This is what I was looking to hear for the last few months already. As soon as you have your new support team ready to work side by side with this community things can get clearer, every requests from users can be answered individually and all issues solved. That is the first step you have to take in order to retrieve your trust and reputation with your community of loyal users who have been with you for several years.

Ensure the safety of your platform and make your support work in real time through email and through this forum. Don't let requests from users accumulate, otherwise things are going to get out of control and what you will have is chaos in front of your eyes, as we have been seeing these days here.

Personally, I don't feel confident to keep my funds at freebitco.in at this moment, but if things get right back on track once again, it might be possible to reconsider the idea.

In fact, we can already say that some things are out of control, and the sooner they can hire new team members, it will be better for both freebitcoin and all users. But it seems to me that it won't be easy for a new member of the freebitcoin team to solve all the issues that have arisen here and regain the trust of users that freebitcoin had before.

So, you're accusing them that Lambo lottery is fraud? You need to have some proofs for it because now it looks that you're just angry at Freebitco.in. BTW, guy few posts below you showed posts of 2 winners, so, you can't say that nobody didn't saw winners.
And these sites with same design have no relation with Freebitco.in, it's just copycats and it's likely that they're not legit.

Freebitco team have indeed giveaway Lamborghini. We don't have any way to verify it physically. But we have already seen two Lamborghini winners post here in the forum. One of them is 'user 10813710' who won it from the 7th round. The other person is 'user 13517688' who have won the Lamborghini from 9th round. Anyway, it has no connection with the recent issue of the site. I also want to see a detailed explanation about all these things.

We'd like a little more information on what exactly happened to your website. Has TheQuin resigned and is no longer repping? What about the hacks that took place a month ago where a malicious actor was able to inject malicious scripts in order to swap the withdrawal address? Why the silence since then? What happened to you in that period?

Please don't keep us in the dark like this.

There were some issues with authorization emails, but I received the email for resetting password yesterday and I could do that successfully.
I also enabled 2FA and changed my withdrawal address and received the emails for them too.

Edit:
I just tried to reset my password again and I received the authorization email in a few seconds.
Did you check the spam folder?

Really this is not good for the freebitco.in because they have built reputation in the forum and they would have resolved the issue once and foe all. The problems are getting too numerous. At first it was difficulty to withdraw and now even resetting of password though there are times the delay of email is caused by network so he has to check his network or rest and try again. hosseinimr93 thanks for helping them out.

You are one of the longest running casino in cryptospace(if not the first)  and with that you need to restore your name guys , I have been playing your faucet for years and also have played and deposit not as big amount and never experience any untoward issues(though the lottery result keeps me asking if those are legit lol) but now this is dark days freebitco.in and hope that everything will be resolve and will go back to normal anytime soon.

So there looking for staff at freebitco.in?
That means that someone is in theory there at least doing something at freebitco.in whether or not it's anything big or small will just say that somebody's there doing something. And if that is the case, the least they could do is acknowledge that some BS happen with the wagering contest about a month ago and the top 10 wagers all had their money stolen. Oh and by the way we're looking for new staff.

However, no mention of any kind of problems going on, just to mention that they're looking to staff free bitco.in.

That's pretty pathetic. At least acknowledge that there's some s*** going on. That's not right and then ask for staffing.

Why do we keep sitting here speculating whether or not free? Big Cody and is still a legitimate place and to be trusted. Hell no they're not to be trusted. Absolutely not. No question. They are not to be trusted. Just end the conversation. There doesn't need to go on anymore. They are not to be trusted until we get a resolution to the monthly wagering contest that was corrupted.

So it looks like there's been a lot of happenings since I've last checked the forum. Is there someone that's going to give me the $500 that is owed to me from the wagering contest? Did we get that figured out or what's going on? And obviously I hope everybody gets their due funds as well

It’s scary that he acknowledges the issue yet he failed to deliver the message to any of thequin or wetsuit about the importance of their appearance here to reassure users. It’s very easy to become online and release official statements like they are doing before yet didn’t done even after 5 days since he posted that “reassuring” message.

That freebitcoin PR's post can be called reassuring as it was actually the first reaction from the freebitcoin team in the last couple of months. That's something rather than complete ignoring of the community.

At least we know that for now Thequin is no longer really part of this team and is waiting for freebitcoin to find a new team that can take care of every problem of active users in this forum, because of course the reputation of this site is also at stake if there are no unsolved cases and piling up in this thread, of course it will bring a bad image to this site in the future, I know freebitcoin is a big site and has been active for a long time so that all bitcoin users can get their free bitcoins through this site, it would be a shame if they stopped here. Hopefully they will stay alive for all future bitcoin communities and also solve all existing problems.  Wink

Has there already been an official announcement from freebitcoin that he is no longer part of their team? In fact, he has become less active in this thread since last November, although he posted a response as a freebitcoin representative in early April.

The pity of it is that with the customer base they have on this forum, the help you just provided would have to be provided by someone in-house like TheQuin as for a long time it happened.
