yes. it will be damn hard for osnabrück. i think they will be 100% relegated to the 3.bundesliga . but it remains very exciting at the top. kiel loses at home ,
the hsv and st. pauli win and it can look completely different next weekend. maybe the hamburger sv will be in 2nd place again .
or in first place ? st. pauli has to pick up points in düsseldorf and kiel has to go to fürth . that will be very difficult for both teams.
hsv has the match against karlsruhe at home. i think we will see another team in first place next week . but which team will it be ? let's be surprised. anything is possible Wink

and there is already the first big surprise on this matchday . kiel loses the match at home against braunschweig with 1:2 . i didn't expect that at all .
in the other friday match karlsruhe won against osnabrück with 2:1 . karlsruhe is now on place 9 and osnabrück stays on the last place and will probably be relegated to the 3.bundesliga again at the end of the season

The match between Holstein Kiel and Eintracht Braunschweig tonight will really be an easy one for Holstein Kiel due to the fact that they have won a lot of matches and are topping the league currently unlike Eintracht Braunschweig that's rocking the second to the last in the league table moreover Holstein Kiel has won 11 out of the 17 matches they've played so far whereas Eintracht Braunschweig just won only 4 out of 17 matches they've played which means that they ain't as strong as Holstein Kiel and with the fact that Holstein Kiel is playing at their home ground will even give them more advantage to win Eintracht Braunschweig.

Osnabrück and Braunschweig are at the bottom of the table. Both are will play theier games away from home. While Braunschweig are 4 points away from place 15, Osnabrück are already 9 points behind. Based on their performances in the first half of the season, it does not look good for both teams and they are likely to lose.
However, this is also an important game for Holstein Kiel. If they lose they will probably be overtaken from St. Pauli.

Poor management actually got Schalke 04 to where they are today, and if they still don't swing into action to try to rescue the club, likely they will slide down to the relegation zone soon if care is not taken, and this doesn't mean so well for such a big name team like Schalke 04 we once had as one of the prominent teams in the German Bundesliga 1. But Good to see them start making changes with the board by appointing Marc Wilmots as the new sports director.

I haven't been following the 2nd Bundesliga for a while. But when I checked it out and saw Schalke's last condition I got really astonished. Shocked

They are trying not to relegate even in this league after dropping here from the Bundesliga. Doesn't this team deserve big changes already? I think they do and they have to make this happen immediately to prevent things from getting much worse. Sad

There is another thing I have been trying to catch up with in this league - Hamburg's Bundesliga promotion adventure. Grin

Because they have been trying for a really long time but can't still be successful on that. The best they have done so far is to qualify for promotion matches. We see them at the 3rd place again now but let's see what happens this season.

Terrence Boyd from Kaiserslautern is moving to Waldhof Mannheim (League 3). His contract runs until 2026. That is an important reinforcement for Mannheim. The problem with this transfer is, that the fans of both clubs have one of the biggest enmities in German football. Another problem is that he got a tattoo after being promoted to Bundesliga 2 in 2022. With the inscription: lautre. That means Kaiserslautern in their dialect language. Lots of conflict potential.

can you watch bundesliga football live without paying admission ? yes. it's possible . fortuna düsseldorf vs st. pauli doesn't cost a cent admission .
free admission for all fans. 130.000 fans try to get a free ticket. but only 54600 fans fit into the stadium . a cool idea.
it's the second game in düsseldorf without paying admission . i hope the fans support fortuna düsseldorf until the very last minute.
and düsseldorf should win. that would be a fantastic end to the event !

Schalke are in lower middle position at the moment and the change in sporting director that has occurred for them is highly hoped by most fans to bring change for the future, for this season I sure it will be impossible but for next season there will be chance.

As Schalke played in Bundesliga 1 last season, they already had problems with their defence. That is one of the reasons why they were relegated. They took these problems with them into Bundesliga 2. As long as they do not improve thier defence, they will remain in the danger zone. That is why they have to bring in new players.
But at the end I do not think Schalke will be promoted. They will not be relegated either. They will finish the season in the midfield of the table.

The board will held responsible for whatever actions that comes their way, they had everything on ground and why did they failed to make good use of opportunities given. Don't give the fans hope because they have already lost it after been ranked 14 position, they really try their best to escape the relegation zone this season, I know it's not easy but atleast they're on more safer side this season. Schalke 04 needs all the necessary support they could get because the way they're moving is no longer friendly, they became too vulnerable and easy defeats recorded in every match played.

schalke scored yesterday two goals . but it was not enough for a win against wolfsburg in the test match . because schalke 04 conceded 3 goals again .
that must not happen in the upcoming games in the 2.bundesliga. 35 goals conceded by schalke 04 in 17 matchdays are far too many.
it's funny: schalke 04 and st.pauli have both scored 31 goals each . st.pauli is in second place and schalke in 14th .
any normal person can see that the defence has to improve . otherwise schalke will have no chance of promotion to the 1st bundesliga in the next 17 games either .
