I did not say that take video only. I just gave the example. Ask for anything like this, he will not refuse to give.
Every example you give is useless. I answered the one example you gave in that post. I also note that you don't even admit that you were completely wrong in that example. You have just told me that I should accept evidence that anyone with a primitive understanding of how web browsers work could fake up in 5 minutes and then you still expect to be taken seriously.
Have you ever heard of something called Ip address? you can see it by fetching each of his network ips, he may have logged into your site with one of them.
We value our customers' privacy and don't log anything other than the last IP used. If the account has already been hacked that will be the hacker's IP.
Have you ever heard of something called Device info? : ask him haw many device he have, what company/model brand he used for login.
We value our customers' privacy and don't log anything other than the last fingerprint used. If the account has already been hacked that will be the hacker's fingerprint.
Have you ever heard of something called location info : ask his exact location and match with you site data
If the account has already been hacked that will be the hacker's location.
Have you ever heard of something called quantity : ask him how many btc and fun token he have(only if he remember) and match with your site data
If the account has already been hacked the hacker will have access to that information.
you can also ask him how many time he deposit/withdraw from your site, first time deposit date, first time withdrawal date, did he ever touched HI/LO game. last time he play Hi/Lo date, Last faucet Roll Month/Date and
If the account has already been hacked the hacker will have access to that information.
there's so much to ask
There is no point in asking any of that because none of it verifies who was the ORIGINAL owner of the account. In situations like this, it is quite common for someone that gets their email hacked and it is used to access their freebitco.in account. The original owner sees what's going on and is able to lock the hacker out of both. Then the hacker will have gained all the knowledge above and use that to try and phish the account from me.
I have had inactive customers that were unaware their account had been more than 2 years ago and someone else had been using it to collect their referral commissions and play. They were able to get their account back by proving they owned addresses they deposited from 6 years ago. I am not going to rely on anything you suggest above because it proves absolutely about nothing who is the original owner.
tn00739338 said that their email account had been banned. What if tn00739338 hacked that email and used it to access the freebitco.in account? Then Hotmail locked that email because it was hacked. All of your suggestions are telling me to just believe the last person to access that account. I'm not putting myself in the situation where I'm making a judgment call, like you are, about whether I believe them or not. I'm insisting on real proof of original ownership.
but no you just keep repeating one thing like a small kid
No. You are definitely talking about yourself here. However many times I explain to you that all the things you keep telling me I should do would put our customers at risk of phishing and ruin our reputation you just keep repeating them.
OMG why your head is so dead. your language is telling how desperate you are with your life. Neither you have the manners to talk nor your brain is working. Don't know how @Wetsuit gave you this support job. It seems that seeing your condition like this, he must have felt pity for you. and there's nothing wrong with that. I would like to salute him for this. He did a great job by helping someone but he should have also thought of us, tn00739338 and people like him who have to suffer all this.
The first job wetsuit gave me was just to be forum representative. I used to come here and defend the site just because I liked it. When some numbskull like you came along and refused to accept that they are wrong I took the piss out of them and encouraged them to make even more of a fool of themselves just like you are doing now. My knowledge and ability to win the argument every time and show up the twat attacking us by making it obvious to anyone reading it that they haven't got a clue what they are talking about is what got me the job.
I got promoted to support because wetsuit saw that I have a good understanding of the business and how it works from suggestions I gave him and opinions I gave on his ideas. He also appreciated that I have many years of experience of high level IT support in the investment banking industry. The skills required to deal with awkward customers on the trading floors of the City of London and Wall Street are very similar to those required at a casino. Rule one is never to take shit from anyone. This isn't MacDonalds where staff have to smile at obnoxious customers. In these types of businesses, you earn respect from the people who matter by standing up for yourself. Nobody is ever going to bully me into handing over an account without the 100% proof that only a Bitcoin signed message can provide. That's why I'm trusted to do this job and you never would be.
I can provide transaction serial number verification
The answer hasn't changed. A Bitcoin signed message from an address previously linked to the account is the only form of proof of ownership that can be verified with 100% certanty.
I feel that it was very simple to deposit bitcoin at the beginning, but it would be deliberately made things difficult to get it out, and the customer service was very insincere to help solve the problem.
I hope that you will learn from your mistakes and take the appropriate measures to secure your accounts in the future. If you don't enable 2fa and then lose access to your email you will lock yourself out of your account. If you don't use your own Bitcoin wallet to deposit from or set as your address in your profile you'll have no way of recovering from those errors.
