.
