There are four football teams, which I like in the German league to bet on today namely:
1. Spvg Wesseling-Urfeld 1946 e.V. vs. VFL After.
2. 1860 Munich vs. Verl.

As long as they meet in 3 matches between Wesseling vs VfL Alfter, I see VfL Alfter have a good chance to win, I really believe today VfL Alfter have good luck.

While tomorrow the German league will face between 1860 München vs Verl, this is also a real challenge for me, where 4 times I met 1860 München won two wins and two draws, and even then the last meeting was on 21/9.

What do you think about 1860 Munich vs. Verl tomorrow, can 1860 Munich win the third time or vice versa.

The quarter-finals are over and from 3 teams from the 2nd Bundesliga only one is left and in the semi-finals: Hamburger SV. However, they needed a red card for Karlsruhe and another 20 minutes to score the 2-2 in extra time. (90+2). They finally prevailed in the penalty shoot-out.

The second bundles liga is where the competition exist unlike the first bundles liga where they left it all to Bayern, The chances of been replaced is very large so each team at the top will struggle hard to win at every opportunity knowing too well their position on the table is open to replacement. Werder is currently occupying the top but i hope to see Darmastadit do some replacement within the week if Werder loses against Dynamo or gets a draw.

The match between Hamburger SV and Bremen on the weekend was really exciting to watch and very close up until the last minute and a draw would have also been completely possible. I am looking forward to the next games.

At the start of the season my guess was that we would see Werder Bremen, Schalke and Pauli in the top 3 of the table. But Pauli has been able to continue his good performance for a long time but recently they have lost form. At the same time, they have lost their dominance in the league. However, each team still has the potential to qualify for the Bundesliga. I'm sure Werder Bremen will qualify. However, I am not satisfied with Schalke's performance.

Sure, I also doubt that the top teams can all score 3 points here. We only have to look back to the last weeks where the top teams only played draws against much weaker teams (like Bremen vs Ingolstadt or Sandhausen vs Hamburg). There is no dominant team (like Bayern München) that will just destroy the opponent in 95% of the matches. (Even though Bremens ongoing series is impressive!)

The teams are still close, but this could quickly change now if Hamburg or Schalke lose and the others win.
Next week the games to watch are:
Darmstadt vs Heidenheim (last chance for Heidenheim to stay close to the top?)
Nürnberg vs Hamburg (same here for Nürnberg, but also Hamburg is now under pressure after their loss this week)

But from what I saw, it was not a top game. Bremen won through two controversial penalties and Hamburg was denied a goal. For a derby, it should have been more exciting.
But now Hamburg is dependent on Darmsatdt or St. Pauli losing.

They really need a miracle by now. Even if they had won it would have been nearly impossible.

At least St.Pauli was able to win their game at Ingolstadt (ranked last). This hopefully will give them a boost for the coming weeks to be able to compete with the other top teams again. Schalke lost some points with their draw and Nürnberg won and probably can be seen as a competitor for the Top3 ranks!

Paderborn definitely threw this season away over the last couple of games. They haven't lost a single one out of the last 5 games. If they did they would still be competing with the other teams for the top three ranks, but now I would say that are definitely out of the game. They certainly lack the confidence when they are going to face direct competitors head to head. Total failure in the decisive phase of the season.

@mv1986 it’s all but over for them because if you look at their last few games they been absolutely poor, and there’s no way now they’ll be able to climb up in the table.

@bct_ail when you’re in a relegation battle it’s all about the mentality, and putting your best game on the pitch but sadly for quiet a while now they haven’t been able to do it, but with games yet remaining they should remain hopeful and try to produce some terrific performances to escape the relegation zone.
