Why is the technical team taking months to solve issues which should have been fixed in a day or two, considering the magnitude of freebitco.in on the internet? At the current stage, to say you hope it's going to be resolved soon as possible, or that you are going to improve something in the platform don't mean anything anymore... The stage of the promises is gone, as none of them were executed.

To be transparent should be the first measure to be taken by you. To explain why it's taking so long to solve minor technical issues, to explain why the previous manager disappeared from this thread and forum and so on...
I will never know what is really going on behind the scenes regarding the problems that freebitcoin is experiencing.
They said that there was a change in team members and a change in responsibilities, so maybe that's why they need more time to get the site back to normal. But I agree, a site as big as freebitcoin which has a high reputation has the problem of slow case resolution, that is so that it can be suspected that something has happened.

Freebitcoin, I only wish you the best. Do the best for your customers and only that will restore your good reputation to its original state,
Ever since this whole issue with freebitco began, have the management of the casino come out to make an open announcement of what is really going on with them, and how or what they are doing to fix all and any issues anyone may have encountered or encounter in this process?
There have been none of such announcements that I know of, so, I personally assume that what is currently happening with freebitco is not really a matter of them changing team members and or some team members being assigned new roles, I personally think that the owners of this site are possibly tired of running it, it looks to me that running the site have become too boring for them but due to the number of user, they can't just pull the plug or turn off the socket already and all of a sudden, so they possibly trying to allow the site slowly die as more and more users stop using the site out of frustrations.

Saying this because I personally have not seen any issue with that site that is too hard to fix, they just simply don't want to fix the issues.

On some bugs & errors people complain since ever, but there seem to be more complaints lately. By that, I mean in the last months... maybe I am lucky, but I didn't feel all that on my skin, for me the site works as it always did. Maybe once in many months, I can't access the site for some reason, but after an hour or two, everything gets back to normal...

But generally, they are slow when it comes to complaints and some fixes, I guess Freebitco.in should look and perform a lot better, they have been here for years, but still their progress is not so visible, they keep the simple look and I can't remember they added something new. They can do a lot more then they are doing, but it's on them...

Base on the number of years that this platform has operated and has been up and running, I didn't expect this kind of issue to have taken this amount of time to get resolved, this is just like using a day to destroy a building you spend a lot of years to build. Well, the team should do all they can to try to fix up things before many people will start to lose confidence in them and not lose the reputation which they've built all these years just because of one issue, this will be an ugly one for the company to talk about.

Damaged already done in their reputation. They have a lot of time to flourish their casino yet they stick their old and unimproved casino just because they customers still playing due to their reputation set.

Now that their foundation for being old and reputable casino is now being shaken. It’s very hard to rebuild it again without the presence of founding member which all of us knew as the owner of the casino since the beginning.

There absence at the time when people need to have proper solution on the issues they encounter their representative is out and didn't solve any issue so we conclude that lots of people here might avoid to gamble here even if they decide to comeback and solve those issues. They have lots of time and I think resources to clean up their mess but I guess what impression leave to people that they don't care about much on this community and they let people think what they want from them.

The reputable word has been taken out already and we might see that this is the end of their long time running operation. A decade of flawless run has been erase on current issue and its sad to see them fall like this.

You would have to agree here, by creating this CSFBC account, the freebitco.in team have not really done anything of relevance to mend the relationship between the company and the forum members.

If you claim you are assisting using messages and emails then there is no reason to doubt it and the same applies to the transitional period of customer services being handed over. Having said that you should consider being proactive here as showing more of a presence with measured posts to reassure members in this thread could be what is needed to repair the damage.

I think as long as they are operating and processing withdrawals and their userbase is active there is nothing wrong with that.I don't know and I don't think they have liquidity problems as they have people losing money in high lo there like crazy.I think it is best to wait in an official final statement from them regarding their new roadmap if there is any.

How can people will be interested to refer on your casino while there’s still a lot of lapses that needs to be improved. That 2x referral boost is indeed appetizing rewards but you should be working first on your casino feature because there’s always a withdrawal problem involved due to your email.
The reward is appetising and at the same time dangerous; knowing the issues they are facing and recently referring someone to also come and encounter the same issue is like knowing the danger and also sending them into it.

And their issue has moved from users being unable to get withdrawal email confirmation to some users not being able to gain access to their account even when their login details are correct.
 
It has been a while since I used Freebitco, but how can their email service be having issues in terms of sending codes when I still receive promotional emails almost every day from them?


Rewards to give is not appetizing or appealing if there's an issue happening with no assurance to have a clear resolution with those issues been posted against them. People would just avoid anything they offer since those issues would surely serve as a warning to people for not participating on any offers they give to their community.

Common thing we could see now is the withdrawal issue and for sure this  kind of problems will not happen if they didn't disable those important things needed before a user could able to withdraw on their casino. But I guess again they let those things to happen since maybe they don't care about this community anymore.

They shouldn't be talking about campaign at such a time where hell is loosed on their reputation with complaints after complains from their users about their ones enviable company in the forum. Firstly, freebitco.in would need to resolve all issues, making sure the technical irregularities have been taken care of and normalcy with operation has returned back to the company with the trust of it's users rebuilding, then they can turn their attention to signature campaign advert in the forum, else no member here will take them serious. You can't be marketing a product/service that is in a bad situation and expect that patronage will be gotten... It'll all be a waste of funds on signature right now.

Yes, we should be patient and at least wait until they complete "a transitional period", which they have already repeatedly mentioned. Only after that, it will most likely be possible to talk about improving their reputation and, consequently, about restarting the signature campaign.

In the past they allowed users to prove ownership of their account by signing a message with the private key to an address which they had sent a deposit from. That was something that TheQuin was in charge of, but as he is no longer doing customer support they will hopefully find a replacement that is able to handle this responsibility.

I see you are brand new on this forum, and this is your first post on this forum as well as this thread, sorry though but you can't get help here either, freebitco is currently facing issues with alot of customers and their representatives on this forum are no where to be found for several weeks or months now, the casino seems to be currently running on auto-pilot because there are no customer service any where to assist users with their issues, both on the site and on this forum.

So, what I advice is, if you don't have a balance on your FB account, simply forget about this and move on, find some other reputable casino and play there for now.
But if you have a balance, there is also nothing you or anyone can do for now if you can't access your account, simply continue to try and let's hope that the management behind this casino will break out of their shell soon.
Security of your account on whatever platform is your sole responsibility so if you have lost access to your email, 2fa apps and so on, this all bounce back to you and the team have less to do for you in this case, since FB has a strong standing when it comes to users account security, their try as much as possible not to interfere with account security control which is why they introduced multiple layers of security features that give users total control of the account security.
Just as five-star stated, if you don't have much funds in the account, you may have to move on leaving that account unless you have a way of recoverying those details you have lost else were, although sometimes after going through alot of verification process, the support can help you deactivate the 2fA features on the account and have that email changed, but like I said this is almost an impossible task but some platforms get be such chances to their users when the lose their account details.

You created the CSFBC account on 18th July 2024 for the purpose of addressing issues and to answer questions. You also stated your goal was to provide helpful support and guidance for us to have the best possible experience. Such was your excitement that you stated you were looking forward to engaging with the community and contributing to the forum.

The fact you were last active in this forum on 19th July 2024 which was just a day after making your announcement demonstrates the lack of respect both you and the owners seem to have for those that need help. You are not addressing issues nor answering questions either and you have been absent when the owners could easily have paid to ensure support will never go missing.
It is obvious the handler of that account is not too experienced with using this forum and its functionalities. You can see that in the manner of quoting and responding to issues which was supposed to be according to individual basis and sometimes in this thread so that people can see that work is being done and people receiving the much needed help. As a new account, I think the benefit of doubt is needed now. Nevertheless, the bulk of the work is on the technical team in the aspect of restoring the platform to optimal functionality. They have to work faster than they are doing already because time is of the essence and the longer these issues tarry, the more people lose confidence in the platform.
