Is there a way to take legal action about the free spins? Like many of us would not have bought fun tokens if we knew this was going to happen.
I believe that, Spins are great publicity and very flashy and as such a profitable endeavor to run for the casino. Conclusion being from that I think they will or should at least restore and repay those owed. Legal anything would be overkill and probably not much use especially.
Spins already had a kind of soft default, like when you save for a pension and they decide to raise your retirement age after the fact. Not fair and people do sue on such things but I never heard much justice on it. Basically the missing spins do harm prospects and appearance and its probably already showing in the token price to some extent.
They should repair who knows if they will, but I presume they are aware of it being silly not to just because I credit some intelligence. If they take too long the BTC price will resolve upwards, if they delivered on a BTC price low I wouldnt moan too much about it.
So this is not illegal marketing practices that should be brought into a court of law?
A similar heinous crime committed done -> ftx and celsius lying to their customers enough in stalling to get away with their funds.
To me the same thing is happening with this site to the thousands of customers who bought their fraudulent FUN tokens.

The costs of taking an international legal action against the platform don't worth the loss we have been having through non credited WoF spins. Each spin means a dozen of satoshis, so even if you should have some thousands of spins credited, it still wouldn't price more than some bucks of dollar. Meanwhile, an attorney and all the bureaucratic steps involved would demand a much larger budget. I risk saying thousands of dollars, without any assurance it will have a happy ending for investors.It's misleading propaganda, indeed. But the best alternative for now is to warn people to not deposit money on the website anymore, while explaining them what is going on with freebitco.in.

From time to time I try to regain access to my freebitco.in account, I request a password reset to get my email to change the password. When I click on the link, it says that the link has expired... It's from an account that I haven't been able to access since 2016-17 (around there)

I just requested a password reset to see how it works and I got the same error as you. Their representative on the forum is CSFBC and unfortunatelly he has been offline since August 19.

Be careful with deposits. As a few days ago, I have made a deposit from outside, it has been confirmed for more than 1 hour and has not been credited to FBC.

It's a completely wrong information.
I still didn't receive my FUN withdrawal dated the beginning of August.
Have the same situation as zenrol28 in his message with the error of erc20 transfer - ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender.
Right. Just because he has done well does not mean that things are going well in general. In fact, we know that things have been going slowly for a while now, that for some people the site is working well but the majority of people are having problems with deposits, withdrawals, address changes, WoF etc.
CSFBC please pay attention to this case too.

Staying with the gloom theme, if Bitcoin can sell off this month it might break the boundaries even and give me a nice volatile bet result. Odds for 300 to 1 for getting near to 40k, to me in my reckless imagination it seems fair to take. Not saying I even think its probable just possible so I'd like to win that bet tbh.
Price and value are two separate things, I dont have a negative take on BTC (but expect erratic action) .For betting you want the unexpected to be possible on the large returns front.

Very often it nearly occurs and we bounce denying that payday, but 50k is where price should bottom so Im already saying maybe it just falls off the chart.
