There are several reasons why other gamblers gamble in casinos. But most of them really have their small funds relying on luck to grow what they deposited in a casino.
But it always happens to poor people who want to advance or get out of poverty.

There are others who are rich who are having fun or just wasting their money because they can't do anything with their money so their hobby is casino.
Gambling for money or fun is a thing of mindset and it is not only the poor who are gambling for the money, the rich also do that, and if at all we are not in their circle, we can still peek, read or hear that they are doing in open casinos and their VIP quarters. For me, they are no different but have enough money to make themselves appear that way and they might be gambling at times to afford more money for their frivolous lifestyle. But no gambler should ever think that gambling is the solution to their financial issues, or else, it will increase the issues.
Many gamblers expect that gambling will solve their financial problems and continue to gamble and spend extra time and money. In the early stages, some gamblers tend to continue gambling for fun and succeed in their goals which result in excessive greed and failure to maintain their limits. Gambling addiction whether rich or poor, if they do not use the time and allocated money properly the chances of becoming addicted increase and they can face huge financial losses. Even if the rich have a lot of money they tend to exhaust themselves due to addictions which have a negative impact on the future.

Your not far from the truth by saying gambling is a short cut to poverty. Gambling has the potential to distroy a man's carrear by firstly making his financial system instable always recycling his fund to betting. After several attempt of betting and no  win, and There is no hope of winning, then thinking and anxiety plus frustration will help to eliminate such person.

Relying on gamble to earn for the purpose  of living is an error that needs to be rethinked. Because that can also be the shortest route to getting a gambler depressed to the level of losing his life by committing suicide.  Those who see gamble  more than a mere game of luck are likely  to gamble even with their last funds and eventually loss it to gamble. To be honest, gambling addiction has actually  ruin some homes, and marriages, once a gambler start getting  addicted and losses  some huge amount of money, his behavior start changing and that involves transferring aggression to his family and friends who are probably ignorant of the source of his behavior.
Yes, that's mostly the case. It's because they didn't think it through before they jumped into gambling. Truly, it can ruin one's life and I think I have also been in a position where I got so stressed when I lost a lot in gambling that I became easily irritated with things that were happening in my surroundings, one small mistake looks big to me. When I felt that, it was also the time when I took a long rest with gambling and tried to straighten myself out.
It's helpful, taking a break is a cure so that we won't be a gambling addict. Afterward, all my bets are thought through and I just gamble a bit of money every payday, win or lose, I will not deposit again and I kept that discipline which works out pretty well for me.

Most poor people that I have seen and met who are into gambling have the belief that they have nothing much to lose which is why they gamble because they at least have the hope that they can possibly win something significant from it and maybe have their lives changed. I know this ideology is wrong and a person shouldn't think that way about gambling because the majority of people who joined gambling with such aims have eventually got broke, losing everything to gambling.

Trying your luck in gambling once in a while is a different thing, but some people, as you said, get addicted to it after the first few tries, especially if they manage to win something in their earlier sessions.
Yes, it is no longer doubted that those who gamble have goals such as being able to win and from the winnings they get they can change their lives for the better, they will likely end up bankrupt, because with that mindset they will only continue to pursue victory while we know that victory is something that is difficult to get in gambling, meaning that winning in gambling is something that rarely happens because casinos that provide gambling also have the goal of seeking profit so they will not easily provide victory, especially in large amounts.

Maybe it also depends on their perception, with those who try their luck by gambling and then can win, then what can happen is being interested in gambling longer or stopping with the victory that has been obtained, and of course with the perception of those who think it is easy to win in gambling what they will do is continue to extend their gambling sessions, and vice versa for those who think or are aware that winning in gambling is based on luck.

If you are earning $100 a month for instance and you use $5 to gamble a month from that money, if you lose that money you still has $95 left with you but if you use $70 to bet from that money and then you eventually lose, you will be left with $30 for the rest of that month, by this math's you should understand better where I am going and how your choice of gambling can either make you poor or safe.
I think this is often one of the biggest challenges a lot of gamblers often face in gambling, the ability to make a good gambling and sticking to that budget, I’m saying this because this is also a pretty big challenge for even those who manage to practice responsible gambling. Because some end up setting these limits, (which of course is often the easy part) but sticking to making gambling decisions that’ll ensure you stay within the limits you’ve set becomes the problem as some gamblers don’t even know when and how they manage to exceed these limits, even if they don’t gamble all the money away and manage to call themselves to order before things escalates, the fact remains they’ve failed to stick to their initial budget.

With gambling gaining awareness each day and the population of those gambling increasing it's calls for concern as many has fallen victim to this money sucking game that makes people not to save their money but loss it.
But let's take a critical look at this very sensitive matter called gambling has anyone really made it from gambling, is gambling worth it and if really anyone has made it through gambling can he/she proudly tell the younger ones that gambling is what going into.
Infact gambling has made many to go broke and live in poverty many has lost their life savings and even pension in gambling, I am of the view that gambling should be controlled by the government of each country and that there should be a maximum amount of money one should use in gambling.

Gambling isn't a job, unless you are doing it by all means to make money to make a living. It's game of chance and that means you don't have to hope on it to make a living. You are just a poor person from even thinking that you are gambling to make money to make a living, when you remove that mindset, you will gamble freely and the days you win, you will celebrate and the days you lost, you move on nobody ask you to use your savings to gamble.

There are many day laborers who come to me for advice on gambling and they think that if I give them a gambling account, they will have a lot of money in a short period of time. And sometimes they tell me I don't want their good when they see that I don't give them a betting account for their own good. I know their decision-making power and their condition will put their entire family in danger if they become addicted to gambling. I have always tried to explain that one should forget the idea of making money in a shortcut way and move one's career further up the scale based on one's skills. Gambling should never be considered a shortcut scheme to get rich. Gambling can be done with the rest of one's money, which if lost from one's life will not affect oneself financially.

Most poor people that I have seen and met who are into gambling have the belief that they have nothing much to lose which is why they gamble because they at least have the hope that they can possibly win something significant from it and maybe have their lives changed. Most of the poor people are attracted to gambling. They believe that their situation will not change in any way except gambling. in gambling some people are blindly confident that they will win and there are people who try and if they can win then they can be lucky. I saw an acquaintance who used to bet on lottery regularly but sadly he never won big there. But his efforts continued. When he saw that a lucky person could win only on the first try, he tried again and again and failed. Since then, his attraction to the lottery has waned.

There are many gamblers who have won and lost from gambling and if they come back after a long time they will be attracted to gambling again. Because they think that gambling will always favor them. And when the luck favor they will be able to change their lives.

This view is very pragmatic. While there are spectacular stories of people winning large sums of money from gambling, the truth is that these stories are the exception, not the rule. Many people who are attracted to these success stories often overlook the fact that the number of losers is much greater. The absolute percentage of winners, in gambling, is very small as compared to the number of gamblers overall, and in the end many people lose more money than they make.

When people get used to earning from gambling, they become addicted soon later. This addiction not only destroys their finances, but also everything including their families, careers and businesses.

Therefore, poverty rather than prosperity is likely to result from gambling. Not only are the chances of winning very slim, but on a broader view, the far-reaching negative effects it has on an individual's life at most levels pose gambling as a shortcut to wealth as a dangerous mirage because, for most people, it is a path into debt and other life difficulties.

It will be ignorant of anyone to think that gambling makes one rich and they do it with such idealogy to make money. Most of the people I know from my days of gambling that has made money from gambling are very few in number and ever since they won huge some of money back to back, they have set up there businesses, they aren't touching it nor manage it, it's is run by their respective managers and don't want to end their life gambling forever.

There should be a limit in your gambling lifestyle no matter how you are motivated about the money gambling will give you. Most of those guys that are successful in gambling today, when they see you gamble as if your life depends on it, they will tell you that you will not make it from gambling this way, just gamble one game and keep trying and put your energy to just that tickets, you will make it instead of playing numerous games without winning anything. Excess gambling will gives nothing.

The thing is that players don't want to listen to you until they understand it themselves, being alone with their thoughts or having sunk to the very bottom. I remember myself when I started playing a long time ago and after losing I understood all this. That it would be better to develop in the professional sphere in order to earn money without playing, and the game is just something that can diversify my free time for pleasure, only with small stakes. I think this is excellent advice for many players, after all, they should understand that not all players will be able to earn money just by playing every day and throughout their lives. The game was not invented for these purposes, it's a pity that many do not want to believe it.
No gambler will use from the experience of others to learn that gambling is not to make profit, until they become a victim themselves. One thing that make people get carried away with a profit making mindset is that, they might have seen or heard of few people that won big in gambling, and that will make them feel that the casino is a place to make a fortune. They forget to realize that casinos are out for business, which is to take money from you by entertaining you with their games and in return, you pay for your gamble through your bet, that is likely going to be a loss. Greed and laziness can make you think that gambling is a way to riches, whereas, it is the opposite.
This is a common story when players hear about other players' wins on forums or in the news. Then they imagine how good it would be if they were in their place, they start dreaming about how they spend this money and think that their life will change forever for the better. Of course, you can buy the things we wanted and go on a trip, but this will not change our lives dramatically. Still, the money won can be an addition and make our life brighter, but many confuse it with what should be in first place in importance, this is family and the health of loved ones, at least for me.
If you are a person who do get easily FOMO'ed or something that do really easily get hooked up or having that kind of spark of interest on the moment that you've seen other winnings. There are individuals who do really get easily hooked up on the moment that they've seen up those wins and will really be tying out to reflect and trying out their best on copying it out and having those thoughts that they could also do it.

one of the main things that would be pushing them to play is that they will really be that believing that it could something that could really be able to happen into them on which this kind of behavior
is never been ideal or something that could really be that good when you are trying it out to follow. There would really be those moments or time when you are really that too hype up.
There would be those individuals who could be able to control but majority will really be that becoming delusional.

You would really be ending up on poverty if you wont really be that careful on dealing up with things or making up some viable decisions. Making use of  your own common sense
should really be enough but majority do fails on this one.

I love this topic, this topic makes real sense but most gamblers start gambling with the mindset of becoming rich off their gambling. But the truth is, 99 percent of gamblers with this mindset often turn out in regrets because gamble is not a rich quick scheme. All wining depends on luck, so we are not the determinant of the outcome, no matter how much of time and effort  we put in, in making the prediction it will still turn out to be what it wants to be. The best option is to accept this fact and gamble responsibly because  you'll  not get restricted even while you're on losing strike. Besides gambling  shouldn't  be considered as a job opportunity but rather as a means of fun or making little extra cash.

Many people will suggest that there are many cases of people who have won bets that have changed their lives for the better, without going into detail that the percentage of winnings out of the total number of bets compared to the total number of gamblers is almost negligible. On this basis, and in an answer that is almost the most realistic and objective, it can be said that gambling can certainly be considered a path connected to poverty. Relying on luck to earn money instead of hard work is almost considered as a big risk. Gambling addiction often leads to significant financial losses, which pushes individuals into debt and other financial problems. In addition, gambling is associated with behavioral changes that can negatively affect a person’s social and professional life, making it more difficult to escape the cycle of poverty.

In short, gambling is not a way to get rich, but rather a fast track to debt and poverty.

I think people, especially gamblers often overate the impact of gambling or should I say the financial contribution gambling or money can generally bring to a person’s life. Sometimes poverty or lack may actually make people have that believe that money can bring them the solution to all their problems and thereby prioritizing money over things that should have really mattered, just like you said, like family and health of loved ones, which of course money cannot really buy back when lost.

And when a gambler possesses this mindset and uses it to pursue gambling, the only thing that matters more to him becomes his gambling career and how much he may be able to make through gambling, thereby neglecting the interest of his family and loved ones, which should’ve actually been his priority.

There are several reasons why other gamblers gamble in casinos. But most of them really have their small funds relying on luck to grow what they deposited in a casino.
But it always happens to poor people who want to advance or get out of poverty.

They must know that is a wrong minds if they think like that. They will difficult to make money from gambling and only waste their money. But we can not stops them especially if they still insist to try more and more because they believe they can change their life and make money from gambling. Gambling can not help them to solve poverty but even will gives worst situation to them so they must realize that by searching the other ways that can help them to make money.

Even if they are rich, they should not waste their money in gambling. They could only use gambling for have fun which they control their gambling activities and always prevent the big lose. They will never know when they can win but the lose will always behind on them so they must be careful when playing gambling and not use too much money.

No!
The problem is not gambling, the problem is people who don't know how to play.

Gambling has existed for millennia. In a quick Google search, I discovered that the first records of what can be called "games of chance" appeared in Roman times and have been popularizing ever since. One thing that hasn't changed since the beginning is the government's involvement in them, always with the aim of collecting taxes, so don't expect them to help people control their addictions these days.

But anyway, what do I mean by this? That if the economy of humanity hasn't died in all these years, it won't end now.

What we are seeing today is an exaggerated exposure to online casinos and many people are simply not prepared for the dangers that irresponsible betting can bring.

The problem was never gambling, but rather people who don't know how to play them consciously.

Gambling was mostly considered as the shortcut to become a rich in short period of time. But the fact is different, because the gamblers may loss the entire money and become a poor than his old situation because of the gambling addiction.Because it’s very hard to get away from the gambling addiction after a huge period of time. The important fact play here is the revenge game after the loss of money in the gambling addiction. The gamblers loss the money because of addiction, but many family will face the consequences of their family member gambling addiction.
