That's good to know, thanks! Just a little nervous since it's all my satoshis, but glad to hear the 2FA should keep things secure. So even without the confirmation email, as long as 2FA is on the withdrawal should be fine?

I only received this one email and I confirm that I received the payment to my address.



I'm a bit worried because their signature campaign is on hold and I also saw that there are already negative feedbacks about the owner or the author of this thread and the former user who used to answer queries.

Resetting the password doesn't work either, the button just freezes,
Same experience for me.
A few days ago when I tried to reset the password, the button worked and the problem was that I didn't receive the authorization email. Now, the button doesn't work at all and there is no way to reset the password.

Well, I always try to contact support first, if support doesn't respond then you can take some further steps... CSFBC is their representative here, so you can try to write a PM to him.

Just complaining here will not get you far, you need to push a bit... write to support, a few times if it's necessary, contact CSFBC, and if you are persistent you will solve your problem... of course, if you are a "fair player".

Most of us experienced many issues & problems with casinos around. Sometimes patience & polite approach are the best things we can do, and of course, finding the right places & persons that can help you solve your problem.

This is the same issue on the last time. You should improved your email since your player keeps encountering issue about no confirmation email too aside from the login error.

You should hang out here more often so that you can address easily all the concerns before it spreads to more players. Your website encounters too much error these days and it seems like you really didn’t hire more people to increase your manpower for your casino.

If you don’t have enabled 2fa you can’t reset password too so if you forget it you can’t login cuz you won’t receive confirmation email

Problem is the support thought the problems are just for logins…don’t know why but it seems only me knows what’s happening

My account has 2FA enabled.

It says the payment request was successful, but I haven't received the confirmation email yet. Let's wait to see if the payment will be sent out in 6 hours.

I can see the pending payouts when I refresh the homepage, but they automatically hide after the page is completely loaded.
