According to you, you are the only one intelligent in the whole world, the rest are stupid XD

You have a major comprehension deficiency. What I said is that I have experience and knowledge of this subject where you have none.

I did not say do not use 2FA. all I have said is that if every website has the 2FA, then it is not necessary to put it in on all website. if someone have good amount of money then just use it.

I recommended that all of our customers use 2fa because in the event of them losing access to their email account they will be able to change their email. You decided you knew better and contradicted me.

He can give you a video of his account and even if you want something else, he will not refuse. But you didn't give him any option.

I asked for the only thing that I can verify with 100% certainty that hasn't been faked. Have you ever heard of something called a browser console? If you knew how to use one you could make any website in the world display anything you want. You could even make a video of it to fool people. Yet again you have demonstrated that you don't even have the most basic understanding about this to make any judgment about how I should do my job.

There is no sign message option in his wallet.

Yes. When you combine that with failing to enable 2fa, failing to set a recovery phone number, failing to set your default withdrawal address to your own wallet and then getting your email account banned it results in you locking yourself out of your account.

you are Desperate who is robbing others just to afford a luxury life.

Why are you keep getting so triggered for no reason? It's an open world. anyone have rights to put their views here. you can't stop me :}

Everyone has the right to express their views as much as I have a right to reply point out why they are wrong. When someone doesn't agree and just starts posting large red font it shows they think they can win an argument by shouting louder than the other person. I'm going to point that they are immature twat to them.
When some gormless idiot comes here and criticises what I'm doing then defending myself and our site is being "triggered". I'm not trying to stop you, I'm just rebutting your pathetic and misguided opinions. You'll stop of your own accord eventually. Probably because you just get bored of wasting your time repeating the same failed arguments. You might even have half a brain cell and be able to work out why you are wrong, but that is unlikely. I'll still be here every day correcting any nonsense that's posted here because that's part of my job.

Funny how you taking about million's dollars when you can't even afford to hired one extra "different language customer support persons" XD do you think you can make people fool with your fake site and top 10 daily wegerers lists? I saw 20 to 48 btc top one wagerer guys with different ids many times. really? people wagering 20 to 48 btc with 5% house edge when other site providing better service with just 1% house edge lol

I have already demonstrated to you that this has nothing to do with language difficulty. The rest of that shows yet again how clueless you are to this business.

That's because you have a habit of making judgments about things you don't know about.

According to you, you are the only one intelligent in the whole world, the rest are stupid XD

Because I was talking to you and you have the delusion that using 2fa on YOUR Gmail account will secure your other accounts.

I did not say do not use 2FA. all I have said is that if every website has the 2FA, then it is not necessary to put it in on all website. if someone have good amount of money then just use it.

All he could send me from that account is a screenshot of an alleged transaction. We are not a KYC site so we don't know any personal information about the original owner. That's why we need proof in a different form than a KYC site would.

He can give you a video of his account and even if you want something else, he will not refuse. But you didn't give him any option.

I'm waiting for the real owner to either authorise his login from his email account (that this person doesn't have access to now) or someone to provide a Bitcoin signed message from an address previously linked to the account.

There is no sign message option in his wallet.

Your use of juvenile BBcode formatting is nobodies fault but your own. I'm not listening because what you say is bollox. Highlighting it just makes you look like you're desperate for someone to take notice of you.

you are Desperate who is robbing others just to afford a luxury life.

I'm making fun of you because you are being an idiot. You can't understand that having this procedure in place to protect our high rollers accounts is one of the many things that has contributed to our success over the last 8 years. Some customers deposit and gable with millions of dollars. Some of them have sought reassurance from me that their accounts are safe from phishing. When I explain our policies they are happy.
I'm not listening to you because you are completely clueless on the subject. The level of arrogance you have to think you can tell me how we should do things is astounding.
I'm not going to listen to you because you have zero experience or knowledge of the subject.

This policy was first implemented by wetsuit when he opened the site in 2013. He asked me to continue implementing it when he promoted me from forum representative to support just over 3 years ago. Since then I have been dealing with this kind of thing every single day. The experience of doing that makes me 100% certain that wesuit has got this policy right. Using large red fonts doesn't add any weight to your arguments it just makes you look like an ignorant prick.
tl;dr There's nothing you can say that will convince me that wetsuit has been doing this all wrong for the last 8 years.

Boy check my previous posts, I'm the one with the >2 BTC account balance. @TheQuin helped me and I'm grateful for that. You look like someone who is here for blackmailing. Freebitco.in is up since 2013

Just a few hours ago @TheQuin talked about you and you come here. how strange. Is not it?

and you @nekib0pe do you even know the meaning of blackmailing lol?
keep your imaginary 2 btc in your pocket. nobody asked you to come here to give us clarification and bump this robber topic :}

You probably smoke something very strong that's why you cannot read my previous posts. I just registered few days ago for support.

I got my problem solved after 24 hours. Nobody asked me to do anything boy, you are the one who said the 2 btc is a fake story so I'm concerned.

Posting one comment doesn't prove anything and Sorry if I say your fake story to be fake :}

It's not true. Having knowledge gained from hacking someone's email account isn't equivalent to being able to provide a Bitcoin signed message.

He didn't even talk about Gmail account, why you keep talking about hacked Gmail account?

I don't hand over accounts to anyone who asks just because they can demonstrate a little knowledge of an accounts history and can produce a photoshop of an exchange statement. I need something that I'm 100% certain isn't faked.

lol photoshop? Why are you so dumb and blind. see his previews posts he said he have that btc wallet account(KYC Verified) from where he send funds in your site.

I don't benefit from funds in that account because they have to remain there waiting for the real owner to come back.

real owner is coming in front of you everyday and begging. who else are you waiting for? XD

Don't worry about idiots like this. I have already answered all his complaints but rather than actually try to understand the reasons we protect our customers from phishing in this way he just repeats himself. There is no reasoning with someone who refuses to listen.

That's your fault. Instead of listening here, you should see what I have written ==>> There is no sign message option in his wallet.

That's funny. Your idea of being done with this conversation is to switch to kindergarten mode with large coloured fonts. What happened? Does your nappy need changing and you are desperate for some attention? I'm not going to waste my time answering that infantile tirade because it's clear to anyone with any basic knowledge that I've already explained it in full.

There are many ways to verify the account such as its IP address, location, fun tokens quantity(if he remember), wallet history. If the wallet account is before the Freebitco account, then it becomes even more clear that the account belongs to this person. but you stick to only one thing. why not give him some other option to prove his ownership? I think you just need an excuse to take advantage of others' money.

This is worth repeating:
No, it is a policy that protects 100% of accounts from phishing. The number of customers that have recovered accounts using a signed message and have expressed gratitude to me so having such a robust policy to ensure their account wasn't at risk greatly exceeds the number that complain because they can't.

I'll prioritse keeping my high rollers' happy by ensuring their accounts are secure over dimwits who don't even use 2fa or a Bitcoin wallet every time.

Yes. Simultaneously to dealing with this someone else PM'd me and was very happy to recover their account with over 2 BTC in it. Fortunately, people with large balances like that understand the basics of Bitcoin and use their own wallets to store their coins and only use exchanges to exchange currencies.

Here is my proposition to @tn00739338 for this problem :
  • If you are the real owner of this account then
    • Until now there is no successful login on your account
    • You probably know the approximate balance
    • You also know all your previous addresses used for deposit.
  • Load a Bitcoin wallet where you have control on your private keys (like Electrum)
  • If you are 100% sure that this is your account then you can send approximately the same amount as your balance to one of the previous addresses where you deposited before
  • You wait like 15-30 days and if there is still no successful login to your account you sign a message using your Wallet and the address from where you sent btc and send this message to @TheQuin

If someone else didn't use this account that you claim and @TheQuin accept this method I think you are going to recover your account and funds with earned interests (after the 15-30 days). Let's hope that it helps.

@TheQuin Now this Is My Real Friendly Advise For New Investor's

Friends believe me don't put your money in any site online. especially in that where only one person is running the whole website by hiding his identity.

Like look at Freebitco. You guys are putting your hard earned money just for gain 4% interest. just imagine if this site is closed, or if owner do not give your money/account back by making some excuses, then you will not be able to do anything. and if you keep the same btc in a famous wallet or cold wallet, then your money will also be safe and and in the future, the price of bitcoin will automatically increase by 40%, so why take the risk?

Because I am sure bitcoin is going to skyrocket in the next few years.

That's only because you have completely ignored that I explained to you that the purpose of the policy is to protect accounts against phishing.

yes the policy is good to rob

That's shows failure to comprehend Bitcoin 101. What I actually said was that all that information is available simply by hacking someone's email. Using your own wallet and 2fa puts you in control of your own security which is vastly preferable than relying on a third party.

you cant hack gmail account nowadays. 2FA is not the only one to secure the account lol. you can't change the number without getting the SMS OTP. We also have the other options to get our account back with second Gmail account code confirmation. third new device authorize notification confirmations

When you post that using a strong password is enough and using Gmail as a central point of failure in your security in my thread it will be taken as advice by people reading it. I feel I have a duty to point out to anyone reading my thread quite how stupid that advice is.

yes, strong password is enough for daily use sites. But it is not wrong to put 2FA where there is a lot of money.

It is nothing to do with the age or rank of your account. Your post history is mainly in faucet threads and the content of those posts I take as an indication that you don't have the experience or knowledge required to pontificate about what security procedures are best for someone supporting a casino or their customers to employ. You simply don't have the information available to you to decide whether I should prioritise securing ALL my customers' accounts against phishing over the few people who are as negligent in taking precautions as yourself.

Yes, my crypto journey started with Faucet, what's wrong with that? that time I did not know anything about cryptocurrencies. But now 2021 is about to end. so there is no point in talking about the old things.

Yes. Simultaneously to dealing with this someone else PM'd me and was very happy to recover their account with over 2 BTC in it. Fortunately, people with large balances like that understand the basics of Bitcoin and use their own wallets to store their coins and only use exchanges to exchange currencies.

We did not come here to listen to your fake stories.

A translator will give the same translation every time so posting the same answer again isn't helping anyone. This was nothing to do with language. The person simply refused to accept the answers.

he is not able to talk to you openly because of the language difference, but even a blind person can tell that he is asking for an alternative.

Open your eyes and read it carefully. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet. There is no sign message option in his wallet.

Edit:
So can I just give up the money in my account and can't do anything?

Do you see what I mean yet? You can't seriously tell me that it is a language barrier or I haven't already told him that he can't prove the account is his so I can't give it to him enough times already. He just refuses to accept the facts.

He just wants his account back. asking for alternatives. Whatever he can accomplish. there's nothing wrong with that

Thank goodness for that. Now you can stop making a fool of yourself.

Hi,
I am using the site for a while, today I realised that I forgot my password and tried to reset it. I Send a reset request on website but there isn’t any mail arrived. I requested in multiple times but there is still no use. The mail I used for my account is [email protected] . I just needed a password reset link to that mail, thats it.
Thank you for your interest.
Ps. I also send you a pm about the same topic

You unsubscribed from all our emails so we couldn't send the password reset. I have resubscribed you so please try again.

this is what I am trying to say that they have deliberately made this policy and even if it is made, they have kept it hidden so that they can eat people's money. honestly after looking at the price of bitcoin, I don't think you will get your account back.

That's only because you have completely ignored that I explained to you that the purpose of the policy is to protect accounts against phishing.

according to you, hacker must have hacked everything from him, like gmail, bank, crypto wallet, house and even his soul. lol

Hello, my account was created with the email "[email protected]", but it got deleted by google, so, in order to have 100% access to my freebtc account, i would like to change it to this new e-mail that is sending this message to you, [email protected];I use this site for more than half a year now, please, don't ignore me. Actually I got the email changed after a few attempts

They figured out that because they were using 2fa they could simply change the email on their profile page so they hadn't put themselves at risk of losing access to the account because of Google's actions in banning them from Gmail.

I have provided a lot of proofs but I ignored them and didn’t say at the beginning that only Bitcoin signatures can be provided nor said that only these exchanges will have Bitcoin signatures.

this is what I am trying to say that they have deliberately made this policy and even if it is made, they have kept it hidden so that they can eat people's money. honestly after looking at the price of bitcoin, I don't think you will get your account back.

There are many ways a hacker could also access ALL that information. I ask for a Bitcoin signed message because that's the only method that is foolproof. In cryptography I trust and so should anyone else that has had any involvement with Bitcoin.

according to you, hacker must have hacked everything from him, like gmail, bank, crypto wallet, house and even his soul. lol
tell me from where will he get the sign message when there is no option? god will send it or directly the CEO of the wallet will come to his house to deliver it? XD

From a quick look at your post history, I would guess that you are rather new to Bitcoin and probably only see it as a way of making some loose change from faucets. Anyone who had been around for a while would understand that the whole principle of Bitcoin is based on using cryptography to enable people to take control of their own money rather than rely on third parties. I would kindly request that in the future you refrain from giving security advice to my customers because you clearly don't have the first clue what you are talking about.
I did not advise anyone. I'm only talking about myself and my thoughts so Don't turn things around.

You can accept that you made a bad mistake in locking yourself out of an account and now you have lost it. Stop wasting any more time asking again and again when I have already explained to you many times that the only thing that proves that money is yours is a Bitcoin signed message from the address it was sent from.

I have provided a lot of proofs but I ignored them and didn’t say at the beginning that only Bitcoin signatures can be provided nor said that only these exchanges will have Bitcoin signatures.

You provided a lot of things I didn't ask for and that are of no use. You repeatedly ignored that I was telling you that a Bitcoin signed message was the only thing that would be acceptable when someone claims an account is theirs even when they don't have the email account associated with that account.

I mean I don't use 2fa on every website but yes Gmail account has 2fa, loooooong pass and number. hacking gmail is not so easy in today's world. If any suspicious activity happens the account gets locked automatically.

It is reckless to tell people that using a strong password is enough to secure their accounts. Now you are doubling down on dumb advice by telling people to trust Google to secure their accounts rather than take responsibility and do it for themselves.  When 2fa is available to secure an account containing crypto currency and someone doesn't choose to use it they are failing to take basic precautions.

There are many ways a hacker could also access ALL that information. I ask for a Bitcoin signed message because that's the only method that is foolproof. In cryptography I trust and so should anyone else that has had any involvement with Bitcoin.

so this is the last hidden policy to rob that 0.00001% people's? Grin

No, it is a policy that protects 100% of accounts from phishing. The number of customers that have recovered accounts using a signed message and have expressed gratitude to me so having such a robust policy to ensure their account wasn't at risk greatly exceeds the number that complain because they can't.

我已經提供了很多證明但都不理會而且一開始也沒說只能提供比特幣簽名也沒說只有這些交易所才會有比特幣簽名

That is terrible advice. If your email is hacked as has happened in the past with database leaks that are no fault of your own someone can simply reset your password and authorise their login from your email account. We don't force anyone to use 2fa we simply put a message advising anyone with a significant balance to use it. Maybe only a few people use 2fa overall but nearly 100% of high rollers use it.

Completely wrong. I'm not ignoring the fact that he has stated that can't sign a Bitcoin message because I have replied to him explaining that means he can't prove the account is his so I can't hand it over to him. He was ignoring that and simply repeatedly asking me if there was another way and then ignoring the answer being negative every time.  Asking the same question over and over will not change the answer. You don't seem to have any issues with the English language but you are also ignoring the answers I gave him.

It isn't written because it is an absolute last resort procedure only used by people who failed to take every other simple step to secure their accounts. It is completely unimportant to the vast majority of people because only 0.00001% of them will ever need it.

Not everyone only few people use 2fa especially when website/company force us to do this. strong password is enough for securing our account

If he is ignoring you then you are also doing the same. How many times has he said that there is no sign message option in his wallet? but honestly he is not ignoring. language barrier and broken translators makes it difficult to understand and write many things.

by the way If btc address ownership is so important don't you think we should know? It is not mentioned anywhere in the site. we would have used the official wallet not the exchange wallet.
