I agree with you that winning the Champions League title requires a lot of luck. Also requires a strong match strategy. In the previous season, Real Madrid displayed a different match strategy in each match. And they became champions. Although I will say they were very lucky. Managers are the decisive factor in every single team. If you have a team that's decent, and have a team that's good, but decent team is managed by a GOAT manager, and the good one is managed by someone like me, then the decent team will beat the good team 9 out of 10 times.

We shouldn't really be considering that as an option at all, we should be considering this as the most important part. Get a great manager first and then get the players after that which would fit his mindset. PSG didn't get the greatest manager they could get, which was Zidane, he was the best one and if they offered 60 million a year (and 120 million signing bonus) to Mbappe, I am sure they could have convinced Zidane with enough money.

5 - Players' salaries will be low and they will be unmotivated

It will be an interesting game, I particularly bet on Lille and I hope they win this game

Only good players can't bear good result and it needs good coach and facilities also. Obviously good and experienced players matter. But without proper strategies and tactics, it is really tough to win in the competitive match.
