The advice given by @Pandu Geddon which is right below your post on this thread you need to do to make it easier for you to rank up. It's better to focus on making quality posts so that it's easy to get merit and avoid things that make it difficult for us to rank up.
In fact, it is quality posts that make an account rank up. In general, the definition of a quality post is a post that is useful to others based on the knowledge you have.

what does ranking have to do with giving good posts?
looks like you are wrong in perception related to rank.
make your quality post, then you will get merit to increase your rank. not the other way around, you wait for your ranking to go up to make quality posts.

my advice, avoid the bounty board first if you want to rank up faster. the bounty board will only trap you as a newbie forever.

You will all get enough merit and high rank if you want to consistently improve the quality of your posts. You won't automatically get merit without extra effort and of course you won't be as lucky as many users who got 1000 merit airdrop when the merit system was introduced.

So I don't have many suggestions for you, only one and that is to maintain the quality of your posts consistently. Many people need motivation, maybe you also need to get it in your own way. Have a target, it will help.
