And Rennes can take the third position from them also in case they defeat Nantes in two days. Monaco are the most attention getting team nowadays in the league. Because they have had a lasting winning streak like eight games recently. I wonder if this will help them finish the season at a better position. They deserve to be in the Champions League next season I think.
AS Monaco most happiness team because waiting until 35 matchday can back to second position standing but Marseille back to their position on second place after success defeated Lorient 0-3 and right now become competitive for 2nd place finish. Marseille have 3 point left from AS Monaco on 3rd position with 2 match left. But I don't guarantee with 3rd position permanently for AS Monaco because Rennes on 4th place have chance back to 3rd position if success win against Nantes on this week matchday.

Most important game of the week for me will be Marseille versus Lorient. I mean it's obvious that Loreint is a much worse team and they will end up not being that good and they will lose.
But, the fact that Marseille needs this win order to stay at second position, otherwise going to third means a lot, that's a ton of money lost if they do that and I am pretty sure that manager and the team office would want them to win this game for sure, just so they can keep most of the players and not earn less. This stress could maybe cause them to lose? I am not sure if they would or not, but I am sure that they will want to win for sure. Just a which about them not having an easy game.

am I the only one realizing that pochettino is trying a new formation (4-2-3-1). I agree with you that this match (against Troyes) is just a new strategy experiment by Pochettino because PSG have officially won the league, there is no more pressure

I highly doubt it! These new managers try out new stuff every time but at the end of the season its all wrong timing, let him do this during friendlies or preseason games, maybe he will string something up that works...for now let them enjoy their championship victory!
I think it's too late for Pochettino to experiment with PSG now, apart from they have already won the league this season, anyway it looks like Pochettino future at PSG is still unclear at the moment, other than that what @woodie said is quite true if now isn't the time to do is experiment, because there will be changes to the squad next season due with players coming and going, so if he applies new formation now of course he will have to make changes again next season.
The 4-2-3-1 formation is not a new formation for Pochettino, if I'm not mistaken this season he has applied that formation several times such as against Saint-Etienne in week 15, other than that as I remember 4-2-3-1 formation, is actually Pochettino mainstay formation that was often used when he coached Tottenham.

Marseille team did a good job securing an away win against a relegation zone team we all know how dangerous and difficult they can be the game was not easy as it seemed despite the 3 0 score marseille team did not have more than 9 goal attempts but their attack was effective and surgical this win will make them closer to secure the second position.

I think PSG didn't take their last match seriously that was why the match ended in a draw, today's game against Troyes will be all about the entertainment of fans and other supporters because PSG is champions already. Will may see goals in the game but a win or lose for PSG means nothing again.

PSG was the champion for the current time.They had huge background and they had nothing to prove here.The had played many game very well and proved themselves to many of the team.It was the reason for them to participate in the many league.Their was move on to the focus of the CL.When the game was played with the new way of the techniques and motivation is needed.

I really liked Marseille's performance against Lorient today. They completely deserved that 3-0 win by not giving so many chance to their opponent in this away match of them. And they are once again three points ahead of Monaco in the standing currently. The balances can still change on the remaining two weeks too but Monaco have a really difficult job against them to get the second position. Rennes v Monaco match on next week could be their biggest chance to do so.

Paris St-Germain take on Troyes in a few minutes from now, and am hoping PSG doesn't lose concentration like they did last weekend throwing away a 3-1 advantage only to tie the game 3-3. Of course this match will have a more relaxed approach to it and I am expecting not less than 5 goals today as our Paris giants can't defend and the boys will be out to have fun:

if you look at the current form I think you will be able to see that Brest are in a better form than Strasbourg and it will be an oversimplification, it also belittles the team if we say Strasbourg is going to win this match easily. Marseille have taken their position back from Monaco by defeating Lorient today. It was a very comfortable win for them by 3-0 also. Lorient didn't have even any shots on goal. But Monaco are still the most impressive team to me these days. They are still on a huge winning streak now and I really wonder if they will be able to maintain that until the end of this season. It might be for the benefit of them too as they can achieve the best position they can.

If Nice doesn't win this game, the chance of finishing the league in the top 5 teams will be very low, they should never lose points from this match. His opponent, on the other hand, may have a chance to get rid of the relegation zone if he manages to score points from this match.

Monaco is in the best form right now and I don't think they have to worry about too much right now as long as they like this and keep winning.
The point difference is not too much with nice and the teams that are above them. so I do expect good things from them but they really need to keep winning otherwise they will not be able to finish in the top five let alone the top 4.

Strasbourg team was able to get important three points against brest in a difficult game because brest team is hyped at the moment they had good results lately the first half was somehow equal but in the second half strasbourg team was more dangerous and they had more ball possession and they managed to score thanks to gamero Which put them on the fifth position for now.
Even though this still hasn't made their ranking rise in the current position table, at least they still maintain their hope now and of course while hoping that the team above them makes mistakes and loses.In terms of the game, indeed they showed a good game but on the other hand Brest's defense was also quite solid in this match. it's a shame for Brrest they had to lose over a small mistake and Gameiro managed to punish them

I thought ben yedder would score the goal for monaco win but the 2 monaco goals were made by the central midfielder of monaco (tchouameni)
Monaco really has a great chance to finish in 2nd place than marseille, even though their points are the same but in the last 5 matches, monaco has always won while marseille in the last 5 matches suffered 2 defeats and 3 wins
