Well, I would partially disagree with you mate, if you check it, you will discover that drinking and gambling go hand in hand, aside drinking, getting drunk and possibly increasing the potentials of such gambler losing all his or her money, naturally, gambling is best enjoyed with a bottle of champagne, most especially on offline casinos.
So based on the above, I would say that offline casinos having a bar where gambling can buy alcohol is not necessarily a plot by the casino to cause their gambling customers to get drunk and lose all their money, the gamblers themselves might enjoy having a bottle or two by their side as a means of refreshment they gamble.
It may not be a plot by the casino but the effect of being drunk is shown by the gambler losing their control because of the effect of the alcohol. Others maybe have high tolerance reason why other may say that it really doesn't affect the gambler but some aren't that resistant to being drunk. We will know the reason why gambling while drunk is dangerous for our bankroll once we have experienced firsthand how is it to be totally drunk.
Ironically, I think that if there is casino which did not have a bar or offered drinks to their costumers, then gamblers themselves would start to bring their own beers and wine.
There are many things which are more enjoyable in both: company of others and with a beer in hand, like a celebration or watching a football match, even though it is true that it is more likely for casinos to make more money out of alcohol, in the end, it is a personal choice by each one of us whether to drink or not.
True and that is troublesome for the guard

. Anyway, it is normal for a casino to offer drinks and snacks since it is the place of people meet ups. And it is fun to have some drink while together with our friends. Aside from that other gamblers stay at the casino for a very long hours playing their games so it is convenient for these gambler if there is available snacks in the vicinity.
