In the French Soccer League today, in the LOSC vs Brest team match, the LOSC team performed exceptionally well in this match. I expected the Brest team to play well in today's match, but the Brest team scored 1 goal. The LOSC team won today's match by scoring 3 goals. The LOSC team won this match very easily due to their outstanding performance from the beginning to the end of the game.
Lille 3-1 victory has shown their dominance quite well so far when playing at home, their very impressive performance in the match actually made them manage to maintain a record of 10 unbeaten matches in Ligue 1 so far, from the beginning of the match Lille was able to perform quite well and solidly until the end of the match, although Brest was able to apply pressure with a counter-attack scheme, but that it was not enough to destroy Lille tightly guarded defense By Ribeiro, Gudmundsson and also Mahdi who appeared very disciplined, the victory over Brest further solidified their position in the 3rd tier of the current Ligue 1 standings.

I was surprised that PSG could not beat Auxere even though they were a promoted club and what was more surprising was that they were only able to get a draw without scoring a goal even though PSG had many shots on goal but none of them managed to convert into goals, Auxere goalkeeper Donovan Leon was able to make 11 saves I admit he was extraordinary in holding off many attacks from PSG players, Auxere were of course very happy even though they did not win they were able to hold PSG to a draw.

I personally am not surprised by the draw that PSG got in this match, because in the previous match they also got a draw, it can even be said that the team is weaker than Auxerre. When playing against Nantes, PSG was not only unable to maintain their lead, but they also had to concede a goal from Nantes which made the match end in a draw.

I don't know what happened to PSG lately, but getting a draw in two consecutive matches is a bad result for PSG. Especially if you look at their performance when playing in the UCL, where PSG is threatened not to qualify for the next phase.

Back to the French league 1, but fortunately PSG has collected a lot of points, and is far behind the team below it. So the draw achieved in 2 consecutive matches, did not make the team get knocked out of the top of the standings.

PSG must be able to save the energy of their important players for the Champions League for a fairly clear reason, namely to be able to win the Champions League and have a chance to qualify for the playoffs in the Champions League this season. While in Ligue 1, PSG only have to keep themselves from losing because if they can only share points in several matches in Ligue 1, it will not harm them as the current leader of the Ligue 1 standings. Moreover, PSG has also succeeded in creating a points gap with the teams in Ligue 1 this season so that it no longer burdens PSG to get a draw in the current match as happened at Auxerre's home ground.
I agree that PSG are now playing with an eye on the Champions League matches. Because they have a comfortable handicap in Ligue 1, which can allow them to play such matches, although given how they played in attack, I thought they would be able to score a goal. Obviously, now all their attention will be focused on the Champions League, because their position there is very bad and among the few remaining matches they still have to play City, where they also may not get points.
I think almost every season their focus is on the Champions League, because everyone knows that they really want to be champions in the Champions League, but as long as they try for that long they continue to feel failure which makes them lose their mentality in the Champions League. Not only that, it even affects the trust of many people in them, where more people doubt them to be the best in the Champions League. they have also played with the best players like Messi, Mbappe and Neymar, but they still failed. Their best achievement in the Champions League was only being able to step into the final, and there they failed.

I saw the news today that the owners of PSG are ready to sell the club, they are ready to do it as soon as they receive a good offer. Are they really ready to give up without achieving their goal of winning the Champions League? But what can I say, maybe they are just tired of investing money in the team, the constant pursuit of expensive players, and PSG is losing its popularity on the world stage, and in the Champions League they are now below the playoff zone, which no one expected.
So far the club has not come up with any official statement for their decision and nobody knows the reason why they want to sell the club, nobody can tell if it's a financial issue like that of Olympic Lyon but even if the club is being sold then PSG wouldn't be the first to experience such because several years ago former Thailand prime minister, Thaksin shinawatra (cited.) acquired Manchester city and later sold it to the Qatari investors who made the club what it is today, but whatever the reason behind this new development is am still convinced that it is not financial problems that is propelling them to sell the club.

We are used to seeing that PSG are the only team in France League who are regularly beaten and no other team has any chance of beating PSG and securing the France League title. It has been going like this for the past few seasons and it will be like this in this season as well and there is a high probability that it will be like this in the coming seasons as well. PSG have built their empire in such a way that no other team can overtake them. PSG dropped points in a few matches earlier this season which led some to talk that PSG's France League chapter might end here but PSG proved once again that they will never miss out on the France League title. In this season there was a possibility for other teams to overtake PSG because compared to other seasons PSG team is weakest in this season but if they can't this season they won't be able to in next seasons because next season PSG will make their team stronger.
That's mainly because of the finances as mentioned, they just have way more than anyone else, and that's why they keep getting the best players they can. They also use the league as a way to improve their squad as well, if any player in the league shines, they can just pay whatever and get that player, making them much better and that's the most important aspect of having money. That way, they are not just making sure that they are getting better by acquiring a better player, but they are also making the other team a bit worse by costing them a player as well.

You may say "but they paid for the player, wouldn't the other team just buy another good player?" but time has shown that most teams either do not spend the entire budget they made, as in they make 50 million in income, but spend 30 instead type of deal, or they end up getting bad players as well, very few gets good players and those usually end up getting poached too so it never ends up being a full good squad.
Yes everything depends on money, the club has a lot of financial support due to which they can take any decision at any moment for the better performance of the club. With the amount of money PSG has and the mindset they have to spend money, if any other team in the league had that kind of money and mindset to spend money, they would be competing with PSG. But alas there are no other teams in this league who can spend money or fight for the title. PSG has figured out the right strategy to win the local league title so now it is very difficult to beat them in the local league and we can say it is impossible considering the past performances. If in the following seasons PSG form a weak team, on the contrary, other teams form a stronger team, there may be an opportunity

PSG aren't a club that you can rely on to always win games. After they were beaten by m
Bayern Munich in the champions league, that's how they've gone on to draw their games and this is to teams that they should ordinarily slaughter.
I think PSG are in bigger problems than we can imagine and maybe they feel that because they are in the 1st place with 8 points gap over Marseille, they can still recover and probably win the league but from the looks of things, I don't think they will be able to make it being that Mbappe is no longer with them and they have no winning mentality.

I can't really tell if they do underrate teams or something because they should be the unstoppable team in that league, in as much as they win the title every season they still draw and lose to smaller teams. If it has been clubs like Lyon, Marseille, Monaco, Lille and the other stubborn headed team I'd understand but Auxerre? Is a very disappointing game by PSG.
Using 8 point to top the table is not enough when it hasn't gotten to the second half of the season, PSG still have games that will make them drop point and I'd like to see PSG be in the state at which Manchester City are in maybe that would add up some level of seriousness. And weather Mbappe is their or not they are still going to be the way they are now, the club is just annoying.

PSG is not under pressure from other teams to disrupt their position in the standings so the draw is not a surprise, PSG's inconsistency since last season so I am not surprised by this.
Maybe the tight schedule is the reason PSG was unable to win the match against Auxerre but that also cannot be used as a reference to assess the performance of the PSG team to face the next match in the Champion League against Salzburg, it will be an important match for PSG to be able to qualify for the next round and they really need a win in the next match.

A draw can certainly still make PSG quite relaxed in facing the competition in Ligue 1 because PSG can still have additional points even though not in full and what you said is also quite reasonable if we see how tight the match schedule is at the moment. In addition, PSG has also never lost in Ligue 1 this season even though they have played thirteen matches and that can certainly be a clear conclusion that PSG is still quite strong in Ligue 1 even though in other competitions such as the UCL PSG cannot look strong.
PSG got another draw against Auxerre and this is the second time PSG has been lucky to get a draw even though the standings do not affect it. This is an unfavorable condition and maybe as we discussed that the tight match schedule makes PSG start to have difficulty appearing consistently in maintaining victory. If it continues then it will affect PSG's performance in the competition even though they still have a much greater chance.

PSG's next match will face Salzburg in the Champions League and this is an important match for them to keep their chances of qualifying for the next round and maybe this season will be a little more difficult for them in the Champions League.

If not that the French League 1 is not that competitive as compared to Premier league,  Spanish La Liga and the Italy serie A, PSG wouldn't have been topping their league table by now after that Kylian Mbappe final departure to Madrid, here they has PSG as the team that keeps dominating each season even when they're not in their best form. French Ligue 1 just only have fewer teams challenging PSG in their Ligue title.  Look at what happened in their encounter in the Champions League game.

Personally I feel Paris Saint Germaine isn't performing well enough to be at the top of the French Ligue 1 table but because they're not facing a strong competition from the other to teams in the league, that's why they're still dominating. In their game against Nantes, you could observe that the French champions were playing like an average team. They're unbeaten in the league no doubt but I feel it's because the none of the teams they've faced this season in the league have shown enough resilience.

Seriously, this Paris team is getting unserious on weekly basis. I wonder why people refer to German Bundesliga as farmers league instead of French ligue 1. With current PSG performance in their recent matches, I don't see them having chance to be in any top Europe league top four. They are currently leading the table with eight points and it seems they are comfortable with that margin since none of the opponent is ready to challenge them. There's no any sense in having all the possession to yourself and fail to score against Auxer team that I always find hard to write or pronounce their name. Perhaps, this is why Mbappe is finding it hard to perform well in Madrid. He's used to play against average teams and players who don't want to contend with PSG but he's now met with his match and his true class is reveal.

Auxerre will be hosting PSG in tonight's encounter with the visitors whom I like calling the domestic champions can only cause damage here in the Ligue 1 but not where they have bigger teams all over Europe coming to compete and to become Champions of Europe in the CL. The home side have been putting more effort to get to the top, out of 13 games they won 6 lost 1 and drew 6, occupying 8th position on the league table at least they're better than Brest on the log who are in the champions league.
PSG are the chosen ones in this game but that doesn't mean the home side won't put up a fight to get something to make the fans cheer but let's not forget that PSG have the UCL to play and the game against Auxerre could definitely be a draw game or the home side might get a narrow win after all PSG are using 7pt to beat Marseille on the table so losing this game won't affect them in any way.

In tonight's game, I may say that PSG is the favorite team to win the match, despite knowing that Auxerre is also in good form and the host of the game. It may be a tough match for PSG, but I still expect them to win. However, if they don't win, the least performance I expect from PSG is a draw; I’m not expecting them to lose this kind of match.

I know they have the Champions League to play, but that shouldn't be the reason for them to lose this match to Auxerre. Even without some of PSG's key players, they can still secure a win or at least a draw. PSG has many quality players, and even their second XI can still play competitively against Auxerre.I don’t want to bet, but even if I wanted to, I would hardly bet on Auxerre to win or even draw the game.

It would have been a night to celebrate only if Auxerre have won the game, as of 80'mins I was expecting to see a 1nil till full time by the host but it never happened. I still don't get it why PSG have to struggle in some games in the Ligue 1 and still do the same outside the league, is it that they're not sure of the matches they are suppose to win or what?
At some point I was expecting a big score margin but after checking how the host have struggled to be in that position they are now I had to give it to them, they are in for business. A goalless draw isn't what I expected of PSG but is a big success to the host for keeping a clean sheet and making life a living hell for the visitors.
I agree with you, champions league should not always be the reason why they have to lose or draw a games and even when they do all these things to reserve players ahead of the UCL they still go on to mess up, always on a hot sit, like PSG is a disgrace to themselves and to the owners. I wonder what they'll play in the champions league, they can't even get a comfortable win, that's so annoying.

After the first half I am really impressed by PSG performance, they have really played poorly and I think they don't deserve to be level Auxerre.
I think it's safe to say PSG would never be that team they thought they could be.
PSG has had several chances to improve but it seems that every season they get worse that they were in as much as they keep winning the French league they haven't shown enough stability to be called a power house in European football.

I didn't watch the match, but after I saw the statistics of the match, I was surprised to see that PSG couldn't win with everything they had in the match. They had everything, from attack to possession dominance, but they couldn't bring home 3 points from Stade de l'Abbé-Deschamps. For me, this is quite embarrassing for PSG, playing with a weak team but not being able to get an easy win.

If the club owners wants to sell the club, it is based on personal reasons known to them because PSG is not into any financial crisis as to say that is the reason why the owners wants to sell the club. Not being able to win the Champions league is not even enough reason for the club owners to consider selling the club. They obviously have their reasons for the sudden decision because a big club like PSG cannot just be sold when their is no controversies surrounding the team at all. Apart from not being able to perform well in the Champions league, Perhaps they are doing very well in the domestic league and hasn't even lost a single game this season yet and if they win Auxerre this night, they will be topping the league table with 10 points which will put them far ahead of the title race so i don't see any much challenge that the club is  facing currently but if the owners wants to sell the club, it's their choice.

The truth is that the club's owners invested a lot of money in the team and I doubt very much that they have managed to recover all the money they invested and with the fact that at least when they had big famous players they could be making money and now with the departure of these big famous players the club is not making much money, it opens space for a possible sale of the club. Because honestly I don't see the club winning the European Champions League without more big investments, but also big investments are risky because no one can guarantee that they would win the European Champions League.

The club has also seen a sharp decline in merchandise sales, both at its Champs-Élysées store and online, following the departure of the MNM trio. At its height, the Champs-Élysées store generated daily revenues of over €100,000, but now it often struggles to surpass €10,000.

The absence of global stars like Messi has further impacted online engagement, matchday ticket sales, and sponsorship deals. PSG’s popularity in France is now at its lowest level since 2016—when the team similarly lacked marquee players.

That may not be the reason for the to want to sell the club although no one can tell the reason why until it’s publicly disclosed the reason to that. This is not even about financial crisis because the team is very rich that they can afford any player they want at anytime they wish to, so there’s more to this than that.

If it’s their Champions league performance, I’ll personally say that they don’t have what it takes to win the league now. No quality players to compete in the champions league, so they may not be able to win anything even though they try to. In the days of Neymar, Cavani and Di Maria, they were so good than they are today, I don’t know what changed significantly but this drop in performance is so shocking even when they have the money to buy any player of their choice.

PSG may begin to prosper when they change ownership, maybe this new owners may not have come with a lot of luck in them to give to the club. PSG is still showing that they’re not missing in anything but they still miss in everything if they can’t win the champions league after winning the Ligue 1 for many years now. The difference is clear and that’s why they need to win the champions league to stand a chance like other top teams too.

Today the match between Lille and Brest has finished, although they had time to put up resistance in the first half, Brest could not continue in the second half, the fast attack which is their expertise was not shown in this match,
Lille knows their enemy's weakness is in their fragile defense so they take advantage and do a very good job.
Now their points are the same as Marseille and Monaco, they can be a contender for second place in the standings until the end of the season.
Obviously even before the match started brest wasn't and didn't look like a match for lille, going their forma nd their performance so far, literally the have been looking like they have been struggling this season even if lille has been an average team but they have got this form that can put them at this advantage such that they are able to navigate an advantage over these teams considered a bit below them when it has to do with their strengths and sqad depth at some point.
