actually explaining crypto in my environment is a little difficult but i once introduced cryptocurrency to my friends, and their reactions varied. there are those who are interested and want to know more details and there are even those who doubt the question of cryptocurrency itself. 
actually explaining crypto to someone else is quite difficult. the problem is not necessarily everything we say is trusted by them. so in my opinion, explaining crypto to friends is a pretty tough challenge. so we really have to be patient to explain it

Some scam projects which gained a lot of media attention helped propagate the bitcoin ponzi falacy. A lot of average folks still think cryptos are a scam because of the high visibility scams.
If it weren't for a handful of infamous scams, starting with *that* BTC exchange, BTC would probably be worth U$ 50k right now.

I do not tell anyone about it. In the best case, you get a funny reaction, in the worst case you'll think you're an idiot. Best to keep silent and keep going. Nobody needs to know about it
The first reaction was not good since they were not aware about bitcoin features and then i invite them on my house and introduce the bitcoin. They become wonder when they came to know bitcoin is free for all and we can send money world wide any where without paying any tax. Now my friends mostly use bitcoin as a payment they're now free from extra taxes
the expression of a friend when I told him about Crypto was very surprised and there was no confidence in those words but after I continue to provide evidence that by playing crypto someone can get an income even though it sometimes takes a relatively long time the person is fond of playing and trying to find income.
My friends ignore me when I start speaking about or talking anything about crypto currencies. They don't get it, or they don't want to understand it. They are leasing but they are not leasing for real. It is hard to say why they don't want to be involved, but they are very skeptical and always saying, where is all that money? did you cash out, where is it...
It is the same thing that happened in my country, it is very difficult to explain to friends or other people because the government has not formalized the crypto currency as the applicable currency and even the government prohibits direct transactions with crypto currencies
Crypto has become a buzz word but only few people in my surrounding knows something about it and rest has just heard the name and they want to own btc but they want it for free.it is a major problem we are facing right now people only know the name of btc and don't know how it work or how to properly store them that's why scammer uses this opportunity to scam them.
My friends remain mostly unimpressed though due to the current bear market. I can't wait to see their faces when the bull comes back.
I was questioned on crypto currencies legalization. I explained the facts happening around. Few received it with convincing reactions and few just ignored it. I really felt bad for the guys who did not care about crypto currencies as I really know the fruitfulness? I happily taught few others about crypto currencies. What was your friends expression when you introduced bitcoin to them?
it is always not been trusted by our friends when you are saying it was good but if there experiencing the use of Bitcoin they will definitely accept it but still it was happened they don't have the hope with the investment on cryptocurrency and they are saying it was bad investment.

I never told or explained about cryptocurrencies to a friends.if I explain to a friend I can guess the expressions of those who think that the cryptocurrency is illegal. even though it's actually not what they imagined. until now I only socialized with a few friends or community who really understand about crypto currencies in the real world.

They have heard it but don't know how to deal with cryptocurrencies. Interested coz they want to earn extra money but don't know where to start. They are positive as they thought this is the current hype. They need to get on board as soon as possible.

It's not easy to explain to friends or invite them to join and introduce cryptocurrency, especially in situations where the price of bitcoin is still low, because in general they know about cryptocurrency is bitcoin that many people talk about.
Patience is needed to explain to them and I have my own way of showing the income or profits that I already have and what I have bought along with cryptocurrency, that way they will be motivated and try to be like me and slowly they learn and memhaminya to be able to enter and join the crypto world.

Well at first they just stare at me and they simply don't believe in crypto till they saw the price evolution and the dimension of this community.y.My friends were sincerely interested in cryptocurrencies. They even asked me to explain to them several things about Bitcoin. Curious, but most of these guys have never heard about altcoins.
