Wow, look like I missed that one!
I didn’t get any merit in these runs, that’s why I didn’t notice.
Apparently, I have to work improving the quality of my posts.

And yes, I am slacking as well as far as my usual meta post is concerned.

@fillippone stop slacking and give us the overview of the latest DdmrDdmr merit spree. Or you are too busy with the monthly overview of your local board?

You should try headless browser in order to increase the speed. I'm not sure it's going to be the solution for you but you should at least give it a try. A few weeks ago I used some Selenium scripts via a headless browser and the speed was improved a lot with it.

Marty, you're not thinking fourth-dimensionally.

You have to elevate your game and think about new solutions.
You are getting closer, but apparently you are missing the last bit.
If you succeed, one day, you will have your own merit spree thread as well.  

I read the thread but i learned about python and selenium recently so wanted to share this and applying my little coding knowledge lol.
it is not possible by selenium because I keep my sleep time 1 sec for the page to load fully. and @ddmrddrmr sends 1.2 merits per sec on average.
in middle of the spree i will get stopped because of internet connection or page will not load.

I think you are getting closer to the solution, but I guess he is now using more sophisticated ways of interacting with the forum.
He wouldn't be an AI if he had to automate via script a human interface; I expect him to directly dialogue with forum software at a lower level.

I think the script works like this or maybe it is possible by this method:
DdmrDdmr first saves the good posts while reading them in a folder or note, saves by copying the merit button hyperlink. so when clicking that link the pages open on "send merit" page.
when the time comes to start a merit spree, he replaces the merits number with number he wants to send per second or 2 seconds.

the bot or script navigates
 
this texts and enter the number then clicks send. every sec or timeframe we want it to send.
 
it can be done by browser automation using python script using selenium library.

LoyceV, TryNinja, DdmrDdmr… how many more bots do we have in forum lol. I think DdmrDdmr is using a script to send those merits simultaneously, it’s impossible for him to get it done manually in such short time frame. I don’t know the criteria for being a beneficiary of the merit spree. What I noticed is that these members have all received merits from DdmrDdmr in the past.

Sincerely speaking I am still shock till date and I don't if he is a bot that instantaneously send merits across all profile within the short period of time. Your prediction could be right because I think have received few merits from him/she within that period of time (Thursday and Friday) if i am not mistakenly.

Once again, I was caught off guard by this double merit spree.
So I am now updating the thread with the latest feat of our mutual friend.

This is an almost perfect reply to last months tick/tock alternate sprees.
TICK: it was very similar to Merit Spree 43, of even lates "odd number sprees" the first in last month's pair. Medium-sized double/triple-meriting spree. Consistent velocity. The quickest spree since spree 37.

Being a single merits spree, numbers are lower: 6 merits to top the chart and 3 to enter the TOP10.
I will start getting merit statistics for a single merits spree! So 11 merits are the highest on record for a single merits spree! (merit spree 44!), and this 3 merits are the lowest required on the record, together with spree 44 and 46

As far as I can see, 7 of the 10 of us are from the local board, so although he wasn't specifically appointed as a source of merit for the board, he does a very good job there of handing out merit, which encourages us to write good posts.

Strangely, I was the only user with Rikafip, getting a triple merit per transaction, while in all other transactions, the receiver got only two merits.

fillippone is once again so busy with hot chicks that he hasn't even noticed the merit spree of our beloved bot. Let's hope that when he finishes whatever he's doing with those chicks, he'll come here to give a detailed explanation, as usual.

 

If you look at the above spreadsheet, you see he's usually running his magic toward the end of each month.
I expect the next run in the next few days. If you want to have a forecast, I say Thursday. We will see if know who I am dealing with.

Is DdmrDdmr doing his merit spree in a defined period of time? Like every month or every 2 months?
Or is he doing it, when he's having enough time?

It's possible by opening multiple "windows" not "tabs" on same browser just will need more RAM to keep running those windows.
But i think @DdmrDdmr Use something special for it.

Really impressive, but are you able to sustain such a rate for 200 tx? This is a totally different story and I guess that nobody could do that manually. This is why the human-machine interface @ddmrddmr built is so awesome! The merits come directly to his mind, materialising on the forum.
