Finally it's time to test their withdrawal method, in this review it's .0003 in BTC.  And I'm so sad to say that I didn't have the best experience as the withdrawal I made is still pending as of this writing.  The first withdrawal attempt, I missed confirming my BTC address because I didn't see the pop up saying to check my email.  I went to customer support and they told me what went wrong so I attempted a second time, confirmed the withrawal in my email and it's still pending.  As a gambling site in crypto, I think withdrawing for a small amount should go thru in less than a few hours at a time.  Rating 2.5/5

Thanks to you guys I figured out that we're having issues with the payment provider (CoinsPaid) and it's a technical issue on their end, I'm looking in to implementing another solution and getting this solved asap. Expect your funds soon Smiley

Coinslotty Live Casino:  My Honest Experience

The first thing I did before signing up was going to Coinslotty's customer support and pretended to be totally new in crypto.  I just asked a few basic questions just to know how familiar support is in cryptocurrencies and found the replies satisfying enough for what a person 'new to crypto' needed to know and understand before making their first deposit.  (And later in the review, I had a problem with my withdrawal, in which customer support was patient and very helpful)  Rating:  5/5

So on I went to actually signing up.  I found the experience easy and smooth as all it needed was your email and have it verified.  Rating:  5/5

Next, make the deposit!  As all cryptocurrency users would know, this is where the advantage of crypto comes in.  It makes the act of making our deposits really fast and easy.  So no problems here.  I made my deposit and I waited for one confirmation.  Rating:  5/5

Ok...  So far so good.  Time to check out the site!

I went around the lobby and found that the design is minimalist and somewhat the same as most other crypto casinos.  But all in all it's fine, sleek and everything is where it's supposed to be.  The games are also easy to find and the site easy to navigate.  Rating:  4/5

Time to play some live casino games!  So I went around to play different games, from roulette to monopoly to baccarat to black jack from different providers, but I was really looking for a game that I could play long enough without getting bored easy.  I found casino holdem from Ezugi to be this game, tho I also tried Evolution's holdem games.  Overall my live casino experience was really good!  The broadcast is high quality and in HD.  Rating:  5/5

The next thing I did was to try the site in mobile and this is where I finally got why Coinslotty chose the site to be minimalist.  It's better in mobile!  I found playing in the site a lot more fun and the lobby just looks perfect.  It's clean and everything is so smooth.  Rating:  5/5

Anyway, the site is new and there will be some little kinks in there that will need some fixing.  And here's where my review ends.  Overall, I had a good, enjoyable experience.

My suggestions for the site:  Add 2FA as a security measure and make the wallet easier to find.  It could be a good idea to put it where the deposit button is.  Thanks.

examplens - due to issues you were facing, your deadline to submit the review is extended.

I'm currently finishing the entire review, the mandatory use of VPN made it a little complicated, considering that I had the intention to test on mobile devices as well. it will be finished during the day.

Let me start my review here, obviously, I will have to do it in several parts.

I'm trying to register right now, but it's unsuccessful. Actually, registration is not possible for me due to restrictions of my country. I have checked in available TOS on the website and there is no my country Serbia on the "restricted countries" list.

So, this is obviously a reason to ask for support, and now we are in the process.

note to campaign managers and SirJohnVonSlotty as casino representative. I can access to sign-up part using VPN, I'm not sure if I should go through the registration process using VPN (I find ) or wait for a solution. I could later have another complication with phone verification.
Or to withdraw from this campaign?

Thanks for the feedback, a fellow Serbian should be able to play, but I can't check out the issue without more info. Could you send me your e-mail address with which you tried to register over PM? Please stay in the campaign, I wanted more local people in the campaign and you're one of them Smiley

Same for @buwaytress, send me your account details over PM so that I can check what happened and issue you the bonus, but of-course do write all of the issues that you had, it's crucial for me to have them, otherwise we'll not be able to improve the product Smiley

@examplens
We will see what @SirJohnVonSlotty can do to help out your case tomorrow. I am not sure why you have problems accessing it from Serbia, since as far as I know you guys aren't that strict about gambling and can use all the pages.

Sometimes funny things happen and some providers have their own restrictions but that should not be the case for sign up. For instance I can use whole Sportsbet site and 6 out of 7 roulette games there but I can't use Arsenal roulette that we are getting free spins for in lot of promos. And I access that one trough VPN with Brazilian IP, go figure.

I got a similar answer from the support at the end, that it still takes some time to possibly fix the bugs.
usually from these areas, we do not have any problems with access and registration on most gambling sites.

I'll happily take examplens's spot if he is to withdraw from the campaign  Smiley I presume that I will only need an extra day or two to do the review as well, if it is not submitted on time.

did you really read what I wrote or just what you want to hear?
That is examplens' spot, he already got paid for the review and he is the one who will provide it in the end.

You said not only that you can't access due to your country being restricted, but that also you'd have issues with phone verification. This read to me that it's (unfortunately) probable that you'd need to withdraw. I'll have no problem with either of these (even though I did not apply for that group, it does not mean that I can't do the task). There's really no need to add such a remark, I only offered in case the opportunity arose. I hope for you that you are able to continue the review and get paid...and If not, well, my post is there if an alternative participant is needed. Sorry if I offended you Roll Eyes Would it make you feel better if I deleted/withdrew my post?

Hello! I'm from Group A. Same username here as in Coinslotty. I fully intended for a complete review from Day 1 (Saturday, 20th), but problems occurred with the Bonus on my account and since a core purpose of the review was to test the Welcome Offer, I thought I'd try and wait it out. Today, however, customer support gave indication that the issue isn't expected to resolve any time soon so am writing my review anyway, and update it when my situation changes.

====

0. Welcome Offer Bonus
I wanted to get this out of the way first. Despite depositing directly from the Welcome Offer button brought up the Coinspaid menu, I didn't get a deposit bonus on my first deposit of 1.5 mbtc (approx $33 at the time). Note, no matter how or where you access the deposit window from, you get the exact same window, with no indication that you are also activating any bonus whatsoever.

There is an "Available Bonuses" heading and I also toggled on bonus options, but there was nothing to select.

After contacting Customer Support on 20th Jan, an agent created an issue and "escalated issue up to the technical department". I was asked to return to chat to ask for an update. I did this the following day on 21st Jan, and was told I would get an update via email. Today, after 84 hours, I returned to chat for an update and got this message:

"As I can see, our technical team is currently working on this issue. Unfortunately, they need a bit more time to fix it. Please, wait bit. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding❤️"

I guess I won't be testing any bonuses for this review (for now!).

1. Signing Up and Login | Account Options
Signing up was smooth as can be expected, but I noticed that there was no confirmation in my email inbox -- typically, you get an email or message notifying you that someone signed up.

If it's useful to know, I used VPN on a Chromium-based browser, Windows device (ToR never works properly with casinos, as LoyceV provides further evidence for) and my initial location was Finland. The account profile recorded this, and this does not change with a different VPN.

The site also keeps me signed in (now over 96 hours) despite using a different IP and resuming activity from browser, so those cookies don't quickly expire. Convenient for me, but I note that some casinos sign you out automatically after a period, certainly that should be an option for additional security.

1.1 Responsible Gaming
I played around with account settings -- unique to me was the unique self-exclusion options. Tested it out by setting a 6-minute session limit, and that didn't work. I was still logged in well after 6 minutes. So that's a shame. It would be cool to test the Cooling Off and Self-Exclusion settings to see if advertising and gambling was truly locked out but minimum periods (1 day) aren't conducive for the review.

2. Site Navigation
No complaints. Navigation menu is as good as it gets, and you can search quite easily or categorise games by type, provider. I'm not sure I understood what "Instant win" category was, isn't everything more or less instantly settled? In fact, some games in this category don't settle instantly, as I'll bring up in the specific game review below.

Other than that, pretty easy to navigate.

3. Ease of Accessing & Understanding Information | ToS
It's not that easy to me to understand how to use the bonuses and/or promotions. While they look attractive, understanding how to use them without breaking terms is not at all straightforward.

Terms and conditions, as others have pointed out, are about as clear as mud. Don't worry, this isn't an exclusive problem for Coinslotty, it's generally one of the main reasons I don't even try out deposit bonuses. Here are some examples:

The maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus is 6 USD in BTC per game round.
- I played a $20 stake in BTC and it was allowed. Perhaps the term should say "the maximum amount counted towards bonus wagering requirements per stake is $6?"

The bonus must be wagered 50 times before the player can withdraw the winnings, unless otherwise specified. If the player requests the withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and winnings will be void.
- Isn't it 40x as displayed in the Bonus Offer landing page?

Please, note that each game comes with its own wagering coefficient:
- Slots and most games are listed here. But a lot of other games aren't, like dice, crash. Does this mean these games don't count at all? If so, they should be explicitly mentioned here as excluded.

The player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus.
- What? I'm not allowed to use any strategies with my bonus? What does this term even mean? I should just choose a game, and play everything there and do it 40 times and hope I come out alive with something?

4. Deposit & Withdrawal
Deposit reflects instantly, without confirmations on blockchain. I did not try withdrawals yet, want to wait to test bonus (if/when it comes).

I don't like that there is only 1 fixed deposit address, but I guess that's because of Coinspaid. I think you'll find many gamblers who use crypto prefer a fresh deposit address each time.

5. Customer Support
Can't say support wasn't polite and responsive. There was little to no waiting time to speak to an agent, and they try to be helpful. I only tested English.

I have to say, the automated questionnaire before you speak to a live agent leaves some holes. For example, I wanted to speak to someone about bets settlement in games, but options in the chat are only about:
1. Deposit/withdraw 2. Bonus info 3. Your feedback

Trust me, if people are reaching out for support, they are not interested about giving feedback Wink

6. Game Testing
I tested these games, partly because I don't think I've seen them before, but also to try and get a variety of different types of games tested.

Apart from Live Table games, it seems that slots and other types of games, regardless of provider, have a rigid wager amount structure that's non-customisable. Rather low limits ($20 max), you can add or deduct to the bet amount but it seems fixed in somewhat increasing increments. I find that a bit off-putting. Why can't I bet $200 on dice when I can easily play 1 BTC on a dice site? Wink

6.1 Hi Lo, Dice, Roulette (Bgaming, Instant win)
Tried three titles from the same provider but on different games. Very fast loading, which is great.
Bgaming has a weird settlement issue though. You must allow animations to end completely and click the screen or you won't get your winnings to your balance. Found that out with Roulette, and with Dice. With Dice, even worse, you have to click CLAIM to get your winnings. Not ideal, but I suppose that's a provider tic and not Coinslotty but players like me should get a note, I'm used to bets settling as soon as the result is achieved.

6.2 Midas Golden Touch (Thunderkick, slots), Book of Gold (Playson, slots), Always Hot Fruits (Amatic, slots)
All slots games seem to have a long loading time (about a minute) but they load much quicker if you revisit, so guess that's a cache issue.
Played 10-15 rounds of auto on all, no issue, wins instantly credited to balance. Have to admit I didn't spend time reading all the guidance as I'm not really a slots guy, it's just blind spinning for me.

6.3 Live Evolution Table Games (Roulette, Blackjack, Dream Catcher, Monopoly)
I'm very familiar with Evo live games so just wanted to see the experience here. First thing that greets you is a screen asking for your country and name. Never got this anywhere else I've played.

Evo's quality is as good here. Fast loads. Competent dealers. Smooth video feed.

@LoyceV: Try chatting to the dealers, they respond so you know it's real time!

7. Overall Impressions
7.1 What I liked most
a. Fast deposits, fast navigation, smooth experience with no bugs experienced except for bet settlement on particular game providers. As few questions as possible about KYC and verification. That's how you run a casino.

b. Ensure withdrawals are as fast and with as little hassle as deposits, and you're golden. What do we gamblers hate the most? KYC-less deposits, and then boo! KYC when you want to withdraw. If 2 BTC is your KYC trigger, honour that Wink

7.2 What I liked least
a. Generally, I like loyalty programs. Coinslotty's RCP and the Bonus Shop is a very interesting concept and appears to reward long term players, but I feel like the RCP system is overly complex, and there is no clear way to find out how much RCP I've earned (the bonus shop should show your balance), or how much in $ I need to wager to get to the next VIP level or RCP amount. Perhaps set a calculator with intended RCP and show a dollar equivalent of how much wager is needed to get there.

This is my CP balance in my profile, which doesn't show in the shop. Is that the same as my RCP? How did I get 6 CP? Why is there a different amount in my VIP level and redeemable points?

b. Game history only shows last 50 transactions. You better be prepared to provide much, much more. Especially if you're focusing on slots, which I imagine people play for thousands of spins per session.

That makes sense too. But: since you allow the use of VPN, honest users can also change "location" quite often. It's a fine line to walk on.

You're right, the matrix that triggers the KYC is complicated, but follows an if/then procedure. We'll work on it and improve it as we continue getting more feedback and solve these case-by-case scenarios Smiley

I have to step in favor of customer support. If a user would register from Sweden, changed their location to Denmark for the sake of acquiring a bonus, and then win a certain amount - this would trigger the KYC matrix. Not because we're the ones scamming, but because users who scam us tend to follow the same pattern Grin

What I did not like:
KYC! I can imagine many people use your site specifically because they like their privacy. I've been asked to submit personal details and documents on several occasions now. If I wouldn't do this for a Review, and Customer Support tells me something else than the topic on Bitcointalk, you can imagine how it feels.

Not because we're the ones scamming, but because users who scam us tend to follow the same pattern Grin So, in general, this works like intended, but I do agree with your points though, and this just shows me that some situations have to be worked on case by case.

I'll stick to my word and you'll get the withdrawal approved without a KYC, will get back to you soon.

I'll also take note of everything else you've said, thank you for the feedback Smiley

Update: I've requested to drop all KYC from two forum accounts that I found, including yours. This will be sorted out within 24 hours, let me know how it goes Smiley

Review part 2/3
(continued from part 1)
(click for part 3)

I've sent you a PM on how to approach it, but effectively you should have two options now; either insert the needed details and get the bonus money, or just play with the credits money that was already sent to you.
I talked to Melody from Support after I entered an address in Denmark, but she told me I don't qualify for the 100% deposit bonus because I already made a bet.
So I'll continue my Review without deposit bonus. Lesson learned: thoroughly check the VPN's location before playing!

Play time!

I started with Black Wolf (HOLD and WIN). I played a few rounds until I won one larger than my Bet, then remembered I'm not much into slots. I care more about the numbers behind it than the animations, so I'll try something else.
Image loading...

I shortly tried Tor again, but gave up. It's far too slow to load, and I didn't wait to see if it would finish loading.

Instant Win > Dice!
Image loading...
All games so far are quite slow on my (old) laptop. I prefer less heavy sites, but I'm probably a minority here so don't change it for me.

Roulette Live
What can I say: I won:
Image loading...
The site quickly made the video smaller because of "a slow connection". Other than that, it worked just fine.
I don't think I've ever played online live games before. It makes me wonder: is that woman really sitting there or it she a recording?

Instant Win > MINES
I've always liked this game, and it runs smooth. It's a great way to place many bets, starting from a small amount.
Image loading...

Image loading...
The game allows me to change the size of the field, but it doesn't allow adding more mines. Would that be possible? Say 2 or 3 mines per row, to increase the risk (and reward)?

Instant Win > JetX
This game is too slow to play on my system. It got stuck at this point:
Image loading...

Instant Win > HiLo
This game runs smooth too, and I like it.
Choices choices:
Image loading...
The only problem is I can't stop clicking Tongue

Instant Win > Dice Twice
This game runs smooth, but it took me a few bets to realize the house edge is quite high. And that made me realize I hadn't even looked at that in the other games.
Image loading...

Q&A
- Your experience with the platform in general, device compatibility, speed etc.
My old laptop, running through a VPN inside a VM, gives a terrible performance on most games. But some games work just fine, maybe there could be a low-end section? Wink The site doesn't work well through Tor (like many other sites).

Your experience with the customer support (additional languages are a plus)
I only spoke to them in English, and talked to several support agents. Customer Support is friendly, but couldn't help me. Since most of my questions were specifically related to this review, I can't blame them. But other things, like asking for KYC, should be handled better. Now they're just copying the same thing instead of following up on the fact that the site should not have asked for KYC.

Improvements
At every game, the site asks this:
Image loading...
I would like to be able to click "don't ask this again".

Bitcoin units
The Bitcoin units are confusing in different games. I've seen: BTC (with 8 decimals), uBTC, μBTC (with or without decimals), mBTC with 5 decimals and mBTC with 4 decimals. I get that they come from different game providers, but it would be nice if it's the same everywhere.
For example, because of the missing zero, 0.0025 mBTC looks like 25 sat at first glance, but it's 10 times more.

Deposit/withdrawal
My deposit went through just fine.
However: my withdrawal failed. I tried to withdraw 0.5 mBTC (to test withdrawals before I bust):
Image loading...
It looks like there's no withdrawal fee.
To my surprise, I wasn't asked to enter a password, nor was I told to confirm my withdrawal by email. But when I checked my email, it turns out I had to confirm it anyway. I'd appreciate a popup on the site, telling me to check my email. I clicked the link, but it's still "Pending". I'll see how long my withdrawal stays like this:
Image loading...
Update: a day later, my withdrawal didn't go through. I checked the site, and it's rejected:
Image loading...
So I checked my email:
Image loading...
Things like this can destroy reputations and really piss people off! When you advertise "VPN Friendly, KYC from 2 BTC", you'll quickly get scam accusations if you ask KYC when someone wants to withdraw 0.0005BTC. I see that it gets resolved quickly, but you should really change the automated system to instantly process withdrawals unless there's a real reason not to.
I tried my luck with Customer Support again:
Please, proof only your ID and address. We do not accept any links here, sorry for that.
The 2 BTC KYC is a new addition that was implemented just a week ago, so some of the CS fellas who came back from their holiday weren't briefed properly, but now it's all sorted out Smiley
TL;DR: I don't think it's sorted out yet Sad

General Experience:
The site looks nice and works okay, but the basics (Terms and KYC) are not. To me, those things are much more important than the looks of a site.

What I liked:
Mines! That's always fun Smiley

What I did not like:
KYC! I can imagine people use the site specifically because they like their privacy. I've been asked to submit personal details and documents on several occasions now. Could you kindly specify what does it mean "long waiting time", are we talking about 30 minutes or were there hours involved? The more info you can give me the more I can chase and improve Smiley Thank you.
While I was writing my review 4-5 hours had already passed since I made the withdrawal request. I thought it would've been processed later today but until now it's still pending(15 hours and counting).
