Another great improvement would be to lower the encash reward points minimum to something more achievable like 20 000 or at most 50 000 reward points. The current required minimum of 100 000 reward points to be encashed for BTC is almost impossible to achieve for regular users of the website (i.e. users without hundreds of referrals).
It's true, 100.000 RP to convert to satoshis is too much and we are losing money somehow this way...
Before each RP priced 3 satoshis, now it prices 2 satoshis. I understand BTC price increased too much and it's necessary to change the rates, but if we could convert on that time with a lower amount than 100.000 RPs our reward would be higher in satoshis.

it used to you need to wage 1500 to get 1 RP and exchange for 3 sats
currently you only need to wage 1000 to get 1 RP and exchange for 2 sats
and this week we will have 5x rewards... wage 1000 sats receive 5 RPs (= wage 200 sats, receive 1 RP)
so it's all proportionally set based on btc value in USD (except the weekly bonus time = BONUS)
imagine you are accumulating RPs when valued at 2 sats & when you exchange, BTC price dropped below 2k USD,
then for eg. 1 RP would worth 4 sats, so you would be getting much more satoshi
but value in USD would be pretty much the same when you acquired them... cmiiw
the hard part is accumulating RPs without playing multiply btc
