It's the oldest and most reputable faucet in the world...

As of today, I doubt it. Have you read about all the problems they have been having lately? Withdrawal problems, non-existent customer support, they appointed a new representative on the forum who was there for a few days and disappeared...

They have a newbie warning flag active for a long time with a lot of support, so it doesn't seem like a good time to boast about their reputation.
Well, even with all this issues, it is still not wrong to boast about the reputation of freebitco.in, or let's just say; their reputation until few months or several weeks ago.

And even till now, even with all the issues that you mentioned, i can't think of any other casino with a better Faucet, or let's just remove the casino part, is there any legitimate bitcoin Faucet that still exist today? None that I know of, so that simply means that freebitco is still maintaining its reputation as the best bitcoin Faucet in the world, because even in the midst of this current issues, the Faucet is still working properly, and those who can find their way around the site can use the Faucet, win and still withdraw.

With my respect. Having made money is not incompatible with criticizing how poorly the page works now.

They still haven't answered about the "hacking" that stole some of us.
The page does not work in the afternoons in 8 out of 10 bets in the multiply (Request timed out. Please try again).

Is it a sin to want them to improve and tell them their mistakes?

The default address when I made the account was the same address of the deposit one and I didn’t change that on the profile address..now it won’t let me do that and everything which requires to receive an email like change password or enable 2fa etc.

I have the same issue, the withdrawal address is the same as the deposit one, cannot be changed now,
when try to withdraw, then confirmation email never arrive, only "We have cancelled your recent slow payment request" email arrive after one hour.

You seemed confused enough that I am getting confused too. I mean the bitcoin address.

When you made your freebitco.in account you needed to use a bitcoin address, which presumably links to a bitcoin wallet that you have access to. That is the "profile address". The option to withdraw from to your profile address appears when you click "WITHDRAW", then click on the blue text that says "use profile address". Using the same bitcoin address as the one you registered on the site with will not trigger an email confirmation, but automatically send you your BTC.

If don't have access to the address of the bitcoin wallet you registered with, then that's a problem and you should not withdraw to that address.

In any case it is not possible that the deposit address is the same as the profile address (unless you/the site are being hacked again??).



lmao, I just tried my own suggestion and clicking on "use profile address" actually doesn't seem to work anymore... this website is a becoming a perfect example of how even digital things apparently rust and decay slowly... I suggest you copy your profile address from MORE->PROFILE->CHANGE WITHDRAWAL ADDRESS and use that, if clicking the blue text doesn't work.

I don't understand your complaints. "The payments are so bad and low" ? What do you mean by "bad" exactly? And your saying that they are "low" only shows that you don't know how FreeBitco.in works. It's the oldest and most reputable faucet in the world, and payments there never change, today they are  as they always have been, $0.002 in BTC.

You see that every week 10 users winning from those weekly draws and you are saying "it is impossible to win that"? Luckily for you, FreeBitco.in will not blacklist you for that, so even you will have a chance to win. Smiley

I am pretty sure that if you instant withdraw using the profile address you do not need to receive a confirmation email and so the withdrawal should go through without problems.


I will attempt that. =) Its still doing the same thing otherwise. If i get my money back this time, lesson learned.

Those users who have not already enabled 2FA need to confirm their withdrawal via email and they can't withdraw the fund, if the authorization email is received late.
I guess you have enabled 2FA or you withdrew the fund to your profile address.
And I think the most annoying thing with this whole issue is that the issue with late delivery of mail is something that can easily be fixed, yet, they seem not to be doing anything about the issue, and worst of all seem also to be the fact that there are no rep here to help users with issues, some weeks back, it was said that they now have a new rep on this forum, we were all happy and commended the team for taking that hold step..
But right now, I don't know what is happening with that supposed rep, complains are piling up here on this thread and he's no where to be found - at least, been a while I read from him or her last.

But all thing being the same, let's continue to stay hopeful that they will one day fix the issues, I personally don't have balance on the site, I was lucky to withdraw all before this whole issue of not getting email messages with withdrawal verification, but again, this is something that is easy to fix, and lets hope they fix this, plus other issues real soon.

I understand how stressful this can be, but there's not a damn thing anyone can do. That's a significant sum of money too.

For as long as the attackers continue to target the site, it will increase demand on server resources, which will result in processing delays such as you are currently experiencing.

So how long is a piece of string?

The number of users reporting bad gateway errors has decreased over the last day or so. This suggests the site is recovering and hopefully it shouldn't be too long before things are back to normal.

This of course is contingent on the attackers cease fire.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of any more help.

I'm sorry you cannot access your funds when you need it.

This issue occurred previously due to a mail backlog, likely caused by a DDoS attack. Many were affected due to expired verification emails.

Support won't help you. Don't waste your time.

Try to be patient, try to withdraw again in six hours or so. This issue eventually resolves itself.

Approximately 5,085,790,109 fun tokens were purchased and locked on freebitco.in. However, when I look at the holders, I see that these tokens are no longer in the wallet and have been sold. Why?

This is what it says when I am trying to activate f2a and I am trying again to withdraw and after an hour I will post a screenshot of what email I will get which will be the cancellation one because I don’t click on the confirmation email which I don’t ever get.
