I think you didn't read Text's post completely. In the same post you quoted, Text already confirmed that the payment was received.
Those users who had 2FA enabled didn't have any issues with withdrawals and now even those users who have not enabled 2FA are able to withdraw their fund.

My bad, I missed the text that was directed on top of the image.

His last comment made it sound as if it was still pending and that he came to the thread to complain due to their signature being on hold and negative comments that are being posted about them.

Good to see this good updates happened here since we could able to see that people could able to get their money on freebitco.in. Also I guess more better for them to put a representative just like TheQuinn did so that they announce this development and talk about other good developments happened in this casino.

Although for now this is good thing to read in this thread so hopefully we can see freebitco.in the one of the oldest casino would continue to operate smoothly and offer good playing experience to their gambler again just like before.

Many others have also said the same thing but it seems like there are not yet ready for that - because to them coming out to respond will just bring more complaints to their thread.

I can confirm that the issues with authorization emails have been solved.
I just requested a password reset, the button worked and I immediately received the authorization email for that.
It is a story of some weeks ago, after the Freebitco.in team were informed about it by community repeatedly and they spent time to look at it, resolved it and backlog of user withdrawal requests because of email service.

Now with your post and your test on it, it means no issue on your side.

I also have 2FA activated and I can login to my account without any issue.
It works for your side too.

So it is probably an issue on user sides, work for some and does not work for others. The team surely must look at it again even problems now are possible less severe than weeks ago.

I hope so too. The PR account and the Customer Care account need to be more actively to answer questions from users. If they need time to have response from their contact points like wetsuit, TheQuin, they can write it down here to inform the community about it.

In future, I hope the team can publicly describe about their flow of customer support includes technical and withdrawal problems. Something like a short description that, we as PR or CS staffs, need to forward your questions to the owner or technical guys, and we will give you answers from the responsible team, when we have it.

Keep silent only makes it unprofessional, even they can not answer questions directly.

My 2 cents, as a participant of the business's campaign in the past and hope it will be back.

I cannot log into my account either. I had 2FA active and it doesn't accept my 2FA code no matter what I do and it is annoying that the retry takes so long. I'm afraid to reset it since it takes a long time to reset and be able to log in again.
I also have 2FA activated and I can login to my account without any issue.

Congratulations buddy, and this is one of those reasons why I still some believe in freebitco, trusting that they have no intensions of scamming anyone, and also believing that with a little more time, they can definitely fix all the issues, and I may likely experience once again; the glitch free freebitco we all once had.

What I've been thinking, and saying is that I am suspecting they have some internal issues with between themselves, as many of them that manage the site, and they don't want to let their community and the general public learn about the what happened and what's currently going on, and this issue also have slowed down the mode and frequency at which the site operated, and issues are fixed.

Lets all believe in freebitco to come back stronger as soon as the management sort out their differences.

People who use 2fa can withdraw and those who didn’t enabled it cannot do it anymore and can’t withdraw


Right now, it sounds like it's better to be without 2FA than have it activated.

Excuse me but if you could not log in your account with 2FA, how did you manage to reset your 2FA code?

As far as I know, on all platforms, the standard way to reset password or 2FA is login your account first, do it successfully then change the password or reset 2FA code with a new one by entering your current password and current 2FA.

In your post, you did not say that you reset it with support from the service, and with complain above, it seems support does not work too well for users recently. That makes me curious that how did you do to reset it.

For time-synced issue that is possibly problem on pooya87 who is a technical expert and knows to solve it properly. If time-synced issue exists, pooya87 would have gotten problems with accounts on other platforms too.

Anything you remember in particular you may have modified since you had used your account?

You will get the funds cuz you have enabled 2fa and you don’t need confirmation email

put in well over 3 bitcoins, bought and set aside 10k fun tokens locked each day for a whole year at there rate.. and now i just made to getting into the return of it after a year, and the coin PLUMMETED, and the i cant withdraw, no email arrives and i hear its cause i didnt set up 2fa? what in the fuck is going on? a buisness/company/ whatever the fuck you guys are, of that size, i assume you would respond to the customer support emails, or at least advise us on whats going on?  i just wanna know my things are safe, and all im asking, (which i have asked in the emails, but left ghosted) IS my bitcoins safe.. and are you working on the issue.. It has come to my attention that some users have experienced login issues when attempting to access their account. 
It seems that you are not fully aware of what's going on with the service.
The reset password button doesn't work at all and according to reports posted by some users recently, they don't receive authorization emails.

These issues are not specific to some users.

It's the same for me. When I try to reset my password, the button either doesn't click at all or nothing happens after clicking it, and the site asks me to enter the captcha again. I should also point out that when I try to reset my password, I periodically get error 500 (Internal Server Error), which indicates that the problem is on the side of their server, not on the users' side.
