We have conducted a thorough review and found no issues on the website. It is possible that specific users may have encountered problems due to viruses or plugins they installed, which are beyond our control.
Isn't it too much coincidence that many high rollers who won the wagering contest (and only them) had their accounts legitimacy compromised by a malicious script which was deflecting their funds to external unknown wallets?

If the issue with malicious script were a generic issue faced by random users, then we could think that it had something to do with external plugins installed by the users themselves (probably plugins related to gambling bots).

But since only specific whales were targeted, it really seems to have been a more elaborated attack against determined platform's users, who the hackers knew to be more profitable to steal from, instead of focusing on random accounts from micro earners containing dust of satoshis, for an example.

We've been there.
It's impossible to stop fraudulent traffic when you don't change the way the site operates.

We were criticized when we changed the hourly roll to a daily roll but that's what saved our faucets.

If you want to overcome this fraudulent activity (and don't end up like freedoge.co.in had to shut down) you need to start changing your business model. First of all paying 3 sats at minimum roll is a pure suicide and doing it on a hourly basis is a disaster waiting to happen.

Change your business model first, then worry about how to stop the remaining fraudulent activity. The change itself will deter fraudsters from draining your Bitcoin reserves.

Are you sure about that? AFAIK the main goal of their faucet is to attract people in order to make them play at their paying games (dice game, lotteries and sport betting) and eventually to buy some of their FUN tokens. But if their faucet offers very small rewards, they won't attract people who have interesting purchasing power. TBH, I don't think they will attract much people from developed countries with rewards lower than 3 sats per claim (even if you can claim it every hour). It's only $0.002. I'm currently receiving 60sats per free rolls thanks to the bonus I earned and I don't do it every hour, because I don't think it worths it when I'm doing something else.

This doesn’t change anything here. People trust thequin than you since you just recently step up from marketing role to support after receiving negative feedback from DT. You are just ignoring all concerns few weeks ago if I remember correctly.

The one who should made this kind of announcement should be thequin itself since he is the one who front in the forum before. How hard to do posting an announcement same like what you type using his forum account?

People is asking one simple task while you are just making the transition of position so complicated.

Ive worked customer service in prior jobs and its entirely feasible for people to want to move on from dealing with the same complaint every day for years.   It is an unfortunate burden that has to be dealt with none the less but staff changing their jobs is a normal aspiration tbh.    The turn over where I worked was gigantic, I only liked the tech support side of it.

But I am amazed that people just accept wild claims without any real proof. I've played the Free Roll game for about 8 years and never won above the 3rd level

Ive played a long time not won the top prize I'd surely notice/remember.    Im way above 10k spins might be even 20k yep I just checked is 21k Cheesy   But I would still have to say having studied stats for maths thats  still within the normal range of probability.

Same as any popular game the odds on extreme prizes make it harder then you might imagine, just pascals triangle or similar game to get the outer edges as a prize is so dam unlikely.

Well, there does not seem to be any announcements about the website/business either being sold or under new management and they seem to be using the same account that was created in 2019 therefore I think it is safe to say that scenario can be discounted.

Apparently freebitco.in PR already stated TheQuin has been moved on to other duties away from the forum.

I am not sure if they will be able to regain trust again after all that has happened recently.

That's why I'm going to ask the following questions:

1 - Is FreeBitco.in still owned by the same people?

2 - if TheQuin is really part of the website and support, why doesn't it appear to explain the technical aspects that are behind these problems and has to send you to do this task when you are not from support but from marketing?

Hopefully TheQuin and their partners are reading it. It's not always easy to make such decisions when you are too comfortable with years long site operation but at some point a massive chance is needed for longevity of a project. I hope to see some changes are coming soon from the team.

- Meanwhile, look to what is already visible. Example:

I think for SSL mostly used for few months and will be renewed. so nothing wrong with that.

if PR already made a confirmations about their problems and has been solved, i believe everything is good now. of course we need thequinn to give informations, because he was the most active members here before.

I'm sorry for the things I'm going to say, TheQuin is a member of this forum since 2013, it was a guy who has always been responding to the thread and he is from support according to what he himself wrote in his account profile, so It seems that the right thing would be for TheQuin to come to this thread and explain everything that is happening with the site and what the solutions have. As we are all anonymous on this forum, we would hardly know if, for example, the site had been sold to someone else and that same person fired TheQuin (and all the old employees) and he signed a term of commitment agreeing not to speak in public about this change of owners and stay away from the forum and the website. What I'm talking about is something that has happened a lot in crypto companies and when new management arrives things don't go well and problems start and they blame the previous management for leaving many more problems than those reported.
If TheQuin signed a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with the new owner, new team, he will not appear here to explain anything. We know how NDA works for both sides.

If it is the case, explanation only can come from the new owner team, if they want.

If it is related to NDA, don't expect TheQuin to say anything.

Last two weeks, withdrawal problems, email back logs are gradually resolved with today's update from the PR account, it seems FreeBitco.in service will be back to smooth operation, I hope so, and with more professional customer supports.

For your big questions, let's wait for replies from the team and if ownership did not change, when TheQuin finishes other tasks that can be higher in his to-do list, he will appear here to explain.

Nothing lasts forever
From the look of things and my personal observation, I thjk it's clear enough to understand that possibly some of the teams, or previous teams rather, are no longer functional, and I am personally suspecting that they likely had some serious internal issues which they are hiding from the public.

Said this because, all of a sudden, TheQuin (which is one of the most recognized board member of freebitco) no longer comes to this forum, and even when he does, he stopped replying to freebitco user's concerns on this thread, so that says something.

Them being a well experienced player in this industry, they really shouldnt have allowed this issue get to this level before seeking out solution, but all the same, let cross our fingers and see what the future is freebitco will turn out to be, whether they Wil be able to restore their dying reputation or they will end up losing it completely.

What you are saying makes sense and things are more clear now. The recent incidents could have been handled very well but it just became worse day by day.
TheQuin not responding on this thread anymore shows us that things are off at freebitco.in.
Freebitco.in PR announcing that they are hiring customer associates confirms that TheQuin won't be responding on this thread any time soon.

I have suspected this for a long time, where Thequin, who is usually active in responding to this thread, suddenly became rarely active anymore, at that time I suspected that there was an internal problem that we might not know about, causing confusion here, plus their campaign on this forum. stopped, it looks a little strange, but I can't accuse anything because I'm not part of the team so accusing things that are not true will definitely not be justified forever, finally freebitcoin PR clarified a little about the problem.

Hopefully this site doesn't have any big problems, let alone going bankrupt, I think this site will continue to run without a team that is active on this forum and responds to all complaints from its users, even though freebitcoin PR said it needed a new team to replace Thequin's position on this forum, hopefully they found the right replacement and can be more active in solving every problem faced by all their users, especially users who are active on this forum, but so far I haven't had any problems on this site. I hope everything is fine.

Everything has an end and if so freebitco.in is going to end by being bankrupt then they should just close the faucet at good terms.
People losing money and facing issue with their withdrawals and other issues should be rectified before that.
It won't look good if such a good reputed site gets closed with users having to face such problems.
I am not saying that freebitco.in is going bankrupt but just in case the site is about to come to an end it should be on good terms.

Check the topic again. There is evidence collected that the problem is on the side of your site and the users are not to blame for the fact that you had a hole in the security system

I would also like to think that everything is fine and that soon everything will be solved and we will have a message from a representative explaining what has happened and saying that the problems have been solved.

However, freebitco.in if instead of being in the sort of legal vacuum it is in, it were a licensed casino in Europe it would have been under investigation for some time, and would probably have already been intervened by the authorities.

For example, You don’t see Binance just letting their PR guy made an announcement whenever their company facing critical issue but rather CZ step up always. I think you get already my point right?
We change with time. The Quinn may not have time anymore to spend in the forum or anything else, we can not speculate the correct reason. CZ himself is a brand, he always enjoys the engagements. Someone else's business strategy don't need to be the same as him.

Why do you remain silent regarding the wagering contest winners that had funds stolen?

And is TheQuin's departure related to these stolen funds?

I am not saying that the site is a scam, I have never had problems in years, but I demand a solution to this theft that I have suffered.

They ain't give away no Lamborghinis, LOL. You ever hear of anyone here or anywhere got a Lamborghini or $200,000 of BTC? It's supposedly happened 10 times! 5 other sites using FBC's design also claim to be giving Lambos.
So, you're accusing them that Lambo lottery is fraud? You need to have some proofs for it because now it looks that you're just angry at Freebitco.in. BTW, guy few posts below you showed posts of 2 winners, so, you can't say that nobody didn't saw winners.
And these sites with same design have no relation with Freebitco.in, it's just copycats and it's likely that they're not legit.

Well, I'm a little bit less skeptical. Grin I'm not angry at them, I don't buy Golden Tickets or lottery tickets, so I don't care. But I am amazed that people just accept wild claims without any real proof. I've played the Free Roll game for about 8 years and never won above the 3rd level, 9986 - 9993 but it's still Free BTC and has amounted to something over these many years, so I am a happy player. But I don't believe in Santa Clause.  Cheesy
