CoinSlotty Review (Group C)

In this review, I'll share my experience with CoinSlotty casino from the moment I created my account till the moment I made a withdrawal request. (it will be slightly different from the exemple provided in OP as I'll mention what I liked/didn't like and my notes and suggestions for each step individually. )

Registration:
The registration process was straightforward. All I had to do is to provide an email address, nickname, password and choose a currency. I have no idea why the latter is required, though.
Notes: although the registration form will inform you when you enter an invalid email, I found out by chance that it's possible to register with an email like this xxx@xxx.x the shortest TLD is two chars long so this is not a valid email address and shouldn't be accepted.
Another thing I noticed is when trying to reset your password, the system will not notify you if you provide an unregistered email address.
Both of the above aren't big issues but can easily be fixed too. So I thought it's worth mentioning.
What I didn't like:
Not mentioning that you only support USDT on the Ethereum network. If I had known this, i would never have chosen it as the default currency.

You should add (erc20) next to USDT

Logging in - First Impression:
  • on desktop:
The website design is simple but nice. It's easy to navigate through its different pages which load up pretty fast and everything is where it's supposed to be. I liked the dark mode.
suggestions:
-When minimizing the side bar menu, only the icons remain visible but it's hard to figure out what each of them stands for, especially for new users. I suggest adding a tooltip texts which appear whenever you hover over one of those icons.
- on some pages there is nothing but text (white on black) which is a bit boring. I suggest adding some colors to make those pages look more vivid.
  • on mobile:
the website is a bit slower especially the main page. Some times it takes more than ten seconds to load! Games load pretty fast though!
suggestions:
- as for the side bar menu on desktop, the bottom menu on mobile needs some improvements maybe like adding colors to the icons.
- minimize the top banners size, at least in height.
- the balances in crypto and usd are aligned to the right, it would look better if you change it to left.

- use only one denemonation for BTC or let the user choose which one he prefers and apply it everywhere.

Phone Verification:
After registration and getting familiarized with the platform, the first thing I did was to verify my phone number and claim the 10 FS.
Maybe I didn't notice it, but I don't think I saw any notification that you can get 10 FS if you verify your phone number!
Anyway, I went to my Account and on the Promo page I found the option to verify my phone. Few seconds after providing my number, I received a 6 digit verification code. I entered it and it got validated. I didn't realize I received the 10 FS until I noticed I had a new notification which informed me, when I opened it, that I received the 10 FS and for which game.
Note: the bonus will remain available for 7 days and after you claim it it will be valid for 7 days. After claiming it, you will need to finish the wagering requirement (x50) within 1 month.
suggestions:
- add another banner on the top to inform users about this bonus.
- it's understandable why this feature appears on the promo page, but I believe it should be available under the Verification tab on the Profile page.
- do not delete the read notifications. It's better if they remain there but grayed out for ease of access instead of this:

I was trying to find for which game I won the 10 fs, but I couldn't find any trace of it!

I won $0.26 from those 10 free spins:

But never lose hope as those two cents magically became more than $30!  Tongue

Deposits:
The most noticeable button on the websit is the Deposit button, so I clicked on it  Smiley
I chose USDT erc-20 as the default currency when signing up (which was a mistake as I explained earlier). So I was given an ETH address with an option to add another coin which I immediately did. I added BTC.
I was given a btc address starting with 3! Most services use native segwit addresses now. You can either copy the address or scan its qr code.
Anyway, I sent ~$5 worth of bitcoin and it got credited to my account as soon as I broadcast it even without being confirmed. That's what I call an instant deposit!
I noticed that every time you add a new coin it becomes the default one.
suggestions:
- switch to native segwit addresses (this might not be possible though as you use a third party payment processor!)
- support more coins.
-

I think it's better to add logos of the available coins and choose from them instead of the drop-down list. Also better use mBTC or BTC instead of μBTC. I also believe cryptocurrency or coin is more appropriate than method.
what I didn't like: not supporting USDT on other blockchains.

Games:
I played CS dice and different dlot games by different providers:
  • CS dice
:
- it was a bit slow to load in the first time I opened it.
- nice animation. You won't get bored even if you keep playing it for hours.
- clicking the max bet button will set the bet amount to $20 even if your balance is lower than that!
- not sure if it's provably fair but I couldn't find how to verify the results by myself!
- what I didn't like: high house edge.
  • Slots:
- a wide variety of provider, I counted 77!!
- most games load pretty fast.
Notes:
- in games from specific providers such as RealPlayer, you need to provide your country!
- opening games from specific providers shows "something went wrong" message. I suppose this is due to geo restriction specific to the game provider.
- there is an advantage in choosing the active currency: if you choose USD, the min bet amount is usually $0.2 but if you choose BTC it will be the equivalent of $0.1 in btc. This may help in completing the wagering requirement and extending your session  Wink
Suggestions:
- When you start a game you can see the name of the provider and the volatility. It would be great to display the RTP too.
-

On the desktop version, logically, the search field need to be under Slots not above it since you will be searching for slots not something else on the website.
- since the list of providers is too long, it would be great to add a search tool for them too and add checkboxes next to them to hide/show their games.
After playing for a while, it was time to withdraw my winnings (~$20)!

Withdrawals and my experience with customer support:
The first thing I noticed is that, unlike the deposit page, accessing the withdraw page isn't that evident and requires few more clicks especially on mobile.
You need to go to: Profile->Profile->Hamburger menu->Wallet->Withdrawal!
I made few withdrawal requests and every time I get an error message (unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot and don't remember the message content). I contacted the customer support and the problem got resolved by itself!
My request remained on pending for a while till I figured out I have to click on the confirmation link sent to my email address!
What's confusing is that I received to emails when I made the withdrawal request. The first one didn't mention anything about confirmation.
First one:

Second one:

Few hours later, I received this one informing me that my withdrawal request was rejected and explaining why (although the wording is a bit strange!):

Unfortunately, I messed around with Responsible Gambling limits setting and I have to wait 24 hours before I can complete the wagering requirement (need to wager $1 more) and make a new request.
Despite all of this, what I really liked is that there is no withdrawal fees!!
...

During this process, I contacted the customer support few times. I was hoping to be able to talk with the support agent in French or Arabic but both languages weren't supported. But to be honest, the customer agent responded in no time and answered all my questions. During my conversation with the agent I realized there is no option to track how much you have wagered and how much you still need to wager to complete the wagering requirement and you have to contact the support to provide you with this information!

Suggestions:
  • withdrawals:
- add a link to the wallet (withdrawal) next to balance on the top of the page.
- add max button in case someone wants to withdraw all his balance.
- add the possibility to white-list addresses for extra security.
what I didn't like:
- processing all requests manually.
- not requesting 2fa code when making a withdrawal although 2fa is activated.
  • customer support:
- add a tickets system
- add an option to rate the agent (like from 0 to 5) instead of the like/dislike buttons.

Overall assessement:
Overall my experience with CoinSlotty was satisfactory and I didn't face any major issue with it from sign up to withdrawal, except the rejected withdrawal which was partially my fault, I would rate it 4/5. Although It's a new casino, they are doing a good job. There is definitely still room for improvement and a few minor tweaks here and there are needed.

- Deposit/Withdrawal Experience -

Deposit:

There are two ways to access your deposit address, the most obvious is through the deposit button beside your balance and the second method is through your profile page. However only the later displays a withdrawal option alongside the deposit button. My deposit experience was super fast and straight forward. I deposited $16.89 and it only took about two minutes for my funds to be available on the website.

Impressive! I had tough luck playing the casino and lost almost everything. I was yet to test the withdrawal part for my review so I decided to deposit another to my account. This time no more gambling, just withdrawal. So I ended up deposited more than $16 into my coinslotty wallet.

Withdrawl:

It took a while to find the withdrawal button, in most websites the deposit and withdrawal are usually on the same page. I later discovered I could find it from clicking wallet on my profile page. The denomination on the withdrawal page is quite confusing, as it is different from the wallet balance. I think it will be better if both the wallet balance and withdrawal is calculated in μBTC or BTC.

- General Experience -

The UI/UX design is top notch, the casino clearly prioritizes user experience and created a very masterclass environment for its users. The signup process was easy, I was eager to get right to testing the slots so I made a deposit of btc. The bitcoins reflected on my account really fast. Aside from the problems I had with withdrawals, everything else was great.

- Customer Support -

I contacted the customer support because my withdrawal got rejected. I was referred to an agent, Lisa (which is good because I wasn’t comfortable conversing with a chatbot) who explained the reason my withdrawal request was denied. Turns I can’t withdraw without playing more games.

Okay so we just have to play some more and hopefully this time I will win big. Well guys, that didn’t happen. Won some, lost most, maybe now I can withdraw. At this point, I have only $8 left on my account. Still the same problem, my request was rejected again. I haven’t contacted support yet, I will come back to this when it is resolved.

- What I liked -

  • The minimum withdrawal limit is very low ( 0.0002btc), most casinos have a minimum of 20usd withdrawal
  • Quick reponse of the customer support.
  • I love the video feed in the games. It’s something that I’m not used to seeing in other online casinos.
  • Instant deposit.
  • There is a list of wins on the button page, that shows the biggest wins, latest swims and luckiest win with the usernames and payouts.
  • The dealers are cheerful and kinda puts you in a good mood, one sang “Hold on, we are going home” song by Drake. I thought that was really cool.

- What I did not like -

  • Some games do not give you the option to choose if you want to play for real or demo, they automatically open in fun mode and you have to reset it yourself
  • Customer support asks again for my email even though I had to insert my name and email address just before reaching customer support.
  • There isn’t sufficient information passed through emails, my withdrawal got rejected and I received an email to that notice telling me to contact customer support to find the reason when they could have just stated the reason for rejection in the email.
  • Some games requested certain personal information before letting you play.
  • I was required to confirm my withdrawal address through my email. I don’t see the need for this feature.

- I tested the following: Live Casino section -

- Game 1 Review: Powerup-roulette -
The first game I played was Powerup roulette. I was asked to choose between real play or free play which is cool option to have. I have always enjoyed playing roulette games so I thought I’d give it a go. It didn’t take long for the game to load up. I played a few rounds and everything worked fine. The video feed was awesome as well. Made some buck here.

- Game 2 Review: Mega wheel -
Again, I was asked to choose if I wanted to play for real or free play. I think this feature is always nice to have. Funny that this was the most enjoyable game for me even though I lost more money in this game than any other.

- Game 3 Review: Boom City -
There was no delay in loading time, like the other games I played, the video quality was high and made the games more interesting. To be honest I had no idea what I was doing, but the guys in the chat room made it fun. At first I thought they were bots but after close inspection I discovered they were players like me. That’s one thing I really like about Coinslotty.

Also there were other games that look very interesting but decided not to play, because you're required to add additional KYC information (see screenshot).

Thank you Coinslotty. I hope my reviews helps you create a better experience for your customers.

Thanks for trusting me, here is my thoughs on Coinslotty casino.

Lets start with registration; the process, done using the link provided me by manager, was instantaneous and hassle-free and without having to interact with support.
I can say the same about the deposit, being part of group A I clicked on the 100% Welcome Bonus offer:  as soon as I made the transaction within a minute the balance reflected the doubled amount deposited as foreseen by the offer to which I had adhered; by checking the "profile" section, in fact, the bonus was already active and the, very useful, informations relating to the expiry terms of the same and the progress bar of the wagering requirements were very conveniently available.
On a side note regarding deposits : I was able to place bets even when my deposit had zero confirmations and am not sure it's a good security measures because, according to my limited technical knowledge, it may expose you to the risk of double spending. I mean I could set the cheapest fee and I could yolo my  money away : if things go south I might cancel my transaction , if instead I got lucky I might wait for it to be confirmend and withdraw my wins. ( maybe someone more tech savvy could confirm or disrpove what I just wrote).

In general, the first impression, favored by the dark background and the absence of too vivid colors, is pleasant and relaxing and favorably prepares for the game sessions. The site loads quite quickly and even when I switch between games and/or categories I cannot notice any system burdens.
The search bar located at the top left, right next to the site logo, is an excellent solution because it allows you to immediately go to the desired game, if you already have clear ideas about what to do, without having to go through game categories or providers or stuff like that : hats off for this.
Also the choice of games is huge, there is something for every taste: more than 50 game providers are offered and each with dozens of slots. Truly impressive again hats off.

After a couple of days I interacted with site support through the handy live chat because I noticed I wasn't earning any comp point despite de fact I was wagering and, after asking me few details to figure out for sure what my account was, they explained I was using a bonus to play and this was the reason for the missing CP. They were quite fast, polite and straight to the point.

What I feel missing in the site overall interface are the informations regarding RTP, max multiplier and volatility in the slots overview screen: to know them you have to enter the desired slot and look for them in the menus of the same and often they are not really available at all, dependng on the provider. In my opinion, it would be a great improvement to insert a small button like "(i)" which, by hovering over it with the mouse, would bring up a small pop-up with those informations, in my opinion, important in choosing the game.
Another annoying thing is that every time you choose a game, be it slots, table games, Cs original etc, every time you are asked to choose, in my case between BTC and USD, the currency to bet with. Given that I made the choice of currency at the time of registration, if my memory serves me correctly, it would be much better if the browser or the site could memorize the choice once and for all without having to constantly carry out this step every time you change the game. I don't understand the need for it.

I tested dozens of games and among the ones worth mentioning there is for sure:

 - Rocket Stars slot by Evoplay Entertainment

The cartoon style graphics, the light blue background and pastel colors are very relaxing.

What really triggered my preference for this slot is the fact that every time a single scatter lands on the screen a part of the space ship ( shown on the left of above picture) is added and after collecting 30 of them the free spins round is activated. This operating mechanism generates in the player the feeling of enrichment and makes you feel the inevitability of the free spins to come.
After only 160 normal spins I had already built two spaceships and thus had gotten two free spins rounds ( I just was lucky but FS comes quite often imo).
During the free spin rounds the light blue sky is replaced by a starry sky and the spaceship host the multiplier symbol on its body : for every further scatter symbol landing on the reels during FS round total multiplier increases and an additional free spin is awarded and it makes your "space travel" experience exciting and satisfying.

At the and of the free spins your total win is multiplied by total mutltiplier accrued awarding some nice wins ( at least in my case).

Definitely a game I suggest.

Another game I sticked to a bit more than other is :

 - Wings of Victory by Nucleus gaming

Find nice its basic design and retro style captivating. For an old school gamer like me this reminds me about late 80' videogames and I felt challenged for this world war II air battle  Cheesy

Game has 100 paylines on 5 reels and an advertised max multiplier of 922x;  what I really like about this game is the wild type feature : winning wild symbols landing on a reel become sticky for two more rounds and a target symbol with remaing sticky rounds left is displayed in it.
Also you can win 10, 15 or 20 free spins when respectively 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols come, here comes the part I prefer : during free spins eventual wild symbols, if part of winning combo, remain sticky until the end of the feature and if they happen to land in second or third reel of the first spins then you receive awesome wins.

Also, if you are not a patient player or just have few minutes and wanna a bit of adrenaline rush you can use buy feature allowing you to buy 10, 15 or 20 free spins round and the fun is istant.
Try it out guys.

Lastly I want to talk about the crash games that are absolutely the ones that gives me the most of thrill.

I basically tried all the ones offered by Coinslotty, the one I wagered more ( and I ended up busting my bonus and my second deposit  Grin ) is Aviator by Spribe : what I like is the double bet feature allowing the player to combine different bet amounts and cashout multipliers basically practically allowing you to practice the most varied betting strategies.
What I feel could be an improvement in Coinslotty crash game offer is a game which has a more advanced autbet feature that allows you to predefine and vary the bet amount and multiplier according to the outcome of your  bet and not only a simple "rebet" automated button.

Hope my review can be of help for Coinslotty management and for eventual users who would like to give it a try.

Good luck all.

Deposit/withdrawal:

I made a deposit of 30USD as agreed and bonus has been credited immediately.

Easy process, and it’s nice an email has been sent after deposit made.
I am curious...

Where it could be possible find “bonus codes” for deposit?

General Experience:
in general, it is positive experience.
I've noticed some games tell me I don't have enough for a particular installment but I actually have enough, ok, I think it should be clarified that some games can't be played during bonus wagering.
I admit that I don't understand how wagering works. Roll Eyes Grin
Example, if I have to wager 40x (total 50 mbtc) and I play 0.05 mbtc 1000 times… why don't I reach the wagering requirements?

Customer support:
Really positive. I asked a question and within 5 minutes I had an answer.

What I liked:
There is a wide range of "classic" casino games. Very easy to be used. Quick support.

What I did not like:
Remove the "choose your currency" at the start of the game.
For those who change game very often, they must always confirm the type of coin.

I tested the following: (slots/live casino/table games/CS originals)
Game 1 review: Dice CS originals
Classic dice game, fun, very easy to play and intuitive.
Game 2 review: American Blackjack
Fast, smooth, really nice to play blackjack like that.
Game 3 review. Plinko

Nice as usual, plink game is funny game, but really slow game Sad and I am surprised there are not options for “quick bets” or “multiple bets” in a row.

My review of Coinslotty (Live Casino Edition):
(Part 2)

Now that I've used this casino and played its numerous games for about 10 days, on and off, I feel confident enough to write the remainder of my review.

Live Casino games that I've tested:

Lightning Roulette by Evolution

Blackjack Classic by Onetouch

Live Roulette by Beterlive

Absolute Black by Alg

Oracle Blaze by Alg

Pragmaticplay games - didn't work, black screen.

Other games:
DiceTwice

Mines (original), Crash (original), Plinko (original)...

General Experience:

I didn't encounter any issues with most of the games I played, and everything went smoothly. The only games I couldn't launch were from the Pragmaticplay provider. Certain games may not be available in certain jurisdictions, and, according to the terms of service, it's strictly prohibited to use a VPN to bypass any blocks imposed by the provider. Additionally, some games may require you to provide your full name (in addition to the nickname used during gameplay), although I'm not sure why.

For the most part, I opted to use USD as my primary currency for playing. However, I noticed, as have other reviewers before me, that different games use different denominations when using BTC as the main currency. It's clear to me that this can be confusing and inconsistent throughout the casino. I assume this is due to different settings from various game providers, but it would be helpful if Coinslotty could address this issue.

What I liked:

I really enjoyed the overall design and ambiance of the entire casino. The website looks modern and fresh, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I'm confident that anyone, regardless of their previous experience with casino websites, will have no trouble finding their way around. As far as speed goes, I have no complaints either. I used the casino several times over a period of more than ten days and never encountered any issues or site unavailability, no matter what time of day. The only exception was the individual live games that wouldn't load.

I also appreciate that the casino prominently displays the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, which are low enough to be acceptable for all types of players.

What I didn't like:

There were technical issues, such as loading problems, with some live casino games. This may be related to specific providers or my type of connection (I used VPN). Different denominations are used in different parts of the site. For example, some games display mBTC, while others use uBTC, and your balance may be shown in BTC (with all eight decimal places) in other places. I would prefer it if this were more consistent throughout the entire casino site.

Another thing that I missed on the casino was a classic dice game. Although I enjoyed playing DiceTwice by Bgaming and some other dice-like games in the Instant Win category, which are visually appealing, I would also like to see a traditional dice game on the casino, similar to those found on other crypto casinos. One where we can set custom gambling amounts and odds, and that has very fast gameplay, especially in automatic mode.

I ofc understand that there are certain regulations that need to be followed. However, my personal preference is to either play at a casino where I am fully verified (see the big global players in the online gambling sector) or at a provider where I leave no data at all. I think the big plus of Bitcoin is that I don't have to leave any personal data. However, if I have to go through a "KYC" or leave personal data afterwards anyway, I could have deposited via bank transfer just as easily. But of course this is not a problem that only concerns Coinslotty. This applies equally to all Bitcoin casinos.

That I agree definitely, but let me explain you how it works with regulated operators like us.

That game which asked for your "personal details" is not owned by us, it's owned by Evolution. Evolution is a game provider. The game in question is also a Live version, meaning that you can interact with the host of the show. Since Evolution is mostly available on regulated casinos, a good portion of their users is already registered with their real Name and Surname to begin with, but since the Live Casino game is streamed to everyone, due to GDPR laws you can "adjust" the display name and display surname.

In other words, if you registered on Coinslotty with the name Trofo Frkojević, but you don't want that name displayed on that live roulette from Evolution, the game simply gives you an option to enter a different Display Name. This is not a KYC process and doesn't have anything to do with our internal database.

Why would you need to insert a Display Name in the first place? Because it's a live game, with a live chat, where you can interact with the host, and the host will talk with you like a real person, mentioning your name.

Hope that clears it up Smiley

This is not a KYC process, a KYC process is when documents are requested (Passport, ID, Proof of funds etc) to verify your identity. What the CS agent requested there is that you fill out your profile, which isn't mandatory, it's just their go2 question when new accounts have issues. Same for the Game Provider under Roulette. That's not KYC. Please refer to this post for more info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61603348

I understand. Even though it is not an official KYC process where documents are required, as a privacy-conscious user, it is obviously not a plus if personal data is requested as one of the first steps.

I ofc understand that there are certain regulations that need to be followed. However, my personal preference is to either play at a casino where I am fully verified (see the big global players in the online gambling sector) or at a provider where I leave no data at all. But of course this is not a problem that only concerns Coinslotty. This applies equally to all Bitcoin casinos.

I just wanted to point this out again to explain my criticism in the post above.

Anyway, it looks like you are doing a good job and that you could become a serious rival to the other big Bitcoin casinos.  Smiley

Just one note for this part:

  • Customer support prompts for KYC without reason

However, if you want to play live Roulette you're forced to add additional KYC information (see screenshot).

- COINSLOTTY Review -

The first impression of the website looks professional and clean. The website looks a lot cleaner than most other online casinos, which is very pleasant. Good start, looks like testing will be fun. The main menu on the left is clear and you can find your way around immediately.

You can also see your own profile on the top right, the wallet and the option to deposit BTC at first glance. All good so far, I like that.

The only issue so far is that I didn't get my verification e-mail, so I am not able to verify my e-mail. The login and depositing BTC works though. It's been about 15 minutes now, let's see if there is an option to resend my verification e-mail.

- Deposit/Withdrawal Experience -

Deposit:

The deposit experience is laser fast and straight forward. It only took a few minutes until my funds were available on the website. Awesome.

No issues, with depositing. Works like it should. Good job. The integration of CoinsPaid really speeds up things. Definitely an advantage over many other bitcoin casinos where the deposit sometimes requires up to 5 confirmations. Very nice.

Withdrawl:

Of course, as with other casinos, the withdrawl button is a bit hidden. But with a click on your wallet you can find it. After about one hour playing time, I withdrew my funds and the transaction is pending. Let's see how it goes.

From what I saw there are no withdrawal fees, which would be pretty nice, but I will confirm that, once I received my withdrawal.

It looks like my withdrawal got rejected, which is quite unfortunate. I also didn't get an e-mail, nor any other notification why it was rejected. Not cool.

It's only 10 bucks for me, but no clue. I don't want to enter any details, so it will stay there.

- General Experience -

The general experience on Coinslotty is pretty good. All in all, the site offers a decent casino experience. The site looks professional and apart from the problems I described with the individual live games which weren't loading and customer support, everything went pretty smoothly.

- Customer Support -

I contacted the customer support because I didn't get confirmation e-mail. First, I had a little problem with the chatbot (see screenshot).

But then I was quickly connected with a "real" employee. Waiting time okay. So far so good. I explained my issue to the customer agent and then things got a little strange, since they told me to go through KYC just for the confirmation e-mail.

Explained the issue to the customer support again and I got asked for my e-mail again. Let's see what happens next.  Cheesy

The customer support manually confirmed my e-mail. So far so good, but I also got no e-mail for depositing. Should there be one? If yes, I guess my e-mail provider isn't accepted or e-mails are delayed by a lot. You should look into this. I am using a popular European provider, with millions of users.

- What I liked -

  • Response time of the customer support
  • Clean and professional interface & simple menu navigation
  • Fast deposit via CoinsPaid
  • Large selection of live casino games
  • Option to bookmark your favorite games with one click
  • Decent English skills of the dealers, good mood, looks like they are also having fun doing their job

- What I did not like -

  • Default settings of the chatbot in customer support not yet fully matured
  • Customer support prompts for KYC without reason
  • Technical (loading) problems with some live casino games with the Opera browser

- I tested the following: Live Casino section -

I am quite impressed with the live casino section. It is rare to find so many different games. I have to get an overview here first. But due to the clear layout, it's easy to find your way around.

Unfortunately, there is a technical problem. If you use the Opera browser, some of live casino games do not open (see screenshot). Anyway to fix this? Been a few minutes now and nothing happened. I guess I need to switch to another browser or try different games. Let's see.

- Game 1 Review: Roulette Live -

I found a few games that work, so let's start with Roulette. However, if you want to play live Roulette you're forced to add additional KYC information (see screenshot).

The game itself works fine, nice and friendly dealer. Fast loading times. Nice, if you're into online roulette you will have some fun here.

The only issue was the chat window, I saw some messages there with telephone numbers and the words "IBAN" etc. No clue what that is, but there should be some admins observing that chat. Looks like someone trying to scam or doxxing someone.

- Game 2 Review: Casino Hold'em -

This game also works fine, nice friendly dealer again. Very communicative and responsive to chat. Partly even funny, haha.

- Game 3 Review: Mega Ball 100x -

The last game I tried is Mega Ball 100x. Actually I had no clue, what I was doing, but the dealer made it pretty fun, haha. Very communicative and always interacting with the chat. I have never experienced this in an online casino. Despite the fact that I lost some bucks, it was pretty fun.

I tried to withdraw on Friday and the withdrawal was rejected. Today I checked my email and it says that I need to wager my deposit 3x to be able to withdraw. OK, I understand that it's because of regulations but I don't understand is the following:
  • On my profile page it says that the whole amount is withdrawable. Why does it say that if I can't withdraw? It should say that it's locked until I wager my deposit 3x.
  • Where can I see the amount I already wagered? I can't find it anywhere on the website.

This is good feedback, I'll check what can be done here once I populate the whole UI improvement paper (after the reviews are finished). I'll also check tomorrow if one can see how many times you would need to wager it.

/-According to the guidelines established in the priority objectives-/:

/-Deposit/withdrawal-/

  • The Deposit: No problem,it was fast and the mbtc was used to bet instantlywith zero confirmations. In addition, all the necessary information is available on the screen. It is very friendly and within reach of a click.
  • The withdrawal: It is in process. is limited to finish unlocking the bonus but I have left some details for more depth in my test.

/-General Experience-/

CoinSlotty has been a pleasant surprise, insomuch as to be such a new or relaunched casino, I have a very good impression as a player.

That good impression left me with a lot to say, so, I detail in depth my extended overview on how I actually did my test.
- Register
- Deposit
- Get Bonuses
- Let's play
  • CsOriginal: Coinslotty Dice, Dice Twice, Trool Dice, Plinko...
  • Table Game:  American Roulette, Trey Poker...
  • Slots: Gates Olympus...
  • Live Casino: Spanish Roulette, One Black Jack, Classic Black Jack, Boom City...

My test was extended in part because of how friendly the casino is in both its smartphone and desktop versions, a bit of those general feelings, below, in the extended test version.

/-Customer support-/

In general it was a good experience, I think they lack training in knowing the brand, not only knowing what they should respond to, they should savor CoinSlotty.

In quantitative terms, I would say that their answers were 90% satisfactory.

I leave several of concerns(questions) about my experience with Patricia (support agent) at the end of extended test version.

/-What I liked-/

Ux/Ui

I like that they want to have a brand associated with the theme of the casino, the images, logos, somehow have codependency associated with the medieval.

The VIP section, Bonus Shop,  show that they go after the players as a priority.
I leave more punctual likes as a result of extended test version.

/-What I did not like-/

The Casino that has redundancy in information, encourages players to find their mistakes, before they do it.
A new user who has just register in should have a chat window with support agent. (e.g.)

Not all users are advanced, hence they not understand well what they should do when a bonus is requested.

I tried the casino like a beginner or a new player would, they never go to ToC or seek help from support.

The reason, because the process of clicking on the bonus never alerts that there are special conditions to get the bonus. Yes, there always are... But how to know if you are a newbie or advanced customer, at least only the first time a warning with a live support agentright after registering.

/-I tested the following-/
( casino/table games/CS originals)

Game 1: Coinslotty Dice. CS Original.
It is a very nice game, basic, simple, but I would say that they need an original game that represents them in what I mentioned, in that medieval feeling that they try to impregnate or associate with the casino.

Although I liked this game for its simplicity, I don't associate it with the brand, I mean, having the CS Original stigma, it should have something... a "plus", that is, more than just the name Coinslotty+ Dice.

Plinko, which was the other game that I tried in this category,  I must say that my experience was terrible, version desktop, this is not the case when I play it on my Smartphone, this game visually it improves a lot,  the test in the mobile web version is better.

But with everything that improves this game, some flaws can be seen, for example some multipliers are not visible.
Game casino/table: my Test.
Game slots/live: my Test.

...+ testing

Intro testing

Note that sometimes for specific points or opinions, I'll use green, yellow, and red.
It only means, green; I like it or it is acceptable.
Yellow; is something that can be improved or requires priority review.
Red; is generally something I don't like or that should be reviewed promptly.

After reviewing what the country restrictions were, regarding the use of VPN, I proceeded to register.

By the way, I use different browsers, with and without VPN, pre-registre, Brave, Mozilla, Edge, Opera, Chrome without connection or display problems.

With a very intuitive interface there is nothing complicated in the process, an email, a password and a nick, ah! add your preferred currency, then verify your email and that's it. I don't take more than a minute.

Depending on your monitor's resolution:(HxD)

With a possibility to configure the screen size to your liking or simply do nothing, this  would look as below:

The friendly menus stand are there within reach of a click.

In general there is a lot of Flow on this main page, the "facade" looks good. ( UX/UI: Cool )

/--//-Now accessing Wallet is not very intuitive in the Home of the second case, in the first you can see the image:-/

Deposit:

/--/
  • The minimum deposit is 0.0001 BTC
  • There is an option to Buy Crypto.
  • Add Currency with one click.

Dog?

/--/
/-The deposit is received in less than a minute in my Coinslotty wallet, and having unconfirmed status and a fee of 400 sat. -/

I must highlight the two types of wallets, fast deposit and the conventional.
https://www.coinslotty.com/?fast-deposit=modal
https://www.coinslotty.com/profile/wallet/balance?target=_self

Finally, deposit + active bonus on screen balance.

Get Bonus:

I can detect that the button (active bonus) in the quick wallet is activated default, is not so in the main wallet.

The user have that option at hand to deactivate/active it, nothing complicated.

But, maybe there should be some visual warning that alerts according to the desired case.

Fast- Deposit

You can have a more advanced look in:
https://www.coinslotty.com/profile/wallet/balance?target=_self

It should be 1.1 mbtc but a deposit of $30 is requested. This point should be well clarified.

Finally we have deposit + bonus. that is right.

I can see that the timer for a 40x wager is 7 days.

/--/
/-Fix inconsistency between BTC and mBTC, i.e. 0mBTC and 56.4mBTC.-/
/- Minimum deposit should be set in BTC or USD, since the minimum deposit is $30 and not 1.1 mbtc-/

let's Play

My first game and first bet goes to Dice, original coinslotty category.

/--/
/-I don't like that the minimum bet is $0.1 although $20 may still be a very low limit for those HR type bettors.-/

I Start with several Rolls and then set auto-play:

It is "elegant" but I think that for advanced users who like to play strange things like wichance of 0.01 or the percentage that we want, it leaves us there, with the feeling of Ok.

Although on the other hand this game for someone who starts if it results in a true dice, literally, so for those recreational players this type of game surely catches them, it is simple, there is nothing complicated in the configuration or compression for new players or recreational.

It's not the kind of Dice I usually play but. It says it always has to be in any version.

/--/
/-On the other hand, the history shows μBTC, it's not that I don't understand it but if I'm in mBTC I would like to continue seeing mBTC.-/

/--/
Notably this:

PlinKo.

Visually very poor, it doesn't read well, the layout of the buttons isn't the best, it didn't give me that nice touch that I got with Dice (1).

Now, it works correctly, irony of the player, I think it's the original CS where I made the most bets.

full screen

Instant Win:

Dice Twice

We have that the minimum bet is (+/-)$0.21 (ubtc10) and the maximum (+/-)$33.(ubtc1500)

It has a good presence and it's more of the style that I like to configure, but, if you don't pay attention, you can start playing in Fun mode, there is no warning window there, about the game, on the other hand the option to play in " $" disappears.

This game has the usual advanced settings we look for in a Dice, it works fine.

Trool Dice (onlyplay)

The full screen button does not work or is poorly calibrated. It doesn't do anything, it just hides the browser bar and the game stays the same size.

I had to use the Fun version because I don't see the bet buttons or the relevant amount and in order not to mess with my balance I tried it before with play money.

The minimum bets:

But they are not displayed on the screen:

/--/
/-Then, someone can make an unwanted turn and bring a big problem.-/

The thumbnails of each game sometimes appear, sometimes the default image is black and sometimes nothing appears.
I explain, the game image sometimes appears, but usually I see only (nothing) black, on hover, the default image appears, which is displayed.

American Roulette:

The B=>$ conversion is not available in all games, but at least with Bgaming it works.

When exiting or closing the Roulette game window, it seemed as if the game was going to disconnect, and sent me to the lobby, nothing like this had happened until now.

The experience play Roullete,  excellent game.

Trey Poker:

I have played this game on other platforms and the minimum bet is $1, so, very nice, it comes with a minimum bet of $0.1.

With this game, I feel comfortable playing between $1 and $5. And it's the only game where I placed $5 bets...but:

The same problem but it occurred several times and it was annoying because I was in the process of increasing the bets etc, and although the server always recovered the information and there were no problems with balances or payments, I closed my review to continue later.

Edit:
After starting the day playing Slot, I returned to the Table Game games, try again and I must say that the experience was what I initially expected, that error did not appear, which is worth noting.

Slots:

https://www.coinslotty.com/game/gates-of-olympus

Gates Of  Olympus:

Some games like this do not warn if we want to use real money or play money, so they load the Fun version first and we have to load the game again.

Again the issue of conversions, the minimum setting is:

It was disconnected several times and although I selected $ again, I got ubtc.

Although I know the RPG of this game it would be good to add it to that information.

Live Casino

Note that live games and support were tested on the smartphone.
At first glance, the submenu or Lobby of live games is fine.

My testing and review, regarding coinslotty online crypto casino. Group B

Deposit/withdrawal:
Lately I have been making deposits on every gambling site which is quite friendly using crypto-type methods such as USDT & LTC, apart from low fees and super fast processes, it only takes 1-2 minutes.

My plan is to make a deposit with USDT, because coinslotty doesn't have Tron's (TRC20) network, I switched to LTC.
Because I want to test deposit in LTC, Of course I don't use BTC in general, I want to see the process and comparison of deposits to coinslotty casino with other casinos, very fast deposits with Ltc.

My deposit for coinslotty gambling site in LTC$15+$12.

It only took me 1 minute, got to my coinslotty account balance, fast and easy deposit.

withdrawal:
This is the problem for me, I'm really unlucky for x3 bets, so I have to deposit 2 times. Exceeded $15 of what was supposed to be in the test.

General Experience:
Due to common experience mentioned:

First I went straight to the registration section using the link: https://coinslottymedia.com/a4021d887, registration on the crypto coinslotty gambling site, only needed, Email, Password, Name, for sure I only need one Email verification to enter, easy without problems, as well as one-time verification address withdrawal for withdrawal, without problems, seamless.

Another experience, I tried to play several games such as slots, crash, plinko, live casino, and others.
Game Crash: has two bet options, This option is different from other gambling sites in the crash game, I can control both bet options and it's easy to control.

Slot games there are many slots that offer the option to buy spins with many costs to choose from and also with affordable spin bets, from one side the slots on the coinslotty gambling site have a good chance of being won in buying spins, I prefer to bet in slots buying spins than other spin options in general.

Customer support:
Chat support as a whole responds quickly, although the chat feature should be directed to the coinslotty team to respond, That means I didn't speak directly to the third party intermediary coinslotty agent, however the response was quick without a long wait.

And extra:

What I liked:
I like the games provided on the coinslotty gambling site as a whole, the whole game is fun, depending on our luck in betting.

Another view that I like: For the game layout, logo, the layout of the boxes (Game categories, Cs Original, Popular slots, Levi casino, For you, to Biggest Win Weekly and Wins) is good, I like the layout, no flashy.

What I did not like:
A few things I don't like about the coinslotty gambling site.
1. I don't like to see the Double UP, Bonus Shop, UP To 20% logo, the image is too big to fit the top front, so it takes up space for the other features above, so the coinslotty logo, balance, deposit and bells look small, almost invisible .
Seen:

Maybe the Double UP logo, Bonus Shop and so on are reduced again in my opinion it looks good, so that it fits the coinslotty logo, bells etc are more visible.
2. Usdt deposit doesn't have (1)'(2) and (3) network, they only have ERC20 network.
3. The main screen looks black, if the user moves to other options, for example: moving to another bet, checking deposit, profile and so on, it will disappear when logging in to other features. it's annoying for me.
4. I don't like the withdrawal method that exceeds x3 bets from the last deposit, not everyone is lucky in gambling and has no freedom in withdrawals, if the user is not lucky until x3 bets, automatically cannot withdraw the balance, it's not safe. Does x3 apply to other users in general.

I tested the following: (slots/live casino/table games/CS originals).
I tested some other games: like Slots, Plinko, Pilot Cup, Chash etc, in addition to the live casino requirements, main conditions.

Some screenshots from other game tests.
1.
2.
3.
4.

And many other types of games that I bet on the coinslotty gambling site, a brief summary.

Game 1 review:
The first live casino game I tested was (Mega Wheel) as in general normal went as usual, I won a few spins, At first glance, I see nothing unusual. In general, round after round, if I'm lucky, something strange happens when I see the winning value of Megawin LTC 618,000.00, it seems that this value is very striking for me, after I saw the winning results on the balance, I smiled only a few mt.

Game 2 review:
Testing the second live casino, namely two live casinos at the same time at different times, such as: Lightning Roulette & Peek Baccarat, both casinos are fun for me to play, both are good.

And:

Game 3 review:
The next live casino I tried to test the casino (Gonzo's Treasure Hunt) using my android phone, i enjoyed playing at the casino and i managed to grab some treasure boxes 20x, 2x and 4x, overall its good and challenging, worth to try.

A suggestion from me to the coinslotty casino team.
1. Add TRC20 network, for deposits and withdrawals using the usdt method.
2. Make the main screen fully lit, even if the user switches to another feature, without any disturbance/black from the main screen, make it normal.
3. If it applies to general users, Give free withdrawals to users, if they deposit $ 50-$ 100, without having x3 requirements.
4. We recommend that the bet value is for example 10k and the winning value is written in thousands, it should be changed according to the cryptocurrency in the bet, for example in Btc, 0.05 or in usdt $ 0.08 and so on, so that users don't have a heart attack on bets and wins. if you see the value.

I'm still looking for luck in betting on the coinslotty gambling site, my remaining balance.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
My Review for Coinslotty - Group C
Note: I'm using a mobile phone when I'm using the casino with 60mbps network speed.

My experience in the platform

I sign-up without a problem because the confirmation arrived quickly at my email address. After verifying my email, I go immediately to my profile for phone verification to claim my 10FS. I've got a problem locating the phone verification page because the page goes to the bonus when I click the profile button. I spend a couple of minutes just to realize that the phone verification is under the hamburger icon. Showing the real profile page is much better than the bonus page when the profile button was clicked is more appropriate.  I verify my phone quickly right after I saw the verification button on my profile. I received the SMS code quickly right after I click the request code for my verification.

I received the 10FS immediately after my verification become successful. This time some problem I encounter on claiming the free spin because there's no note that free spin can be claimed only using BTC currency while the slot game has the default USD currency. I hope that clicking the game on a free spin tab will automatically use the required currency to claim the FS or at least add some note that uses BTC currency to claim free spin. Luckily I remember this kind of free spin on other casinos where only BTC is working that's why I try it here and works.

All games that open for the first time load so slowly even though I'm using a fast internet connection. It just becomes a quick load after I open it several times maybe this is because of the cookie or something. After that, I use the filter feature of the casino to browse slot games and I select Play'n GO provider since this is my favourite slot provider. I'm surprised that only one game is available which is the newest game of this provider. I wonder why the other game from this provider is not available on the game browser. I didn't check other providers because I don't memorize their games.

Additional suggestion: Have a history of all the things recorded on the notification feature. All the notifications including free spin are removed the moment I log out of the casino. I do a couple of logouts to reset my cookie and I keep going on the bonus page just to check for the eligible game for a free spin which can be solved if the notification saves all the previous notifications listed in there.

My experience in depositing and withdrawing

I deposit 0.5mbtc which is around 10$ using my electrum wallet with 5 blocks confirmation fee. I'm not expecting that the casino will credit my deposit instantly since I use medium speed. However, it still credited to balance instantly even though my transaction is still marked as unconfirmed on my electrum wallet. The deposit feature is almost instant as you can see on my screenshot time on my phone. This is my first time experiencing an instant deposit feature for BTC deposits in a casino. Good job on this

After almost an hour of playing slot non-stop and some craps, I manage to x3 my initial deposit and withdraw my balance since I want to secure already my profit. I encounter some misunderstanding on the denomination of my balance. The first step of the withdrawal process(method) shows mbtc denomination in my balance then the second part(submit) shows BTC. I became confused since my balance is not displayed on this page and I didn't what's denomination I will use. Luckily my guess was right that it's in BTC because I based it on min and max withdrawal notes. I think displaying the available balance to withdraw on the submit page will be helpful to avoid this kind of confusion. Also please include a max withdraw option excluding the fee because I can't withdraw all my balance without leaving a few satoshis.

Additional suggestion: Please add a notification when for the deposit and withdrawal transaction that includes a transaction link to easily verify in the blockchain.

My experience with customer support

Since I encounter many personal problems about a few things which I mention in the above review. I usually use the casino support a couple of times to help me and they answer almost instantly after the bot transfers me to the support. I talk to multiple CS and All of them are very helpful and kind when it comes to handling customer support. They check my account and always give a quick solution even changing my free spin to a different game just because the game is not opening on my phone. This is the kind of support I really look forward on a casino.

The only thing that bothers me since I use chat support multiple times is the bot that asking initial data-gathering info. I suggest that use a feature the bot displays the talk to support button when a user opens the support chat button to save time when the concern is not available on the bot feature.

My experience in the games

Aztec Magic Deluxe - Bgaming
I use my 10 free spins on this slot game instead of the Book of the Cat which is the default game of FS after support make some adjustments to my bonus due to my issue. The game run smoothly but sadly I didn't win any amount on my free spin so I didn't explore this game further and moved to my favourite slot game.

Legion Gold - Play'n Go
I spend most of my time on this game since I have no other choice to play other Play'n Go games. I believe I spend more than 500 free spins on this game with 0.2$. Imagine that my bankroll is just 10$ but I manage to play longer with 0.2$ bets. I hit a couple of huge wins that make me stay longer in the game. I made a 16$ bankroll by just playing this slot game for almost an hour but still, I ended up with 5$ bankroll after a series of losing bets without any wins. I decided to stop at this point to try other games where I can recover my funds.

Blackjack Multihand - Bgaming
With my 5$  bankroll remaining. I play a couple of rounds on this Blackjack game by taking 3 seats with 1$ bet. Luckily, I manage to grow again my bankroll to 15$ then end up 9.90$ at the end after losing a couple of rounds. This time I decided to try again another game to close my game session in profit since I'm almost at breakeven on my bankroll.

Craps - Evolution Gaming
Using my remaining balance of 9.9$, The screenshot below shows my game history and on how I ended up having 33$ in my balance which is x3 of my initial deposit.

At last, it was my turn to start testing Coinslotty casino, so I decided to do the review immediately. As a person who never played casino games online, I was quite curious how it looks. I’m glad that Coinslotty and the Cro2 team gave me this opportunity. So on with the review...

Sign-up:

I am always a little bit angry when during registration a website doesn’t ask me to write my password twice for confirmation. I know there’s the option to show the typed password but I consider it a security issue because someone can stand behind me and see my password. I recommend making a user type his password twice for confirmation.
The other parts of the registration are pretty straight forward and there’s no issue there.

Deposit:

Deposit went without any problems. The one thing that surprised me is the bonus that I got. I deposited $30 in BTC and got $60. I completely forgot about the bonus because I wasn’t in the group that was supposed to test the bonus. I was interested in finding out how much times I must wager my bonus in order to be able to withdraw it, but it’s clearly stated in my profile.

Blackjack Classic review:

For the first game that I chose to play, I chose Blackjack Classic as it’s a game that is simple and I’m familiar with it. It’s great that the game asks for a confirmation if a player wants another card when his sum is 17 or more. I chose BTC as the active currency. My balance in the game was displayed in mBTC but I got chips from 0.05 to 100 mBTC. It doesn’t make sense to show chips 5 and above if my balance is under 3 mBTC.
The one thing that I find it strange is that I don’t see the dealer in this game. Since it’s in the Live casino section, I expected to see a good-looking lady Smiley
After I reviewed other games, I got back to this one and man what a disappointment. Other games with live hosts are much more entertaining. I’m not sure if this one belongs to the Live casino section since it looks and sound like a classic computer game.

Roulette Live review:

This game made me enter my first and last name. I’m not sure why I can play blackjack with just my nickname and for this game I had to enter my first name, my last name and my nickname (again, it would be better if the website would just use the nickname I entered while signing up).
The girl that was spinning the wheel was nice but I didn’t really understand everything that she was saying. Expect for “no more bets” Smiley
In this game the currency was microBTC and it’s pretty confusing to have different BTC denominations throughout the casino. microBTC looks better than miliBTC because it looks like I have more money Grin

Lightning Roulette review:

After I played some classic roulette, I wanted to see how other roulette games look like. I opened Lightning Roulette and it first took me a minute or so to understand how to play. After I got a hang of it, it’s not that different from the classic game of roulette expect there are some numbers that gives you more reward. I didn’t find it any more attractive than the classic game of roulette, but the host seemed chattier than the girl that hosted the classic game.

Mega Wheel review:

When I opened this game, I couldn’t hear anything that the nice lady was talking about. I first thought that there is something wrong with the sound on my computer. After a few refreshes didn’t fix the problem, I found out that the sound was turned off in the game settings. That is also something that a user should be able to set up in the settings and not for each game individually.
When I opened the game there were some technical difficulties on the provider side as the game was frozen. The nice lady that was the host did a nice job chatting with the players while someone fixed the problem. Unfortunately, I only managed to win once Sad

Lightning Blackjack review:

As I really like blackjack, I wanted to see what is this game like and if it will interest me more than Lightning Roulette. I played few games, and I was right. This one was much more amusing to me, but it could be just because I like blackjack more than roulette.
The problem I had in this game was that I could barely hear the host. The volume was set to the maximum, but I was still having a hard time hearing the host.

I wanted to check how the support chat work so I asked Elon (maybe Tesla is not earning him enough money so he got a job at Coinslotty support Grin ) how to withdraw my BTC. He just gave me a copy&paste text from the ToS.
Then I remembered to ask him about low sound volume in the Lightning Blackjack game. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help me, but I didn’t expect him to be able to help. He said that it could be a problem with the host’s microphone.

Withdrawal:

In the end I wanted to test the withdrawal. I first was confused as there is no Withdraw button in my profile. I had to click on Deposit to find the withdrawal option. The name of the button should be changed to Deposit/Withdraw so users don’t get too confused. Also when entering the amount of BTC to withdraw, a user have to type the amount in BTC. That’s all good but the balance is displayed in microBTC so it’s pretty confusing. After I requested the withdraw, I got the message saying that I must confirm it in my e-mail. I guess that part is fixed because I remember reading here that some of the first users didn't know that they had to confirm the withdraw request in e-mail.

General experience:
I’m not sure what is other casino’s website design, but this one looks a little childishly to me with all the colors. But I don’t find that a problem.
Other than childish colors, everything looks straight forward and it’s easy to navigate.
As I never played in online casino, I was surprised by the amount of basically the same games in the Live Casino section. For some of them I never heard of (like baccarat). Here is one thing that I didn’t like – when I opened the Super 8 Baccarat game, it asked me to enter my nickname. I remember setting up my nickname during the registration so I’m not sure why it asks me to enter it again. It’s not a bad option but it would make sense to have the nickname I have in my setting pre-entered here.
As a practically first-time user of an online casino, it’s great that I can check the fairness of every round. I have no idea what all that means (SHA, server seed, player seed…) but it gives a good feeling about it.
Why does it ask me to choose my native currency every time I enter a game? Even when I’m entering a game that I chose my active currency already, it asks me to choose it again. Can’t you let users choose their active currency somewhere in the settings? Also, it would be great if a user could choose mBTC or some other smaller Bitcoin denomination which would then be saved and displayed in the whole website.
All in all, the casino is not bad. There are some things that need to be fixed but I enjoyed testing it. The biggest issue is with the BTC denomination. There should be an option to set the desired denomination in the profile settings and to have that denomination follow the user in all games.

What I liked:
Straight forward sign up, very fast deposit, a lot of different games.

What I didn’t like:
The problem with Bitcoin denomination, in some games I couldn’t hear the host clearly.

Top Crypto Casino
Here is my review of Coinslotty (Live Casino Edition).
(Part 1)

At first look, Coinslotty casino has a good-looking and modern website design and an intuitive user interface that's easy to use. They've got a ton of games, like slots, table games, live games, instant win section… So I spent a good chunk of time just checking out all the different options.

Sign-up Process:

The registration process was quick and easy. No surprises there. I needed only to fill in a few fields, including my email address, a password, my preferred nickname, and the currency I wanted to use. After completing this process, I received a welcome message and was able to proceed with depositing funds into my account.

Deposit:

Even though you choose a preferred cryptocurrency during registration, we can easily add any other supported currency to your casino wallet. I chose Bitcoin, but BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT and XRP are also available.

However, the casino doesn't offer any other means of payment. You can only deposit or withdraw your funds using one of the cryptocurrencies listed above. The deposit process is straightforward. After I've chosen my desired currency and made a deposit, my funds were credited instantly to my account balance and I could start playing immediately, which is a great thing. It’s also worth mentioning that the casino offers a 100% welcome bonus up to $100 on your first deposit.

General Experience:

The website is very user-friendly. It's easy to navigate, and it doesn't take long to learn how everything works. I was impressed with the selection of games. There were plenty of slots, table games and video poker and roulette to choose from. The games themselves are clearly labeled so that you can tell what type of game each one is and from which provider. Each game I played were all very well-designed, with crisp graphics and smooth animations that made it easy to enjoy the experience.

Since my review should be based on Live Casino games, I will go into more detail about a few specific games in the second part of the review.

Customer support:

The customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat. You can also find answers to common questions in the site's FAQ section, or send an e-mail directly to customer support from the site.

So far, I haven't needed to reach out to customer support, but I'll update my review if that changes down the line.

Overall, Coinslotty casino has been awesome so far! I've had a great time playing on their platform. In the next part of my review, I want to talk about some specific games and list all the things I liked (or didn't like) about the casino. Stay tuned!
