if there is one question related to this, I would be grateful for the answer. I'm just curious.

Reviewers are here to do us a favor by reviewing the brand, it would be stupid to KYC them for a review service Cheesy

You also have my AMA open in our section, so if you have more unrelated questions you can ask me there directly.

A note to all of the future reviewers.

Try to use common sense when registering, we're a licensed online casino, and as such we need to have a set of rules imposed by the regulator.

One of the rules is the list of restricted countries, if your country is on that list, then obviously you'll have problems with the registration process. Use a VPN.

Another is the personal details for withdrawals, if you're planning to withdraw your winnings from the review, then obviously don't place a name like Mickey Mouse under there, that's just asking for trouble in the eyes of the regulator, our customer support and the bonus abuser matrix. If you'll want to withdraw your winnings, then the personal details fields will need to be filled out.

Third one are the terms of use, of course I can bend some of the rules for you guys here and there, but if Serbia is a restricted country, and you use a VPN to bypass that restriction, and then win a jackpot or any other significant amount - you will be KYC'ed, and your funds will not get paid out if you can't prove that you didn't use a VPN to bypass a restriction. Loyce did quite a good review on the terms of use (that I'm still updating), so I recommend to every reviewer who plans to withdraw their winnings to go over it beforehand. I did make exceptions here, and I plan to do more of them, but try to help me out by playing within the rules.

We already had several issues from the start of the review campaign, and I sorted out each and every one of them in a timely manner - so I'm here for you. Just try to use common sense in the process, and if you get stuck along the way, share with me your nickname or e-mail address so that I can sort it out for you asap.

A KYC process is when the support asks you to upload scans of your documents (ID, Passport, proof of income etc), you weren't asked for this. You were asked to fill out your profile, which is mandated by our license regulator. If you'll want to withdraw your winnings, then the personal details fields will need to be filled out. How you're going to fill it out is up to you, but an empty account can't withdraw funds due to license requirements + money laundering acts.

if there is one question related to this, I would be grateful for the answer. I'm just curious.
If the user fills their profile with a fake name, not Mickey Mouse but John Doe for example, after that the provider still requests complete KYC from that user. will it be considered illegitimate if it is found out through KYC that the user is not John Doe as he initially reported?
how important is it to report the real name on the profile page?

I can't use casino that claims no kyc up to 2BTC and than asks me to do it for $10, it's almost funny  Huh

Thank you for your review Smiley I've just explained this situation in my post above yours.

You were asked to fill out your profile, which is mandated by our license regulator. If you'll want to withdraw your winnings, then the personal details fields will need to be filled out. I will also check the wagering requirements of our competitors and get back to you with more info on the initial deposit wagering.

I registered on Coinslotty website few days ago and I had some time to test games mostly from Live Casino because I was a part of group B testers, but I played few slot games as well.
Everything went smooth during registration and I deposited Bitcoin that quickly appeared in my account, and after confirmation I could use that for gambling.
First thing I noticed is that I can't change μBTC to mBTC or BTC, or maybe I couldn't find it anywhere in settings, and that is one thing that needs to be improved and set manually.
Deposit page is only showing option to use six coins, Bitcoin, ETH, Doge, LTC and XRP, that is enough for me, but I think other people want to see more coins supported.

Games l liked playing are mostly from provider Pragmaticplaylive because they didn't ask for entering any additional details like my name.
My favorite games played are PowerUP Roulette, Mega Wheel, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and few other types of roulette.
Few games I tried never loaded for me, or they showed some error and black screen like in case of Drops and Wins Lobby.

During the time I played PowerUP Roulette I had some issues with lagging video, so I had to reduce video to low quality to play the game.
Other than that everything worked fine and roulette is simple game to understand.
If you have slow internet connection than it's better to switch on low settings right away.

If you want to watch and listen and look at nice girls while playing than I suggest playing a game of spinning wheels like Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza Candyland.
Games are fun and you wont get bored because girls are making active conversation and talking about their lives.
I would love this games and girls much more if I won more money, but I am not complaining about that  Grin

I played few slot games I know from other casinos, like Gates of Olympus but I didn't have much luck.

Now here comes the interesting part, after I tried to test how withdrawal works.
I entered withdrawal address and wanted to enter small amount of Bitcoin, now on this page I have to enter BTC value and my accounts is showing μBTC.
This can be confusing to some people and there is no option to withdraw everything, so amount can only be entered manually.
I made sure mistake was not made with zeros and I waited for several hours until I received few messages on my email address.
It showed that my withdrawal was declined and on Coinslotty account it showed rejected:

I tried talking with Coinslotty support about this and I first had go go with many machine questions before I could get option to talk with real human agent.
I didn't had to wait long time and I received answers on questions I asked but I would like to see sound options for receiving messages while waiting.
This is first casino that asked me to play my deposit 3 times and to enter all my personal details before making withdrawals.
Other casinos I use never asked me to play 3 times deposit if I don't sign up for some bonus, and I didn't do that with Coinslotty.
When I asked support why I need to enter my personal details for this low amount of money, and they said this, According to the Terms and Conditions:

I think support can do better job and answer more quickly, I had a feeling like I am talking with half AI half human sometimes.
Support can do much better job and it needs to be improved.

I don't want to push things and do kyc verification for $10 so I went on playing and losing more money.
Other people reported this problem so I am not the only one and I didn't do anything suspicious.

What I like:
Quick and easy registration, big choice of games, nice design.

What I dont like:
Support, Asking me personal details for $10 withdrawal test, plying deposit 3 times for all players and all deposits even without bonus, some games didn't work for me.

General Experience:
I think Coinslotty can find their spot under the sun in world of crypto casinos, but they need to improve things I wrote before.
Suggestion I have is to add eGames, eSport and maybe real sport betting, but priority should be fixing this issues with withdrawals.
There are some more μBTC let on my account so I will play more until I spend it all or win big, and this review could be updated during this time.
I can't use casino that claims no kyc up to 2BTC and than asks me to do it for $10, it's almost funny  Huh

Don't worry about that balance it will be taken care of by their representative @SirJohnVonSlotty during working days. We promised that you guys can withdraw the winnings and we plan to stick with it. Everybody so far got their money without doing KYC and we will do everything in our power to keep it that way.

I guess most of you doing reviews could get targeted by matrix since you guys are making new accounts, taking bonus, doing required roll over and trying to pay it out. Basically the behavior pattern that every multi account bonus abuser would do.
We agreed beforehand with Cro2 that all the withdrawals will get approved. I already talked with a portion of the team and we'll get to it tomorrow morning.

Could you just give me more info so that I can solve this quicker, did you use a VPN? Which country did you use? And can you send me your nickname used on the site over PM so that I can pin point you Smiley

And as Trofo mentioned, I will need to check if the system works as intended or if the KYC rule wasn't followed by our CS, either way you'll get your money and I hope you'll leave this campaign with a happy face.

Update 6. Feb: This has been actioned and you've been messaged by the CS. It should be sorted out Smiley

Yeah, it's all sorted now and I've successfully received my withdrawal. Thanks for looking into it!

After waiting for about an hour, I received a notification that my withdrawal is rejected and I need to send over some KYC documents (ID, proof of address, and proof of payment methods). I talked to support as to why I need to provide my KYC documents but they didn't give a concrete answer, just referring to the T&C. I guess it was the same situation that LoyceV had earlier, that I triggered the KYC matrix somehow. I guess I'll just leave the balance there as I'm not going to provide my KYC.

Thanks for the reviews fellas. From my understanding the bonus set up is based on static crypto values for each currency, not the USD equivalent - which is not good. I understand that this is not the best user experience and I'll get to it tomorrow. I would need to talk with the platform provider and see if we can set it to a fixed USD value instead of the crypto one.

I'm also open for suggestions if you would like it somehow different Smiley

No, you got it quite wrong, it's the exact opposite in this case, fixed USD value is going to work in as much crypto fluctuations still exist, there will always be these problems.

The solution therefore is to set a static crypto value for the those promotions, 1mBTC will always be 1mBTC while 1mBTC will not always be ~ 23 USD.

I think what you should do is whenever you're setting up those promotions you can easily have the USD equivalent of each crypto deposit option you have, even when the promotions is still being advertised as USD, on the bonus terms and conditions page, you'll then add those already pegged value each respective crypto option available for deposit on the site, in relation to the said USD value, so that everyone would be aware the exact crypto value the site has used to determine the USD before proceeding with deposit.

Yes, I think it's best to set it to a fixed USD value if it's possible.

I believe that the platform indeed set fixed BTC to USD as of the time when they launch the promotion, that's why the support said the minimum is 1.8 mBTC which at that could have been the approximate value for 30 USD, but BTC value have increased by at least 30% since the new year IIRC, that period imo could have been when the whole promotion plan and values were determine, if yes, then it makes absolute sense as to why the minimum in BTC was determined to be 1.8 mBTC, the only issue here however, is that if there have been an indication of the minimum amount required in BTC, ETH and Other cryptocurrencies available on the site, no one would have made the mistake of sending 1.5mBTC.

Yes, I think it's best to set it to a fixed USD value if it's possible.

I'm going to continue my review here. With some luck and thousands of slot rolls, I managed to complete the wagering requirement and ended up with 9mBTC (~$200) in my balance.

I requested a withdrawal of that amount. I didn't know I had to confirm my BTC address from my email as there wasn't any message or anything on the withdrawal page. I realized it 15 minutes later upon reading Harkorede's review Cheesy You should add more description to the withdrawal status, e.g. "Pending email confirmation".

After waiting for about an hour, I received a notification that my withdrawal is rejected and I need to send over some KYC documents (ID, proof of address, and proof of payment methods). I will add additional points on things that I would like to see improved on:
  • More clarity on KYC requirements. As LoyceV mentioned, people hate the sudden KYC requirements upon withdrawal.
  • Reminder/description in withdrawal page for email confirmation after registering BTC address for withdrawal

And that will conclude my review. Again, thank you guys for the opportunity!

Registration:
Signing up on the site was very easy and seamless, as you don't need to fill in numerous forms just to because you want to gamble away some money of yours.

Deposit:
I really commend the fact the site allow zero confirmation for bitcoin deposit, nothing literally suck than awaiting BTC confirmations, especially when the bitcoin network is clogged like it is right now and 5 sat/byte fee is estimated to take about 6 hours to get its first confirmation, but already having other means of deposit is a significant added advantage.

General Experience:
My general experience rating would be around 6-7/10 based on my encounter with the customer support, they really don't have answers to most of the users complaint and they all often just copy and paste the same response, without actually being able to solve any issue particularly.

Customer support:
I had first contacted the support and was transferred to chat with "Ivy", later it was Rick and finally it was Tim, while they all sound very nice and approachable, neither of them was actually able to solve my problem, the first problem was that after activating the bonus then making a deposit of $35 (1.5 mBTC) to enable the 100% signup bonus, I didn't get any bonus, so after reaching out to Ivy she said that the minimum deposit eligible for the bonus is 1.8 mBTC (over $42), and I told her the minimum requirement shown on the their bonus page was $30 and I just made sure I deposited a bit more than that due the BTC fluctuation, Ivy said she could have given me the 100% bonus manually which would sorted everything out, but then she said it's impossible because I played with my real balance already while trying to activate the 10 free spins for completing the phone verification I couldn't even use the 10 free spins too, after several conversations with the supports, I had to give up (with my problem not getting solved), while it's not as though they all didn't try to help, in fact, I'm sure they did try their best but it's just not working, and I'm guessing it's the free spins in general that just doesn't work.

What I liked:
- I like the general design of the site, the interface, site navigation and user experience is just about perfect enough for me or any even one new to online casinos would fine their way around with relative ease.
- The website generally and every games I played loading time were really fast and highly responsive, even on my somewhat low end pc running on windows 10 (without VPN)
-

What I did not like:
- The bonus offers on the homepage/lobby makes the page look rather too busy imo, having more than two of those bonus tables is rather extreme for me, I think I'll prefer seeing just one at a time, maybe little bit wider but reduced in height making other sections like "Games Category" very visible from first glance, the remaining bonus offers should float over to left and change at intervals instead of all being displayed at once.
- The bonus terms in regards to the minimum deposit requirements are not explicit enough, especially because of having different deposit means, the minimum deposit requirement should be displayed with the user's preferred choice and not in USD, stating the minimum deposit in BTC, ETH, LTC and other means of deposit according to the users preference will help every user avoid the issue of not depositing the right amount.

I tested the following: (slots/live casino/table games/CS originals)

I played quite a number of slot games, most of which I didn't have any luck with except, "Aloha King Elvis" where I hit my biggest multiplier of 106x.

Game 1; Slot: Book of cats. Book of Cats was the first slot game I played because it was supposed to be the game for the phone verification free spins, which I later got charged for, as for my experience about the game, after about 100+ spins, I didn't hit any reasonable multiplier, not even 10x multiplier, so I just decided to explore other games.

______________________________

Game 2; Slot: Aztec Magic Deluxe, this was another game influenced by me trying to get the 10 free spins, after about 50 spins here too, and my luck wasn't any better than it was with the first game, I left  Wink

______________________________

Game 3; Slot: Lady wolf moon, yet another game chasing those free spins, but his time around, I didn't left of even terms and as I was up by some cents with my bankroll before playing and my second session on the game left me almost entirely out of my bankroll.

______________________________

Game 4; Crash: for me this have always been one of my go to games anytime and any day, but lady luck still wasn't on my side here either, the round that started right before I could place my bet ended with Over 366x, but every other round after that I couldn't even hit a 3x multiplier

_______________________________

Game 5; PLINKO: This is one of my games of the day, I enjoyed every suspense and anxiety that comes with seeing the balls fall don each obstacle, I even pressed the bet multiple times simultaneously and having 6-7 balls coming down together and having my eyes watching over the entire screen at once looking right and left sides every split second.

_________________________________

Game 6; Rocket Dice XY: This is the second game I enjoyed the most, from a gambler's perspective, I like everything from the animation of the dice throw to the odds valuation, probably.

__________________________________

Game 7; Hilo: This is by far my favorite game on the platform so far, I like the general concept of it, perhaps because it's a game of prediction, and that's what I'm more invested in rather than other games where my only task is to toss a coin and expect lady luck to be on my side, this is more like of mind game, one minute you're taking the biggest odds because of value, the next you're trying to play it safe to not lose what accumulated so far, I'm not sure I was on the profit side for my session on the game, but I really enjoyed every single round I played.

______________________________

Game 8; Slot: Aloha King Elvis

Right before playing "Hilo", I thought I wouldn't be able to get to the withdrawal step as I was rapidly losing my bankroll, but I was able to make a couple of bucks from Hilo, then after another conversation with a new support personnel I was told to try another game and my free spins has been credited, and that brought me to the game "Aloha King Elvis", the game play was smooth just like every other game, I've played so far on the platform, but this animation looks rather more enticing, although my free spins still didn't work and so I played from the main balance I had, finally after a couple of spins lady luck decided to pay a visit with a 106x multiplier.

Withdrawal:

I'm yet to request a withdrawal, I want to try out some live games before proceeding to request a withdrawal, I'll be updating my review as things progresses further.

I've just submitted a withdrawal request and I like the need to confirm through the email for wallet address that have never been used for withdrawal on the platform before. my withdrawal is still pending though, once it's been honored, I'll update my post.

EDIT; The withdrawal has been approved and I got it already, I didn't pay attention to know how early it got processed but it seems pretty much to be less than an hour.

Conclusion/Suggestions:
The site is 80% or above rated for me, just a number of minor technical issues which can be worked on overtime and easily, I would prioritize the explicit proper information being displayed on each bonus pages in crypto currency denominations rather than USD value, so that it doesn't seem like some bait to deposit for new users.

I was assigned to group A to review the 100% sign-up bonus. I've been exploring the site for roughly a day now, so I will provide the overall review in this post. Please note that I haven't had the opportunity to test the withdrawal process, as I haven't completed the wagering requirement. It's very likely that I won't be able to complete the wagering requirement, so I may not be able to review the withdrawal process.

No issue on this process. I'm just wondering about the empty field below currency. Is it supposed to be a referral code or something?

After completing the form, I get to confirm my email. No issue here as well, I received it in my inbox. However, upon clicking the confirmation link, there was no message or anything to indicate that my email has been successfully verified. It would be nice to add this to the flow, a simple pop-up message would be sufficient.

Deposit
The minimum amount for the sign-up bonus is 30 USD. I decided to deposit 1.5 mBTC, worth about 35 USD at the time. Surprisingly, my deposit was credited almost instantly. This is the first thing that I like.

Sign up bonus
This is where I encountered a problem. I had toggled on the "use bonuses" button on my deposit form, however, the bonus didn't show up in my account. I went to the Promotions page to see if I need to claim it manually but no. The "get bonus" button just opens up the deposit page. So I use this as a chance to talk to the live support.

I got connected with Daria and asked how to claim my sign-up bonus. They told me my deposit didn't qualify because it didn't meet the minimum amount of 1.8 mBTC. This differs from what's written on the bonus page, which says 30 USD in BTC. My deposit was 35 USD in BTC. So I sent Daria a screenshot from the promotion page.

Quote
Kick off your epic adventure in the crypto casino world. We’ve set you up with a juicy 100% Welcome Bonus, meaning we will double any deposit you make from 30 USD in BTC up to a maximum of 100 USD in BTC.

After that, Daria said that the information is not updated to the latest rates. I'm not sure which information is not updated, the promotion details or the bonus system. Anyway, they granted my bonus manually so I didn't ask further Cheesy Would be great if the team can get this sorted out.

Now I can see the bonus in my balance. I like that I can see the progress of my wagering requirement from my profile page.

However, I had to go to the bonus T&C to know that each game has a different wagering coefficient, i.e., only slots games count for 100% wagering amount while other games like crash, dice, etc. only account for 5%. Would be nice if you include this information in the bonus info on the profile page as well.
Quote
2.9. Please, note that each game comes with its own wagering coefficient:
Slots — 100% (except for the games listed in the section 6.4);
Roulette, card games, poker, video poker, casual games, craps, lotteries — 5% (except for the games with a live dealer);

Live support
Overall, I find the live support helpful. Daria solved my issue with the sign-up bonus. The response time is still reasonable, on average I get a response within 3-4 minutes after each message (as shown in the bonus section screenshots). One minor inconvenience is that I had to write my username and email before using the live chat.

General experience
The site looks clean and easy to navigate. I had no problem using the site both in the desktop browser and mobile browser. It is responsive, functional, and mobile-friendly. Even "heavier" games like slots and live casinos can be played from mobile. Good job on this one.

Games
CS originals:
I played dice and crash from Bgaming. No issue with loading time. A small thing that I don't like is that I can't set a custom bet amount on these games and I had to choose from the dropdown (in crash) or use the plus and minus buttons (in dice) to change my wager. Another thing in dice is that some of the elements seem not properly aligned. For example, the chosen number and profit aren't vertically centered here. I'm not sure why.

Slots:
The first game that I tried was Gates of Olympus. Again, no issue with loading time. All went smoothly both on desktop and mobile. However, I noticed that the game use µBTC instead of mBTC denomination like in dice and crash. This can be confusing for users. Would be great if the site could just use mBTC for all games.

Live casino:
I played Roulette Live. I had to provide country and full name to play this game. Same as slots, this game use µBTC denomination. Other than that, I didn't experience any problems during the game.

Conclusion
What I liked:
  • Instant deposit
  • Ease of use (UI & UX, mobile friendly)
  • RTP and house edge information on every game
.
What I did not like:
  • Problem with minimum deposit amount for bonus
  • Can't bet with a custom amount on generic games (dice, crash)
  • Inconsistent BTC denomination (mBTC vs µBTC)

As stated earlier, unfortunately, I can't test out some of the features like withdrawal, VIP system, and bonus shop because I still have the bonus activated. I will post an update if I get the chance to do it. Thanks!

PART 1/N

Thank you for choosing me here is my takedown with the Coinslotty.

I go start with the Login page, it's ideal to have an animation with the side navigation panel so you have a smooth action for the users and not like a laggy effect just make some transitions with it like make a smooth.

For example this bootstrap CSS drawer.

Upon visiting the panel of the VIP it takes time to load before reaching the navigation I don't know if this is my part only but it takes me over five seconds before loading the whole page.

    In the
signup panel
In terms of passwords better to help the users to create an efficient password and not just only the length is good too if you added a div below with a warning colour of red to have the following:

  • Add Capital letters
  • Add symbols
  • Add number

After I created an account there was a message prompt that I will receive an email with the I registered, but it's been already a 5 minutes before to received still better to have fast confirmation regarding my account creation.

In the Landing Page, I just notice that possibly redundant with the use of the image of the Icon of the notification for me better to have a set for a no notification and not add another icon with it,

Additionally, with the balance, it's good it's in the centre or in the right corner it does not seem a balance in the centre of the website.

After clicking the Inspect element of my browser it returns unexpected symbols and errors in the text.
For the users, they must need to hard refresh with the control + f5, simple reload does not work.

Additionally, is I guess have an option here "Dont ask again" this pops up every time I play another slot game which sooner comes annoying to other users regarding the demo account is better to have a button right on the top of the slot games so the users have the option to toggle this and not just asking every time they visit the slot game.

[/list]

I get into the withdrawal, and I guess in deposit too sooner or later add a segwit address for in BTC, and the panel does not give a message just a float of the queue of checks also there's no notification in the user profile to have an update to the user if their transaction request proceeds just the queueing in the withdrawal panel.

The current Withdrawal Status takes too long still.

I'm done playing with the slot games and it will all be smooth and have a good game I hit almost 5x every slot I visited.
There's no need to worry about the games they are all good, I didn't screenshot every time I play due to having fun.

Regarding the Live Chat support,
I have a conversation with Clover and stated that regarding the withdrawal its a manual doing, I guess it's better if just automated and just verification only and not manually taking an action with the withdrawal request.

My Tier is GROUP C. Which is the phone verification, I tried to make verification with the phone number.

Just my personal preference, the Phone number is part of the Details profile of the users I guess its better if this is in the side of the Profile and not for the Verification just my personal opinion. Regarding with the SMS it is possible that Coinslotty has its own title for the SMS I mean like this.

The message I've received upon verification.

Propose SMS if possible

Regarding the time of receiving the message it is fast less than a minute, I received already the code it's a very thumbs up and also supports my country. Regarding removing the verified number its easy that does not require another SMS to change of the phone number, I suggest in the future is for security too it be verified and gets another SMS before removing the old incase if the phone number lost to use the email as an alternative to removing the current phone number.

The things I like are having a deposit it's so fast even if the transaction is already in the blockchain the coinslotty allows them to play immediately and deposit the funds which is less hassle than waiting for the confirmations or getting fully deposited into the specific address. The user interface is very friendly and the profile has too many banners just simple and easy to navigate the best thing which is rarely can be seen is the responsible gambler feature which is allowing the users the potential to manage their funds and risk every time they play this is a very thumbs-up.

Update on my Withdrawal (full review)

After my first withdrawal got rejected I received the coins back in my account. Unfortunately, I decided to play some games and lost those coins (inspired by LoyceV) but don't worry I still made another deposit so I could test the withdrawal.

This time it is a success the coins came into my wallet and I received an email notification saying my cashout got approved and the withdrawal processing time (after address confirmation) lasted for around 13 hours.  Cheesy

@Cro2 Thanks for the update! I also received personal communication from Coinslotty regarding this, and provided further feedback directly on their response from customer support (apparently, Finland, which was my VPN, is also excluded, although this country was not, in fact, listed in the T&C page that the deposit bonus page links to). All fixed now and have requested my withdrawal.

My experience:

  • Withdraw page only allows you to set a BTC figure, while it displays a minimum withdrawal in ubtc, and a balance in mbtc. Not a problem for regular Bitcoin users, but might confuse newbies Wink
  • Setting the full balance available returned the error: "not enough money". This was fixed by reducing the last unit by 1.
  • Status in transaction history is now Pending. There is an option to cancel. No further emails received. Will update

@Coinslotty, appreciate your return feedback to me, look forward to your product getting all those snazzy fixes.

Just confirming that the Coinspaid issue has been resolved, all testers were notified by CS to re-request their withdrawals, and those who had funds withdrew them successfully.

Looking forward to the next batch Smiley
