Schalke wins 2:1 against Dresden (relegated team). The great news with the legend is also good for all. They have a chance to take first 3 places in the league. this is not a lucky win achieved by schalke 04, they played very well especially their defense and also they played very effectively it was evident from the 4 Shots on Target they did and it was bigger than Dynamo Dresden who were only able to make 2 Shots on target even though they master more Ballposition.
currently schalke 04 manage to be in 3rd position in the standings but it is not safe enough for them because Darmstadt have not played this week's match and are only 2 points apart, and if Darmstadt manages to win over Holstein Kiel in this week's match then Darmstadt will again take over the position 3 standings.

It was a tough game for Dresden, they need to get out of the relegation zone but Schalke are one of the best teams in the league this year and they should not have lost a game. Actually, Schalke didn't play well but still managed to win the match.
Let's see how we will see the results in other matches, we can see a week when the places of the top teams of the league will change

As others here already said, Schalke is definitely the big favorite in this match against Dynamo Dresden today. You just need to take a look at the table and this becomes already very obvious. Dynamo is fighting very hard in order to prevent to be relegated down to the third league, while Schalke is still fighting for one of the first 3 positions of the table. I think before the season most people expected that Schalke would have pretty good chances to reach one of the first two positions after this season but so far the race for the first places is very close. We have two teams that are doign surprisingly well this season with St. Pauli and Darmstadt which means that 2 of the 3 big clubs Bremen, Schalke and Hamburg could have to player another season in the second league.
