I honestly think that Galtier should have been fired already. That dude is not good enough for this team, he never had any experience this high before and he was suddenly hired for the spot, I get that there are some situations where people favor one over the other even if data doesn't back that up, it is a personal connection thing.

However, PSG is way too big for any of that, we saw what happened at UCL when you hire based on like and not merit. They need to get someone bigger. Last year I screamed Zidane all summer long and wanted them to get him, this year it is the same for me they need to get him. Zidane would take this team to UCL finals without a doubt, dude is magical at management and they are still not getting him. Indeed, Troyes is a small team and it is certain that they will be relegated this season, but if you look at Lille's previous performance against Nantes, they (Lille) benefited from 2 penalties which finally made them get an additional 3 points in that match. Lille is in any case quite the favourites but other possibilities could happen for Rennes in my opinion.
Even though, as you said, these two clubs are favorites, but against Rennes in the last game it was Brest, even though they were normal, but from the condition of their confidence, they are currently on a positive trend due to their 3 wins in the last 3 weeks. Last week they were amazing by beating Marseille and this can't be taken lightly for Rennes.

If in the previous match Monaco could at least hold Rennes to a draw, then of course Monaco will still be able to finish in fifth place. However, because Monaco lost and the points earned by Monaco and Rennes are the same and only the number of goals is the difference. Certainly a difficult situation for Galtier to find replacements for these 2 strong players even though Paris SG itself needs strong players in the coming season who can bring Paris SG to win in other leagues.
