From next week additional measures will be implemented as well so that something like this doesn't happen again.

Just a short update - things are looking a bit better with withdrawals, the issue has been located and remedied.
However, comprehensive internal testing still needs to be completed and some software updates need to be done - it is happening as we speak but it will take another day or 2.

Therefore, we decided that we will skip a week and start with the 2nd round of reviews this Friday, so the deadline will be until next Thursday. I will change it in the spreadsheet when I get home.

By then all problems with withdrawals will hopefully be a thing of the past and you'll be able to take some money off of Coinslotty's hands Grin

I found out about this from a conversation with support, and then I looked to see for myself, but I couldn't find it. again, I would leave here the possibility of my oversight, because this on/off VPN slowed me down a lot.

We can conclude your review, you've gave us more than enough feedback, the customer support and compliance teams were all over the place, so thanks for everything Smiley You can ignore your account, and Cro2 will send you your deposit via the Escrow.

After one more day (2.5 days total), my withdrawal is still Pending. I didn't really want to escalate this through Bitcointalk, because I was curious (for my Review) how long it's going to take without doing that. However, since the problem is with the payment provider, and that the first week is over, I'll post the final part of my review now.

After KYC was dropped, I made a 0.0005BTC withdrawal. When I checked the next morning, it was still Pending, so I talked to Customer Support:

I always assumed instant withdrawal were the standard for most casinos. If at all possible, I suggest to improve withdrawal speed. Waiting for an on-chain confirmation can already feel slow sometimes, let alone waiting for hours or days. I don't think I've ever seen an online casino that does manual withdrawals for small amounts.

There's only one thing left to do:

The first review week is complete. We'd like to thank all of you guys for giving really concrete feedback, this is exactly what we wanted to accomplish with this campaign.
Hasn't been smooth sailing, but we are weathering the storm Grin

As Trofo said, we'll take a short break and hopefully resume on Monday. The withdraw issue is not just with Coinslotty platform so they are giving it maximum priority - as soon as we have some news we'll let you know.
We have funds on escrow wallet for all the winnings that were won during the W1 testing, so if for some reason the withdrawals problem continues don't worry - we've got you covered.

Regarding the rules, we have added some additional information in the 2nd post in the thread.

Please read it thoroughly before registering, and if you have any questions feel free to ask. When we reopen the campaign we'll tag the next 5 users and once again make a short summary of the registration process.
If we restart on Monday you'll have 4 days for the review - we think it's enough and want to follow the timescale that we were given. If for some reason we don't restart on Monday, we'll figure something out and let you know.

We'll still process the payment today for the next 5 users + examplens's winnings.

to give an additional update, maybe I skipped it in the original review post.

after registering with the help of a VPN, I went through all sections of the site without any problems. even after the "temporary suspension" I could go to the part with my account without any problems. only at the moment when I started any game, I received a notification about disabled access due to country restrictions or suspension, with the fact that there was a slight difference in the notification depending on "where" I come from. (I accidentally accessed it once with a US address).
however, after changing the address (to an acceptable region) and refreshing the page, I had no problem playing the game.

As I say, I turned off VPN while playing Mines game and I continued to play without any problems. I got the impression that the IP address is checked only when starting the game.

additional hint: Given that there is a restriction in the form of the required wager x3 deposit in order for the withdrawal to be possible, some clearer statistics could be added here. the only thing I found was my play history, each individual and I mean around only the last 50 plays. or at least for example that there are indicated "total balance" and "withdrawable balance".

First week of campaign is over and we had a bit more issues that we expected but that is what review campaign serves for.

Great work everyone, posted reviews will help the team to greatly improve the product. There has been some technical issues with their payments provider and it still isn't solved. Due to this we are pausing our campaign for now with plan to resume next week, probably on Monday. We will of course keep you posted and tag next week participants when they can start their reviews.

I of course reversed the whole thing for you, and you'll be able to log in and withdraw again within just a few hours. Just keep in mind that the CoinsPaid technical issue is still ongoing and withdrawals will take a bit more time, but I'll make sure that you're first in line Smiley

So, after discussion through support and with SirJohnVonSlotty, I still had to do the registration with the help of a VPN. somehow it got even more complicated for me, because I first tried in a simpler way, through the browser where the VPN always accidentally assigned me an address from also prohibited countries. but this time I was able to fill in the registration information, but a different error dialogue appeared.



In question is accessed from Sweden and the Netherlands. After switching to Japan, I successfully registered. Right after registration and email verification, I turn off VPN and everything works normally, at least for now.

I am not sure why it is important to choose the currency used during registration. it is certainly possible to add other currencies later, but this selection only adds to the confusion of the registration process. BTC could be the default currency without a choice.



Since I am in tier C, and I have an obligation to verify my phone number, I tried. despite the fact that there are certain restrictions, I found all the countries on the list, so I filled my phone number (I have one that I only use for service activation purposes), but I did not receive a verification SMS.
tried several times, but only increased the timer for verification and resend a new SMS. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the location.



update: however, during the day, I tried to verify the phone number one more time and this time successfully, after a few seconds I received an SMS code. Also, I have successfully claimed a bonus of 10 free spins.



Deposit/withdrawal:

as it is my obligation according to the campaign to deposit only $5, I still sent 0.0005 BTC so that I could test and withdraw in case I get unlucky when playing games. however, only after the deposit, I started thinking about the sign-up bonus, so I found that I actually need a minimum deposit of $30. somehow I feel misled about this because it is not better emphasized.

General Experience:

I like the design. It is modern and yet quite simple and I didn't have many complications to find my way around using the casino. maybe it's not the fastest site I've seen, but the speed is certainly quite satisfactory and it didn't affect the user experience in any way.

Customer support:

contact with support should be more precise. for example, I had a problem with the registration but at the beginning, I am offered generalized answers for "deposit/withdrawal", "bonus info" and "your feedback". so I had to go through the problem with a few deposit QA in order to get to the chat with the agent.
I talked with Brian, He seems serviceable to me, although he could not help much in my case.

What I liked:

the complete user experience is very satisfactory, simple navigation is always desirable and I like what I saw.
speed of deposit acceptance, practically even before the first confirmation of the transaction.
very responsible and pleasant support
various bonuses that can attract new players, while the VIP program could additionally stimulate players to stay on the platform.

I didn't see that you have an affiliate or referral program, I believe that would stimulate further promotion.

What I did not like:

After registration, in a very short time received 4 emails, two promotional emails. maybe it should be packed into one or two "welcome" emails. also after the withdrawal request, in addition to the confirmation email, I received another one informing me that I had submitted a withdrawal request (completely unnecessary)

choosing the currency before each game is quite tiring and unnecessary. And it appears even when there is only one choice. I changed the currency during the game without any particular problems, it restarted very quickly.



also, some of the games didn't ask for currency selection, but they switched me to a "fun" token. sounds like confusion with different currencies. although in most games it is clearly emphasized how much the bet is worth, I think it should be simplified

I tried these three Crash games first. maybe because they are always my favourites, but the design and navigation are more than excellent. Given that I was forced to use a VPN (free in this case), my connection can be considered weak, but SpaceX and Plinko worked fine, while Mines had a noticeable lag. It was slightly smaller on a regular connection because I turned off the VPN in the middle of playing.



Game 2 review

I find that some slot games have very poor loading, and it seems to me that this is a feature of specific providers. "Playson" for example. In two of their games, they were endlessly loaded.



Then for example "Mega Cash Stacks" had a connection problem.


I don't think this has anything to do with my connection because in the meantime I started other games that worked without problems

Game 3 review

I didn't count how many slot games there are, but I definitely think there are too many. some of them are completely faceless and boring, so I thought I needed an ignore option so that I would never start them again even by accident.
For example, Wolf Spins 243 and Valley of the goods.
while some like Wild Shark, Burning Classic or  Bonanca Billion, are much more dynamic and really gave me the feeling of playing a slot game.
What can I say for Book of Cats, where I get 10 free spins because of phone verification, which turned into 50 new free spins and made me a profit x308. I really had a good time.




unfortunately, I wanted to test on mobile devices as well, but due to the suspension, I was prevented.

Finally it's time to test their withdrawal method, in this review it's .0003 in BTC.  And I'm so sad to say that I didn't have the best experience as the withdrawal I made is still pending as of this writing.  The first withdrawal attempt, I missed confirming my BTC address because I didn't see the pop up saying to check my email.  I went to customer support and they told me what went wrong so I attempted a second time, confirmed the withrawal in my email and it's still pending.  As a gambling site in crypto, I think withdrawing for a small amount should go thru in less than a few hours at a time.  Rating 2.5/5

Thanks to you guys I figured out that we're having issues with the payment provider (CoinsPaid) and it's a technical issue on their end, I'm looking in to implementing another solution and getting this solved asap. Expect your funds soon Smiley
