It was a great joy to watch PSG against Lille. This result was more than I expected from PSG. Lille were not even close to their look in the previous season maybe but I still didn't expect them to get a this much embarrassing result. They really don't seem like the last champions in the league. I get that this kind of teams don't have the chance to get even close to the championship very often. But they could have still done better than this. And PSG are continuing to literally own the league.

We have left another week in the Ligue 1 and PSG had a great weekend. They played against Lille and it was considered as not an easy game by many people. But they got those people wrong by showing an amazing performance and destroying Lille by 5-1 in an away game. This was really great to watch and I loved Messi's effort also. Maybe he is not playing too consistent at PSG yet. But he is playing really great when he is in fine feather. This was one of those days. And I'd like to see at least the same amount of effort from him in their CL game vs Real Madrid in a week.
Yes, Messi made an assist and also scored a goal in that game, it was a very good contribution. If, Messi can still maintain that or can be even better then of course, I think the UCL match against Real Madrid at least PSG will guarantee a good result to be able to advance to the quarter-finals. I personally avoided betting on that match yesterday because for me, PSG still doesn't guarantee a win but the fact that PSG can win by a convincing score is great.

Lille performance this year was very bad seems as defending champion they cannot manage their performance because too many issue and some of key players leave the team so no wonder they will lose against PSG but indeed i didn't expect the score was very big and regarding PSG i think they will unstoppable this season to became the champion of Ligue 1 but the most problem from them currently on champion league that the owner had ambition to get champion league trophy which is still not realized

I think Messi have over age and not any expectation with him to score many goal on Ligue 1, exactly this competition is not really competitive like La Liga but Lionel Messi can show what his magic for PSG, maybe first season we can take it as reason but waiting next season how many goal scoring by Messi.
First of all, the management of PSG does not expect more goals from Messi in Ligue 1. For this reason, although Messi is perfectly fit, he does not perform in all Ligue 1 matches due to various excuses. Also in a few matches I have seen, he did not take the opportunity to score from the penalty spot. Mbappe has taken penalty kicks in most of the matches.
PSG management wants Messi to perform well in the Champions League and help him win the Champions League title. And we have seen the expected performance from Messi in the Champions League.

With the world's top players like messi, mbappe, neymar, sergio ramos, angel di maria, the best goalkeeper in the world i.e. gianluigi donnarumma and the best coach i.e. mauriciopochettino, I am very optimistic that they will award the French Ligue 1 title this year, because they have shown it right. his quality as a world class player with wins in every game played, PSG is currently at the top of the standings with 53 points from 23 matches.
Yeah,no french team can match the players PSG has.
That's why I don't like the Ligue 1.All those petrol money thrown at PSG make them way more stronger than the competition.I really wish Lille could achieve something big in the UEFA champions league,but they are playing against Chelsea,so their odds aren't good.
Basically the rest of the french teams have to rely on their academies for creating good young players and selling them to the big teams in England and Spain.Gathering talented players from Africa and selling them is also a way for the french teams to get some revenue,in order to compete with all the petrol dollars invested in PSG.

When playing in Barcelona Messi became an target man which mean all of players should be distributed the ball to him that's why Messi scoring a lot of goals and in PSG his not target man anymore because there are several star players in his position such as Neymar or Mbappe and also there are different style for playing between France league and Spanish league and not easy to change playing style after many years playing at Barcelona that's why Messi lack of goals in PSG

PSG have really destroyed Lille today by a 5-1 score away. This was really incredible to me. PSG were obviously the favourite to be victorious maybe but this result was not much expected by many people I believe. Lille had really nothing to do against them in this game. PSG got an important advantage in the first half already by getting 3-1 ahead. And they continued to play great in the other half too. In this huge win, Messi had a good role also. It was his day and he scored one goal and made one assist. I appreciate his performance as much as the performance of the team.
That was certainly a destruction and probably exactly what PSG needed to get in shape for the big Champions League games. Lionel Messi also scored once, they are in good shape now. We will see our first final of the Champions League very soon, even at this stage... PSG should be able to play more often like when they beat Lille, look very confident and the teamwork looks very solid. The victory against Lille was

I have observed that Messi hardly score goal ever since he got to PSG, he was lucky enough to secure a goal today. While, PSG has created a huge points gap from Marseille, who are currently at the 2nd position. They are definitely winning the Ligue 1 title this season.

Become champions in Ligue 1 is easy for PSG. They only lost one season (last one) in last 10 years and in this season, they are going to take it again. It is not their most desiring title which is Champions League, but Ligue 1 is a default and normal title which they must win in every season. Champions League is very hard to win and in history so far, only Real Madrid can protect their title in 3 seasons in a row. None of other clubs can protect their title in 2 consecutive seasons. Barcelona even in their golden time, were not able to do it. So winning Champions League is a great success, not win it is not a failure. However, with PSG, if getting out of Champions League too early will be serious failure.

you exaggerated PSG's victory this time, it should be with the quality of the players that PSG currently have, PSG's game is even more classy, frankly I am not satisfied with PSG's game against Lile even though they won by a score of 5-1, because of the game they shown against lile very far from the of the quality of the players who are the world's top players, I'm sure PSG will find it difficult to compete at a higher level like the champions league, if the game is still watching like that, frankly I'm very fanatical about PSG hopefully in next week's match against RENNES the PSG game can be more developed,
I'm not exaggerating anything, the guys beat last year's champion by scoring five goals at away game. They are by far the leaders in the league and there is no team that can compete with them. After a year break, they will be champions again, everyone is aware of this. Rennes match will not be a very different result. Rennes goalkeeper Doğan Alemdar is a promising star candidate. Rennes squad consists of youngsters and they are having a very successful year. But they are certainly not close to PSG level.

I see the PSG players are quite aggressive and collective in their game this deserves to be a big win for PSG and Messi is back to score again, but the betting odds are quite small but I think this is sure to be a perfect victory for PSG.
but i appreciate the hard work of the lille players, they really played open, and managed to score 1 goal even though there were several other chances that failed

And this was a really good practice for PSG side by winning with a huge score before their Champions League game against Real Madrid. They browbeat Real Madrid by this performance and showed how strong they are in reality. And it was good to watch Messi playing like this. When he plays well like this, PSG can get much better results. Because he is one of the key players at the team and the main purpose of PSG to bring here was trusting him about helping the team win the Champions League especially.

Lille actually also managed to trouble PSG's defense several times throughout the match, but was thwarted by Donnarumma with a slick appearance throughout the match. Messi managed to create 1 assist and 1 goal although I also saw him getting some chances to score more than 2 goals. But that doesn't matter because PSG ended up winning this match easily from the reigning champions last season.
Lille is also a club that has qualified for the champions league and they will be playing against Chelsea so indeed this is very balanced if I see Lille's performance like last night, it's just that Lille need to work hard on the front lines to score goals when they are left behind.

Without any doubt it's very impressive win by PSG against current champions and before Champions League crucial match against Real Madrid because their recent form was creating some good feud about their status in Champions League specially match against team like Real Madrid but with this now their players and management can feel some better because currently Real Madrid is also facing some serious issues in absence of their few key players due to injuries.
In start of this match there were feeling Lille will be done some better, but they completely fail and now dropping down in league table very badly which is awful for team which won this league title just few months back but now PSG is really team to watch with this deadly attack and good performance
Honestly, Lille hasn't been playing like last years champions at all. I am not saying that it was a bad game or anything like that, it was definitely a show of force and they are definitely a great team but that doesn't mean that they do not have any type of situation going wrong with them at all. Messi and Mbappe situation was a real situation and with Real possibly getting Mbappe this offseason, how fair do you think Mbappe would be? I am not entirely sure and all of these are valid questions to ask.
