Most industries will use blockchain technology and I believe most companies will combine crypto with there core financial systems to gain more profits and for convenience but in order for that to happen political perspective regarding the crypto world and its existence is significant because my doubt is will governments allow decentralized cryptocurrencies to expand that much under there nose but I wish everything will work for the benefit of cryptocurrencies

You’ve painted what the ideal scenario for any cryptocurrency should be and that is, to be used like a real currency. That’s what the goal is, right? For us to be able to go to a restaurant and pay with bitcoin or easily send money overseas. But it will take a while for us to get there. We’ll first need a stable currency and perhaps some form of regulation to ensure order, security and protection. What do you think?

although bitcoin can be sent and received here in our country (Philippines), it still has to be converted first to Php before you can do transactions.
The app Coins.ph also serves as a wallet but its transaction fees are quite expensive and it's still not advisable to do small transactions.
When the transaction fee will be small (lightning network for BTC) and the fluctuation of the price will be much smaller or nothing will be - only then we can buy items for the BTC. Rapid security and risk avoidance will be developed in the future, don't worry

I think that only will happen if Government accept bitcoins and digital cryptocurrency. Also bitcoin has limitation because it is not stable,it is volatile...if you make it as payment to snd to your employee are not being acceptable by most of them because of the value which is not stable. Maybe as payment methods for some goods and services it will be accepted soon. As of now in our country you still need to convert it into fiat money before you can make transactions.

I'm not seeing bitcoin been used as a payment method for employees anytime soon.

Few companies are implementing to pay the salaries of their employess with bitcoin.
But this ain't easy for other companies specially if your people aren't oriented and doesn't have an idea what bitcoin is. Seriously, I want to get paid by bitcoin but my company doesn't have anything to say with it. And if I'll ever have my first start up, I'll offer that to my few employees.

As long as the security of transferring bitcoins and other crypto currency to ensure the payment is transferred successfully. We need that in every incoming projects or past to strengthening their security will be the best of all.
