There is only one match today which is the opening match at the same time. Marseille are going to have a home match against Angers. And this not a very tough match for them also. They lost to Lyon in their missing match by a comeback. I think that they will guarantee themselves this time and get a comfortable win by at least two goals. Angers are not in a good condition in the league and their job is very hard in this away match for them. Considering their head-to-head matches, Marseille haven't had very comfortable matches against them for a long time but this one should be like that.

I think the confidence of the players of Angers might be shaken after they suffered a loss to Saint Etienne which is one of the worst team playing in the French Ligue 1 league at the moment, Marseille would surely want to earn a spot to qualify for the Uefa Champions league next season and I guess Marseille should be able to beat Angers today.
I definitely want Marseille to win this match and I am keen to bet on their victory today. The Marseille team is good enough. Unfortunately they lost to Lyon in the previous match, but they will not make the same mistake against Angers. Moreover it is Marseille’s home match. My guess is that Marseille will win this match 2-0. If Marseille will able to win this match, They will be able to go to the second place of the points table again.

I think the confidence of the players of Angers might be shaken after they suffered a loss to Saint Etienne which is one of the worst team playing in the French Ligue 1 league at the moment, Marseille would surely want to earn a spot to qualify for the Uefa Champions league next season and I guess Marseille should be able to beat Angers today.
I am also confident that Marseille managed to win today, I think that the defeat of the last game they played against lyon will not disturb them and also the opponent is not very strong so this is a great chance for them to have 3 points
Pochettino for me isnt a coach for PSG he has too many superstars and dosent know how to put them all togheter. He was a much better coach at Tottenham then here in France. He has bad results with probobly one of the strongest team in football history good thing for him is that he is good in champions league and on top of france ligue1
another coach will also have difficulties dealing with PSG players, at least that's my opinion

After a 4-1 win over club brugge in the champions league PSG are back in league action this sunday looking to end a two game unbeaten run in the french top flight PSG has a great record against monaco. They have been unbeaten on home soil in all competitions this season but have only won top flight home meetings with monaco in the 21st century a percentage of their worst wins they have faced at least twice against any league 1 team.

Pochettino for me isnt a coach for PSG he has too many superstars and dosent know how to put them all togheter. He was a much better coach at Tottenham then here in France. He has bad results with probobly one of the strongest team in football history good thing for him is that he is good in champions league and on top of france ligue1

PSG got a really disappointing result two days ago in the Coupe de France. They lost their last 16 match against Nice by 6-5 by the penalty shoot-outs in Parc des Princes. They said goodbye to the tournament very early and this must be really worrying for them. Pochettino is already criticized and this incident has made things worse for him now. PSG would become the champions in the Ligue 1 easily but they should focus on the Champions League the most. It is their biggest chance to win in the end.
Although the Coupe de France has not been PSG's priority this season, it is still disappointing for PSG supporters, especially in that match PSG did not manage to score a single goal. Even though Messi played from the start of the game, it seems that Messi's performance is still very far
from the expectations of many people. After that PSG was defeated on penalties, even though PSG had Donnarumma, but Donnarumma could not
make a good contribution. This means that PSG with a very strong squad does not guarantee to win easily. Pochettino has indeed become
the center of attention after the poor form of PSG, because Pochettino is considered to have failed to take advantage of PSG's star players.

the manager of a big team like PSG, Pochettino should have been the manager of several small teams first. I think Pochettino should increase
his experience, and try to win some trophies with a small team first. That way Pochettino can start to become a manager of a big team, and I'm sure
his career will be brilliant. There's been a lot of talk about Pochettino as manager of Man United. In my opinion, Pochettino should refuse if it is true
that the management of Man United offered him as manager at Man United. Because I believe Pochettino is not the right coach for Man United,
because Man United is a big team, which has a good history. Pochettino will find it difficult to cope with the pressure, then Man United also have
a lot of star players, which Pochettino is not good at managing star players.

Actually pochettino is a good coach, we can see his track record so far in building tottenham into a strong team the last few seasons, but unfortunately pochettino career in France is not as beautiful as in England, even though he managed to make PSG to be at the top of the Ligue 1 standings but Pochetinno has not been able to bring out the potential of the star squad that he has, I think Pochettino lack of experience to coach a big team so made him fail PSG.
Yesterday I read somewhere in the news that Pochettino himself spoke in a close circle (this is a kind of leak) that he was morally tired of working as a coach at PSG and would leave the club in the summer. I don't know how true these rumors are, but with PSG at the moment he has not achieved what (I think) the management expected - winning the Champions League. Perhaps this season is his last chance.

Well yeah there was some speculation that Poch will step down this summer regardless of how it turns out and go to United then Zidane will most likely take over PSG after that. Well it was pretty much speculation at this point but Poch has stated that he wasnt happy in PSG so chances is that this could be true though but PSG probably wont let him go if he can win the UCL this season

I do not think that Pochettino is a bad manager at all but he is not the person for the job neither. He is great for the league, and sometimes great for the cup as well and that is all nice and well enough. I would still hire him for Tottenham type of team as well. But, when you are trying to be at the very top of the game, like win the UCL type of deal, then you are looking for a manager that is much much better than Pochettino.
What Zidane has over Pochettino is the experience to win those type of games, he had good teams of course but still there are many managers who failed to get even 1 with a good team let alone 3 in a row.
We all know PSG can win the league, hell even if I was the manager of them there is a 50% chance they win the league, I would not give more than 2.00-2.50 odds for them even if I was the manager. So what they need is a manager that can win the UCL with this team (missing Mbappe next year as well).
Pochettino is not at all as bad as one might think, it's just that he's not experienced enough to win the Champions League title like some other coaches like Zidane or Pep Guardiola. Right now, biggest challenge is winning Champions League which is 50% chance for them as they are fail to have good and required results even spend very big amount on bringing star players into this team. A pretty good comeback and a painful defeat for Marseille because indeed they lost in the last minute after they took the lead with a quick goal.
The strategy that Marseille applied in this match I think was a mistake, applying a 4-3-3 formation with a defensive strategy is quite good but on the other hand they are very difficult to secure the midfield because they are too focused on defense which causes the Lyon players to be free there.
Nice greatly benefited from this Marseille defeat and of course the most favored is PSG because they are definitely difficult to catch

Now Lyon is going to face Monaco in next match which is also very important for them because this can give them some better confidence and higher rank with this they can do some better for staying into European connection and have good end in this league table with this defeat now Marseille need some good effort for having second spot as Nice is also doing very good.
on the other hand this will be a very difficult thing for marseille and they should be able to turn it around in the game against angers next week.
for Lyon itself of course this will be a cheerleader they are now in a pretty good trend and it would be great if they can maintain this

Lyon played their missing game against Marseille a few days ago and won that one by 2-1 home. Lyon are still on a very good run as they have a three-win streak in the league right now. They have just got past Monaco in the standings and captured the seventh place in the standings. And in only two days, Monaco are going to be hosting Lyon. And Lyon have a really big dominance against them in their last four head-to-heads in the league. Lyon won all of them no matter away or home. But Monaco are one of the very tough teams to beat home this season. I think that they won't lose this time.
Both Monaco and Lyon have had good records at home this season but unfortunately, even though Lyon look to dominate head to head but so far this season Lyon have been worse when playing away. With this result, I think Monaco will be able to break the three consecutive wins that Lyon have made recently. But even so, a draw can still happen even though I am also aware, Monaco is the favorite team in this match.

I don't know about you or others but I can't really understand why people insist on betting on PSG when the odds are so bad, even against a good team and especially in a cup. By now we should all expect them to draw easily if not lose. There's a reason they've never been Champions League favorite even when they still had Mbappe Neymar Messi all together.
I don't just bet on PSG with low odds and as most of the time their games have low odds, I prefer to bet on the Asian market or under or over goals or corners, put on them to win is lose money because odds are low and they also tend to lose
Yeah that was my point, I see a lot of people betting on PSG/Real/City/Bayern 1x2 market and it doesn't make sense to me. 1.3 is even bad in my view but the odds are usually 1.1 or 1.2. Sounds like such a risk for so little. And the proof is provided so often by PSG that they have been winning so many games from behind and late. That's going to fail them sooner or later. And it already has.
Or maybe a lot of people are just saying they are but not actually betting, who knows.
