Well, I always try to contact support first, if support doesn't respond then you can take some further steps... CSFBC is their representative here, so you can try to write a PM to him.
Just complaining here will not get you far, you need to push a bit... write to support, a few times if it's necessary, contact CSFBC, and if you are persistent you will solve your problem... of course, if you are a "fair player".
