Thanks, I'll wait for that Smiley

Ok, so, this is what I found out about your case:
- you've registered through Sweden and didn't get the bonus because of that reason, as you already stated it.
- the CS wanted to assign you the bonus manually, but to do that, she needs to insert a name, surname and address to see if you're a bonus abuser or not - which is a formality.

The issue that I see here is that I haven't provided the Cro2 team with enough data for you guys (e.g. you shouldn't register through these countries), and that CS still has some older workflows in tact that haven't been changed after our takeover.

I also noted all of your other suggestions and wrote it down in our improvement list, and I'll update the full list together with my answers once all the 25 reviews are done Smiley

Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for bitcoin is BTC0.0002 and the only way to access the withdrawal page is through the profile/account page. After pressing the withdraw button I was asked to confirm my bitcoin address through email as an extra layer of security. My withdrawal waiting time wasn't the best as it still remains pending on my transaction history while i'm writing this review but it is understandable as all of their withdrawals are handled manually(I only found out through support).

Could you kindly specify what does it mean "long waiting time", are we talking about 30 minutes or were there hours involved? The more info you can give me the more I can chase and improve Smiley Thank you.

Here goes my review (Live Casino version).

Sign-up Process
Before creating an account I used the registration link provided by the Cro2 team. There are only five things that I needed to fill in which are email, password, nickname, preferred crypto, and ticking the checkbox for the terms and conditions. After all that, I received a welcome message asking to deposit.

Deposit
I like how there's more than one way to access your deposit address one is through the deposit button beside your balance and the other way is through your profile/account page. The minimum deposit amount for bitcoin deposits is BTC0.0001. There's little to no waiting time as my deposit came in right away after clicking send from my wallet and I've also received a notification from the site's bell icon on the upper right corner and an email confirming my deposit got in.

General Experience
Browsing through the homepage of the casino is so smooth there's very little to no loading time, the design and placements are clean and everything is straightforward with the list on the left side I can easily access different games and providers. If you scroll down through the bottom portion of the home page you'll find some neat weekly stats from winning players and a real-time list of winning gamblers.

Live Casino games that I've tested(using Microsoft Edge)
The first game I tested is Unlimited Blackjack from Ezugi, after clicking play I was asked to pick an active currency between USD or BTC. I only played a few rounds and there were no issues. Loading times are very fast it only takes a few seconds for everything to load up, there's no noticeable delay and the live video stream is high quality.

The second game I tested is Baccarat 4 from Luckystreak, after pressing play I was asked to pick between real play or free play which is nice. Loading times are slightly longer by a few seconds but it's still fast enough. The controls are snappy and smooth and the live video stream is high quality as always. I played several rounds and I like how you can rate the live dealer I gave him five stars since he was entertaining and handing out winners most of the rounds.

The third game I tested is Absolute Black (Roulette) from Absolute Live Gaming I was asked again to pick between real play or free play and preferred currency. Loading times are very fast, the live video stream started off in low quality but I changed it manually to high quality and there were no issues. I only played a couple of rounds since the rounds are somewhat long and I wanted to test another roulette.

The last game I tested is Namaste Roulette from Ezugi similar to the first game I tested I was asked again to pick an active currency and picked USD. There were no issues, loading times are consistently fast, there's no delay and the live video stream remains high quality from start to end.

Things that I liked about the casino
Instant deposits - since I usually wait for my deposits to go through and it's one more reason to play here knowing you can save time.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amount - I appreciate how they're at BTC.0001 and BTC.0002 because in some casinos it's usually just the minimum deposit.
Bonus Shop - The wide variety of prizes you can get from the shop is interesting it's like exchanging your tickets after playing at an arcade.
Withdrawal fees(?) - It's not confirmed but I assume there are no fees since I didn't see any fees mentioned on the withdrawal page.

Things that I liked the least
Withdrawal speed - I don't mind waiting all day but other gamblers might be discouraged if they're going to wait this long to receive their coins.
Evolution Gaming - They require you to put your first and last name while the other providers didn't require it.

Customer Support
My only reason to use support is to request a follow up on my withdrawal because it was taking some time and the FAQs didn't mention anything about the withdrawals. While bringing up my issue I think I wasn't talking to an actual support since I could only pick between a few choices but it's more than enough in my case. Eventually, I got an answer and they said withdrawals are processed manually.

Thoughts and Suggestions
The deposit button in the middle of the page felt like it was missing the withdrawal window or tab since they tend to go together.
It would also be nice to have a chat box so we could talk to other players on the site.

Thank you for accepting me to review Coinslotty and I hope you guys enjoy reading my review.  Smiley

I'll check with Renata what actually happened here, maybe the whole Tor issue rised some red flags for her.
I think Renata was just following the Terms: no bonus for users from Sweden.

LoyceV thanks for the amazing overview, I'll get to all of the points on Monday and try to accommodate your case as much as I can. I agree with most of the points though Smiley

The 2 BTC KYC is still there and I'll check with Renata what actually happened here, maybe the whole Tor issue rised some red flags for her.

@Trofo: now what? Smiley I'd like to continue my review, but I can't test the 100% deposit bonus if I didn't get it.
Wait a bit and we will see what we can do from our side. You are definitely not required to provide personal details and we don't expect that from you. We are not part of the team and we have to get in touch with our contact, that will probably happen on Monday since he is not working weekends usually.

In retrospective we should have probably put your review in week 2 or 3. Other people have some problems with bonuses and your situation can only be more complicated due to TOR which we could have anticipated  Grin

I agree with your points about T & C, did not find a customer friendly version of it on any crypto accepting gambling/casino sites. Unfortunately bad T&C is almost an industry standard. I have tried many times to make sites change them but without success.

Review (part 1/3)
(click for part 2)

I'm part of Group A, which includes testing the 100% welcome offer with a $30 deposit.

Because I prefer to use Tor, I was given more freedom to test other things, like the Live Casino section.

Tor and account creation
Not many sites are Tor friendly, and I'm used to sites that don't work well on Tor.
I was given this Registration link, which lead to a black page on coinslotty.com/exclusive-offer/crypto-casino-welcome-offer. I'm using the Standard (=least secure) Tor settings, which means scripts aren't blocked.
When I tried again, the page loaded. I needed to get a new Tor circuit a few times because they were from restricted countries. Eventually, it worked:
Image loading...

I registered with a long password. The website called it GREAT, without complaining about the weird characters in it.
When registering, there was a Currency field. I chose BTC, but also noticed "DOG" as an option. I think that needs an "E". Under it, there's an empty field:
Image loading...

Since I have to accept the Privacy Policy and Term, I scrolled through them and listed the things I noticed.

Privacy Policy
by accepting any contest prize or winnings from us, you consent to the use of your name and/or nickname for advertising and promotional purposes
If I'd use my real name on an online casino, I wouldn't want to see my real name in any advertising from that casino! Using a nickname I get, but a real name should always remain private.

Terms and Conditions
1.5 The main language of the Casino website is English, and any translation errors are interpreted in favor of the Casino.
Shouldn't this say that the English text is leading? Now it sounds like the English may contain translation errors.

online gambling. 2.3 The Casino

2.8 Age Verification Procedure for cryptocurrencies. In order to be able to play in cryptocurrencies, Player must provide the Casino with the proof that they are at least 18 years old or above (valid ID, Passport or Driving License or any other valid document).
I'm confused: CoinSlotty.com's thread on Bitcointalk has "KYC from 2 BTC" in the title, but the Terms say all players must provide proof of age.

Quote
3.2 Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.
What if I use Tor for privacy instead of for bypassing a provider's block?

There is no 4.

Quote
8.8 You acknowledge that the Casino shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Casino’s Terms and Conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in the Website.
If this happens, what happens to the player's balance? I'm asking this because I've seen many topics in the past where casino Terms were very user-unfriendly.

Quote
10. If the Player is suspected of ~ the Company reserves the right to terminate such a Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. ~ the Player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions.
This seems like one of those rules that will destroy your reputation when applied. When someone is found guilty, sure. But it doesn't seem right to cancel payouts based on a suspicion without even telling the player why.

Quote
10.5 To prevent any fraudulent activities concerning cryptocurrency transactions, we lay down the following rule: in case the transaction is marked as replaceable - Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF), the Casino reserves the right to close such accounts immediately and withhold any wins.
WHY?! RBF is a normal part of a Bitcoin transaction, and the default behaviour of many wallets. It's much, much better if you don't accept unconfirmed transactions, so the user can bump the fee when his deposit takes too long to confirm.
Ultimately, all Bitcoin transactions are replaceable as long as they're unconfirmed.

Quote
11.1 The Website offers Coinspaid as payment method only.
~
11.4 Kindly note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made through CoinsPaid payment system. If you want to limit your gambling in the casino, please, use any other available option.
In 11.4 you're referring to other options that, according to 11.1, don't exist.

12.9.1 is the same as 12.1, and 12.9.2 is almost the same as 14.4.

After reading all this, I clicked SIGN UP, and got IS INVALID. I tried again, with the same result.
After switching to VPN instead of Tor, a popup told me to check my email. I could verify my email through Tor, but ended up with a black screen again. For now, I'll give up on Tor.

Deposit
To my surprise, my deposit showed up before it had any confirmations. Even after reading the Terms, I still didn't expect that:
Image loading...
However, my Bonuses history shows nothing, even though "Use bonuses" was enabled while making the deposit.

I made a bet with Dice, to see if the bonus would show up after a bet:
Image loading...
The first thing I noticed is how slow the game is, while Firefox consumes an entire CPU core (my old PC isn't quite old). But the bonus didn't show up.

This offers me a chance to talk to Support. The Support chat asked me to enter my name and email address, even though the site knows that already since I'm logged in.
Renata kindly told me it's because bonuses are not available for users from Sweden, and indeed, I read that in the Terms but didn't think about it because I used Tor. When I switched to VPN, it used Mullvad's default, which is, indeed, Sweden.

After switching to Denmark, Support told me this:
Quote from: Camila
First of all, please, add your personal details (name, address etc.) to your account
The reason I joined this Review was because of the "KYC from 2 BTC", so I assumed I didn't have to share my personal address.

Quote from: Camila
I'm not asking you to upload any documents, just to fill in your profile details 🙂

And this brings me back to this topic: I'm stuck here. I don't really want to make up an address in Denmark, but I definitely don't want to fill in my real data. I like my privacy (hence Tor) Smiley
@Trofo: now what? Smiley I'd like to continue my review, but I can't test the 100% deposit bonus if I didn't get it.

where do you want us to write a review? In this thread or ANN? or maybe even users marked as "Cro board" should leave feedback in the local section?
I didn't find about this in the opening post, or maybe I just overlooked it

Please write them in this thread, it will be more systematic and all reviews will be one after the other.

We assume that the Coinslotty team will then link this thread to their ANN OP.
