I also don't understand why people are still discussing Mbappe's times at PSG. He has left, end of story.  Smiley

PSG doesn't need him to win titles. They can still continue to dominate the Ligue 1 very easily. When it comes to the Champions League, they can still be competitive for the title. It all depends on how strong you are as a team. One man can't save the day for you all the time. There is no such kind of a mentality in modern football.

They actually had a good teamwork at the beginning of the season but they can't reflect that onto the Champions League yet. It is a pretty bad start and their next game is against Bayern Munich away.  Tongue

Mbappe is an incredible player with incredible talent that PSG have ever found, but it's time for PSG to forget about him at the moment, what we expected before may not have seen happening in Madrid yet, but over time of course Mbappe will find his way in Madrid once he can adapt, his potential and ability are undoubted and we can see how he has proven himself as one of the best players in the world with his very significant contribution at PSG previously, I think we can't equate a team like Madrid with PSG which has been dependent on one previous player in every match, so inevitably every player has to support Mbappe in their attacking line, in contrast with Madrid who actually has several quality attacker and can give strong competition for Mbappe at this time, So it is quite natural that his first season in Madrid did not live up to the expectations expected by many people today.
What is certain is that the competition in League 1 and La Liga is very different so that at PSG he can appear like a professional star player with a high number of scores.
Unfortunately this is not just about Mbappe's replacement or also not about how PSG is currently performing. But the most important thing is that PSG must learn to produce new talents from the young players they have and try to produce reliable players from a younger age.
In that way, PSG can continue to dominate League 1 because they have a good way of managing players. And I think now is the time to forget about Mbappe in League 1 and it would be better to focus on building a stable performance without relying on certain players.
Why getting worried over spilled milk. Mbappe is gone for good and it's high time PSG faces reality and look for how they can get a good replacement for Mbappe, so that they can strengthen the club with the players that they have for the continuity of winning the title always, and also focus on how they can win UCL some dsy.
I think there is no point in talking about this anymore. After all, Kylian Mbappé is now a Real Madrid player. Paris Saint-Germain looked for various alternatives to replace him and they currently have good players in the squad. They can also make a few transfers in the mid-season transfer period. It is not difficult for them to win the French league anyway, what is important is to be successful in the Champions League, which they have been aiming for for years. In order to be successful in the Champions League, a few more stars may need to be brought to the team.

PSG have a good record and believe they will be stronger after replacing this player but I don't see any truth in this, if all these players help each other, it will become stronger.  But I doubt for him not to win the title because he is too strong and high performing to not win the title. But they can certainly get to the end of it. PSG will face Bayern Munich in their next match in which they will face a sure defeat. They will have to work hard to compete against Bayern Munich.

Paris Saint Germain is too strong in Ligue 1, so I can't see any comparisons that can be made with other teams in Ligue 1. Not to underestimate the teams in Ligue 1, but we can see for ourselves what the differences are like. In terms of finance, Paris Saint Germain is very strong, in terms of player composition Paris Saint Germain also has good players, they even once had a very luxurious player composition. It will be a different story when we see them in the Champions League because there are many teams like them. And even when they have a luxurious squad, they also can't get what they want all this time, which is to become champions in the Champions League.

Except if a Saudi or Qatari-based company decides to invest in any other French League club, PSG might keep dominating. I mentioned these Middle Eastern countries because they have the guts to spend money on clubs without considering how to recover the investment. I also assume that the reason why investors are not putting more money into the Ligue One might be because of their limited Champions League slots. Before now only two teams qualified directly to the group stage while the third-placed club will go through a preliminary round and then a play-off to qualify for the group stage. But with the increased slots to three and the fourth engaging in playoff, we might see more investors in the future.

Monaco's two consecutive defeats have widened the gap on PSG, but a 3-1 win over Strasbourg has restored their confidence to return to the top. The international break will give them time to refine their game plan. Hopefully, after the international break, AS Monaco can return to their best form to be able to reclaim the top spot.
And the distance is now 6 points, Monaco decline is really unexpected in getting two defeats but do you believe Monaco will be able to improve the situation again by occupying the top position in the standings?
If PSG still continue to perform consistently and get victory after victory every week then I think even though Monaco performs impressively it is still impossible to surpass PSG, only luck can help Monaco, maybe expecting PSG to get series of defeats will be the only chance that can help Monaco.

Yes, let's say Monaco is back on track after they lost twice against Nice and Angers. proven, Manaco performed well again in UCL defeating Bologna, and defeating Strasbourg with a score of 1-3. against Brest, on paper Monaco should be able to get full points. although, in football there are often surprises. moreover, Balogun seems to still have to be absent in some of his matches. after that Manaco will face Benfica, and that won't be easy. against Marseille then Arsenal in UCL. their upcoming matches won't be easy, the teams they face have a chance to defeat AS Manaco. but let's assume Manaco is able to overcome it, that means the match against PSG will be a crucial match. if they want to compete tightly for the top of the Lique 1 standings, that means Manaco must sweep all their matches until they meet PSG in week 16. or, at least PSG must slip in some of their matches. thus, Manaco has the opportunity to reduce the points difference between them. unfortunately, it won't be easy. I doubt Manaco will be able to overtake the ranking occupied by PSG, but we will see how these teams go through each match, especially for Ligue 1.

We are watching Ligue 1 football matches and Football team will play next match with football team. That match will be organized in the Stade Louis II stadium.  Monaco football team is favorite for that match because comparatively their performance is very excellent in the recent matches. Monaco team won 3 matches out of 5 matches and they lose 2 matches  but Brest football team could win only 2 matches out of 5 matches and they lose 2 matches and they draw one match in the last 5 matches. Monaco team has 23 points on the points table and that team has capacity to get first position but their next matches performance matters a lot and also PSG performance will impact on the rank of teams.

What you suggest is actually quite right because PSG does not need to think about Mbappe anymore for this season because PSG only needs to think about how to live this season as well as possible and must be willing to take advantage of the transfer market at the beginning of next year to target some of the best players they want. Because PSG only finds it difficult to get the UCL trophy, while for the trophy in Ligue 1 I think PSG can still fight quite relaxed in terms of getting it because in Ligue 1 only PSG has more strength so PSG is still able to get the trophy here.

Currently at PSG it doesn't feel like getting a replacement for mbappe is primary as they are even doing well in their domestic league except for champions League which we all know and been a dream for them all this years but I still don't find that as a reason to think there's a crucial need, literally they have got some good players helping the team do well alongside the coach only that they don't have a natural striker like mbappe just yet which we cannot be expecting they get someone exactly like him actually but with time they will get back some form of stability especially at the UCL but for their domestic league, they are still doing great.

PSG management is rich. They have a lot of money. And if they want, they can spend a lot of money and add experienced players to their squad. But I think now PSG management is planning for the long term. PSG has given the responsibility of forming a stable squad to an experienced coach like Luis Enrique. And Luis Enrique is working towards this goal.

Luis Enrique has formed a squad with young players. There are few experienced players in the squad. However, if these young players of PSG are a little experienced, they will be able to perform better in the future. PSG's performance on the Champions League platform is still irregular. However, PSG's players are able to perform well in Ligue 1. Coach Luis Enrique is probably not thinking about replacing Mbappe yet.

Well, we all know that the quality of PSG players compared to players on other teams in league 1, PSG is much better. But the problem is that it only applies to league 1. I mean when PSG has quality players, but those players are very easy to contribute to getting the title or dominating league 1. While in the UCL, PSG is still very far from being able to pursue the title because it requires several experienced players and needs the right coach to be able to bring PSG to a higher level.

On paper it should be like that, Monaco can easily win over Brest. However, all of that is just an advantage on paper that cannot guarantee 100% that they will be able to win easily like that. What determines it is their own game on the field. They must show their best to be able to win this match. In addition, Brest also did not come to lose, they will also definitely try their best to be able to get points from this match, at least they are targeting 1 point for them to take home in this match. Although Brest is not in a good condition because they suffered a series of previous defeats, they will also definitely try hard.
In football, there is nothing certain but we also have to look realistically and it cannot be denied that Monaco has a very large percentage to be able to win the match against Brest and they are also better than them in everything so it is only natural that Monaco has a large percentage to win the match.
So far we can see that Brest's performance has been very poor since the beginning of the season and even they are now in 12th place with only being able to collect 13 points while Monaco started this season very well, they are now at the top and ready to compete for the title so I think the match between the two teams will not be fierce because of the significant difference in quality and if there is no big surprise then Monaco will be able to win this match easily.
Yes I agree with you, the first thing we will see is realistic when looking at 2 teams that will face each other. We can see from the match record, match record, and so on, and I agree that Monaco will be the biggest favorite in this match, I don't think anyone doubts that. But once again I say that it is an advantage on paper that may happen on the field is different from what we predict. We have seen many matches that were initially considered easy matches for one team, but the favored team actually lost. The point I want to convey here is that there is no 100% prediction, because sometimes the results are different, although I also agree with the analysis before the match.

There is no doubt that things are like this, PSG is a very good team and everything in between is very, very famous, but we have to believe that they are the dominators of Ligue 1, but they have to improve for the UCL and for any type of competition where they face teams from other leagues, because undoubtedly they have to raise the level so that the demonstration of good French football is evident and above all to be a power in Europe, in Ligue 1 they are the kings, I don't think that any French team will take the throne from them, at least this season that will not happen.
That is clearly true because everyone can see the reality that has happened in Ligue 1 where PSG can still maintain their throne to continue to dominate Ligue 1 until this season and it is even possible for next season if there is no team that is more consistent in winning matches in Ligue 1. I also agree that PSG still have to improve their ability when facing teams from other leagues such as in the UCL, because PSG still often have difficulties when facing teams from other leagues until this season and that is still proven through PSG's position in the UCL standings this season where PSG is in 25th place after playing four matches for this season.

PSG has managed to keep the team in flying colors for some seasons now and since Mbappe's exit from the club did not affect them in their league games shows that PSG has become a very solid team in the France ligue 1. They have proven they can excel without any player which is a very good impression from the team. Now, the UCL has been a stumbling block for PSG over the years, and they have always wished to win the title but to no avail despite their devotion and commitment but i think they don't need to relent in their quest to achieve the most recognized trophy in football after the world cup. Winning just 1 game out of the four games they have played in the UCL is a very bad result for PSG and from the look of things, they can end up not qualifying for the next stage of the UCL.

PSG needs to find a replacement for Mbappé if they want to meet up to the round of 16 this season in the Champions League, which we all know even if they made it to the round of 16 that doesn’t still determine they will make it to the title of the Champions League because they have tried to get that for a long time now, and still they have not even made it to the finals. Although this is not actually the place to discuss about the Champions League.

Talking of Ligue 1, they are really trying, which I think they focus more on it than they do on the Champions League, although they are trying their best, but they also need to put more effort into the Champions League since we can’t tell when their victory will be to get the title.

For this season Mbappé is a new player at Real Madrid and he still has time to make a little adjustment with his teammates at Real Madrid so I would not judge Mbappé as a bad player for this season just because he has moved from PSG to Real Madrid. Because when Mbappe was still defending PSG last season, PSG only excelled in Ligue 1, while in the UCL they were still unsuccessful so PSG still couldn't feel the UCL trophy until last season.
I always suggested that neither PSG is bad without Mbappe, nor Real Madrid is bad because of Mbappe. Real Madrid has a lot of injuries this season, so far 10+ players got injured total, some came back, some are still out injured, latest is Militao so it's clear that we are talking about something huge here, the injury list is the reason why they are looking for something this big.

However, if we are looking into something careful, then what we need to care about would be just the fact that we are seeing something growing with PSG without Mbappe as well. So Real is good and Mbappe helps them be good, and without injuries they will be great, but also PSG is good, even without Mbappe, he wasn't the only reason they were good before.

We should understand that he was just a player and he couldn't change the whole team and to make the team lose or win the game by himself. Even after Mbappe left PSG we didn't see PSG having bad performance and still they were having good performance even without having Mbappe in this team. Now can see PSG is still at the top of the French League without Mbappe playing there.
I think one good reason for them to have this good performance was Enrique because they are having good teamwork and that's because of their coach.

To fight Brest I believe Monaco will get an easier win but after that they have to face Marseille and this is the concern because Marseille is also not an opponent that Monaco can beat, if they play well maybe can share points for draw against Marseille.
As for the remaining UCL match, only Aston Villa is an easy opponent for Monaco because Benfica, Arsenal and Inter Milan are quite strong team but this will be big match for Monaco.

If we judge based on their position in the table, I may agree that Monaco will beat Brest with ease. However, from the matches I have watched this season, I can't say that Monaco will defeat Brest as easily as you might think. In fact, football is full of surprises. In the last two or three matches that Monaco played against Angers, almost everyone was saying it would be an easy win for Monaco. But at the end of the day, it was Angers that won the game, and I wouldn't call it a lucky game for Angers because they played really well and deserved the win.So, considering Brest’s current condition, I can say Monaco may not have an easy win. However, the truth is that Monaco is the favorite team to win the game if we compare their current performance. But they will need to put in a lot of effort before they can secure their three points against Brest.

I think the predictions for the Monaco - Brest match will be correct because Monaco seems to be the superior side in this match. Of course there are surprises in football but Monaco has won its last 2 matches and is in good form. Monaco will be playing at home and this will be an advantage. I don't have a prediction yet about how many goals will be scored in the match so I want to see how the two teams play in the first 10 minutes of the match.

If Brest can resist its opponent in the first half, it may have a chance to get 1 point but I think Monaco will win this match comfortably.

It's a fact, they have total dominance in Ligue 1 , until now I had faith in Lille, in Marseille, but no, they are not up to the task, the bad thing about this is that if they continue at this level in Ligue 1 we will not see a French team Standing out in the biggest Competitions , I hope they improve even more, it is not easy either, they have the same amount of games as the other leagues, it's just that in the other leagues the level is very demanding, for example the PL for me is the one with the highest level in the world, the top PL teams play very well and are teams that do not rest, they run a lot and it seems like they will never get tired.

One of the reasons PSG is able to stay firmly at the top of the Ligue 1 standings from season to season is because no team in Ligue 1 is able to have stable and consistent performance throughout the season. So, even though sometimes at the beginning of the season there are other teams that are able to be at the top of the standings, but over time that team will also lose its consistency. Thus, PSG will always succeed in being able to return to the top of the standings. Although indeed, at least when Mbappe left at that time, at least made me curious at first, whether PSG would still remain solid at the top of the standings or maybe fail. But yes, the fact is that PSG still managed to get the Ligue 1 trophy again this season even without Mbappe.

PSG should start to realize that Mbappe is just their past and they can no longer look back on what has been achieved, PSG is still the favorite team in ligue 1 even though indeed many of their star players have left the current team, their mentality, performance and consistency are still very well maintained in the domestic league and it is a good capital for them to continue to dominate the league so far, as we know, so far PSG has been a team that always targets star players for them to recruit but in fact they have not been able to achieve better results in the UCL oher from just being finalists, so it is indeed better now for them to try other ways that may be more effective, such as focusing on the development of young and talented players,  In addition, combining young and experienced players can be another alternative that may be worth trying at this time as you say.

Honestly, there is no club that I believe can give competition to Paris Saint Germain, at least until now. The reason is that even though some clubs played well at the beginning of the season, in the end they could not maintain the game and that became something that made them lag far behind the dominant club, Paris Saint Germain. This is one of the factors why Ligue 1 is an uninteresting league, because the competition here is not like in other leagues that are very competitive. Practically there is only one club that is consistent every season and that is the club that managed to defend the championship title.
