I'm also wondering which players they will send and which players they will transfer during this summer transfer period. Leverkusen was an excellent team. It will be a summer of difficult decisions for Xabi. These decisions have never been easy for any coach. I wonder which of the champion players will remain in the team? Will they be able to keep Wirtz in the team?
If the current players are already good, why should they sell them, maybe I would really agree if Xabi Alonso bought the players he needs, even though in fact this season Xabi already has them and the players that Leverkusen has have also made a good contribution and they definitely want them stay at Leverkusen, unless there is a big club that makes a personal offer to a Leverkusen player, maybe Leverkusen will consider selling him to an interested club. Moreover, Leverkusen cannot force their will. If a player wants to leave the club when they are already at the top, of course the top clubs will do it. deals on the most prominent players at the club.

There are many Leverkusen players with standout performances this season such as Tim Kleindienst, Victor Boniface, Florian Wirtz, Grimaldo and Jeremie Frimpong although these players are not included in the list of the top 5 Bundesliga top scorers but these players have worked quite well together when they were there on the field and are not selfish in carrying out their own attacks and they help each other so that the club is able to win in every match they face and it is proven that cooperation is very important for the progress of the club. I think if Xabi sells some of his players he can still carry out a good strategy to build the motivation of the players he will recruit later.

If Leverkusen were in the Champions League, I think they would have barely survived without defeat. Being in the European league was an important advantage for them in their undefeated series. Rome's luck did not change either and they could not avoid losing against Leverkusen in Rome. Let's see if Leverkusen can continue this unbeaten streak next year.
The UEFA Champions League is different from Bundesliga. Winning the Bundesliga was a regular thing for them to put in place. Leverkusen was already in possession of tight spot and have become one of the promising team. Bayer Leverkusen are nothing to be comparable to any elite side. Leverkusen are in form and have deliver quite exceptional abilities towards their opponents and obtaining good points on table. Xabi Alonso is a wonderful coach but thinking of maintaining these amazing form till next season, it's not possible.

Leverkusen had a perfect performance during this season with Xabi Alonso and their performance was amazing. They are still unbeaten while the season is nearly over and they played in three different tournaments while still there's not a team to beat Xabi Alonso and his players.
We are going to see Leverkusen in the Chmaomios League in the next season and they should play against much stronger teams. I can't wait to see how they are going to perform against teams like Real Madrid.

Darmstadt, Koln and also Mainz 05 are three teams that are in the relegation zone and for Darmstadt and Koln it is clear that they will immediately be in Bundesliga 2 next season.

img source: https://gong.bg/football-sviat

Köln vs Freiburg ended up 0-0 draw, this draw didn't bring anything blessing to any of these teams. till now Köln are in 17th position, with 24 points they are 5 points behind Mainz, so sad relegation is almost confirmed for Köln. On the other hand, Freiburg failed to come close to Frankfurt, they are 4 points behind and acquire 7th points with 41 points.

Köln has not been performing well in recent years. In the last couple of seasons, they have seen a steady decline. In this season they are currently in the relegation zone. And the way things are shaping up, I do not think they will be able to avoid relegation in this season anymore.

Actually, I think there is still a chance for them to at least play in the relegation playoffs. But even that idea looks really far away from reality.  In this season it looks like they are going to get relegated and I think if they actually get relegated, it is going to take them a long time to earn promotion again. Hard to believe that only one season ago they had finished on the seventh position and played in the Europa Conference League qualifier. I am talking about the 2021-22 season.
Three of them were clearly in really bad condition and there was no chance of having much better result, apart from Koln who failed because the match ended in a draw, there was also Mainz 05 who ended in draw against Heidenheim.
They are guaranteed to be eliminated from the Bundesliga and have to repeat the struggle to get promotion tickets in Bundesliga 2, clearly this is situation that will really make things difficult for all of them.
Just look at Bundesliga 2, currently it is full of quite strong team, even though those at the top will be promoted to the Bundesliga, several other teams will also definitely take advantage of the opportunity next season to get promoted.
Competition in Bundesliga 2 is very interesting and it is not easy to get the title or finish in the top position next season, I think they will be in Bundesliga 2 for longer time.

It really lucky for Mainz 05 considering they are only 1 point behind to get comfortable position in the Bundesliga by avoiding the relegation zone, besides that there is chance to survive by winning the play-off round.
But in the deciding match, I quite sure that Mainz 05 will win because their experience in the Bundesliga against big teams will be useful in being able to win the match and maintain their position as team in the Bundesliga competition.

One club from Bundesliga will join the Champions League final, Bayern Munich can be a next club from Germany to join it. In Europa League, Leverkusen have good chance to appear in its final match with good advantage from their first semi final match last week.

This season looks to be beauty for Germany clubs include Leverkusen with their very impressive unbeaten season in all competitions so far.

I am really unsure about performances of Leverkusen next season because they will have to play at higher level and more competitive league in Europe, Champions League. Additionally, many clubs will spend their time in summer months to watch videos, make their analysis on strength and weakness of Leverkusen, tactics of Xabi Alonso, and I believe they will not easily let Leverkusen to repeat their success easily.

With this kind of performance Leverkusen is performing this season, to be honest, it has been a long time since I see a team performing like this, imagine unbeatable throughout this season, Leverkusen have won the league but they still want to keep performing well to show the world that they are one of the best team in the world right now and they also want to set a record in the football history, Xabi Alonso is not just a coach, he is a coach that wants to make a football better, and the way he makes this Leverkusen better this season, no any team that he will go and will not make them a better team, not like the other coaches that when they join a team they will make a team performance look worse than before.

Leverkusen have already booked a ticket to Europa League final stage because in the first leg of the semi final they played against Roma and they defeated Roma and the second leg is not going to be easy for Roma, so for me, Leverkusen is going to win the Europa League title this season, Leverkusen is also playing in champion league next season and with their performance this season they can also try in champion league next season but it will depend on their performances next season.
At the moment, the UEL this season is left with 4 teams set to battle it all out at the semi finals. The strongest team said to be Leverkusen will be facing the second toughest Roma and I must say it all seems like the UEFA board wants Leverkusen to go home with the trophy. Comparing the probability of the game outcome taking into consideration both teams performances so far, Leverkusen is the better side and they have the greater advantage over Roma. Yes Roma can be competitive and can make the game tough but Leverkusen's record won't let them stay down to be defeated. Really it'll be a game to look out for as in the first and second legs, both teams would put up their best to seeing if they can secure the 3points.

The last two teams aren't much of big strengths as they've had minor records so far in their European cup quests. If either of them wins, it'll be a walkover game for their final opponent because either Roma or Leverkusen would be a better side to them considering experiences gained and domestic league performances this season. Atalanta or Marseille aren't tough teams and if I'm to predict the qualified team to be, I'd go for Atalanta based on they are a little above the average performance of their normal performance. The semi finals won't be an easy battle as anything really can happen on the field of play.

Leverkusen's qualification to the semi finals of this season's UEL was also historic as they kept their unbeaten record still in play after drawing to West ham. This season they've been an undaunted team and they really have all it takes to finish the season with the unbeaten record intact and two trophies in their shelf. Their next UEL opponent is competitive but it's not really a big deal for them based on the fact that they have gained enough confidence and have even being in tougher encounters which they've at thesame time comfortably come out from victoriously. Roma themselves know that they won't be up for a joke game in the semi finals stage.

What was really surprising was the opposite, Stuttgart. imagine, they were in the play-off relegation zone last season, right? but this season really has extraordinary progress. Currently he is even in the top 3 and entered UCL. This is a truly extraordinary achievement.
In fact, the difference between the points they got this season and last season is very large, this time they have managed to reach 34 points. This really is a record too.

Yes, that definitely has been a great improvement story from this Stuttgart team. And now I hope they will be able to continue the improvement.
Exactly, consistency here is very important. Moreover, next season Stuttgart will also compete in a bigger league, the Champions League. Of course there are many things that they have to prepare more maturely and stronger, especially their players. Because the competition will definitely get tighter. We'll see how their management will handle this well in preparation for next season.

This is like Leverkusen, consistency in next season to be even better than this season must also be optimized. There is no doubt about their performance this season, it is brilliant. But what about next season, it might be different, where the pressure will definitely be different.

Is there a chance for Dortmund to finish in the fourth position?
There is still a chance, if Dortmund can continue to win against Mainz and also Damstart and they must have a bigger chance of winning. And on the other side, Leipzig had to suffer defeat. But yes, whether this will happen or not. What is certain is that this time, Dortmund is in super happy condition, because they managed to get into the FINAL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE this season. where this is really beyond predictions from the start of the season. Look at how happy they are this time.

Two German teams might get to the finals of this season's champions league if Bayern succeeds in eliminating Madrid from the semi finals of the Champions league tournament.Dortmund have succeeded in securing a place in the finals already, and are waiting for the team that will win tomorrow between Bayern and Madrid. But I guess they all will be hoping for Bayern to win because if Madrid wins,it will be a very tough match, which they know.I know Dortmund isn't a small club, they have the capability to win too,but Madrid are too good, and that might make Dortmund tremble, but I'm still hoping Dortmund wins this tournament.

The atmosphere is quite tense in Paris, PSG fans will fill the match tonight just like Dortmund fans in Germany, they rumbled and filled the stadium, maybe PSG will close ranks tonight too to break the mentality of the Dortmund players.
Tonight will determine who deserves to enter the final session of the champions league this season, whether the representative of the bundes league is Dortmund or PSG, just 2:0 can get the position.
Honestly, Dortmund's mentality in the UCL is much stronger, especially when they competed at the PSG stadium this time. Really, they were really tested and finally managed to do it again. They were even able to make the expressions of PSG fans shocked by their goal again. Meanwhile, on the other hand, even though PSG was able to dominate the ball, they were still unable to score the ball. That is Enrique's weakness, he focuses more on dominating the ball.

This actually happened. Dortmund, in the Bundesliga, we know very well that their performance is not good enough. Even now, they are still struggling and are only in 5th place. In fact, at least they will be runners up. However, this season, we often underestimate Dortmund because their performance has really declined in the domestic league.

However, at UCL, it is much different. They can handle it very well. Even when I saw them enter the semi-finals, it was a huge appreciation. Moreover, if he makes it to the final, it's awesome.

With what Bayern Leverkusen has shown this season in all competitions, they can match Real Madrid and Manchester City shoulder-to-shoulder if they have the chance to play against Real Madrid and Manchester City this season. We have seen how clubs that Bayern Leverkusen is greater than this season have scored goals against Real Madrid and Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League competition, so there is a possibility that Bayern Leverkusen can beat Real Madrid and Manchester City if they play a match this season.
What you say is more than impossible if you want it this season, because it can only happen next season when Bayer Leverkusen plays in the Champions League and that would certainly be very interesting for everyone to see when the greatest teams of this season face each other. with teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City who are generally also quite strong in competitions like the Champions League. But before that, everyone still wants to see Bayer Leverkusen win the UEL trophy this season because that will also be quite interesting to see.
The problem is that it depends on how Xabi is managed because eventually after winning the championship and the season starts to change sometimes there are some new adjustments that sometimes it becomes a problem for the club internally. Let's take an example from Serie A where when a club wins the scudetto like Milan in the last 2 seasons and Napoli in the last season we can see about some gaps that occur when the new season starts so it is possible that something like this happens to Leverkusen because we cannot predict with certainty even if this season they played well but there is no guarantee that next season they do with the same situation.

The hope is for Leverkusen to continue their positive trend but to do that there needs to be greater chemistry and strengthening of the players in order to survive because for now we can see some of the players that Leverkusen currently have are starting to be looked at by several clubs because of their good performance so when this happens and some adjustments are made to fill the void it could backfire.
I hope for something good next season for Leverkusen but I don't want to expect too much just want to enjoy what they and Xabi will do to prepare for next season with the capital of this season's extraordinary results.
I don't think Bayern Leverkusen will stay this solid next season. Yes they have managed to convince Xabi Alonso to stay more longer at their club and he has made it open that he is continuing at Leverkusen, but I don't think they are going to do the same to all the player that are part of this team to stay together for next season, I don't see that coming. Some of those players have childhood dreams to play for big clubs like Barcelona and real Madrid, Manchester United and other big clubs out there. What happens when these clubs come calling for their services, they will go without thinking twice. The inability of Bayern Leverkusen to keep hold of this starting eleven next season, it will definitely going to have an impact on them.
This is going to be a problem that Bayern Leverkusen management and Xabi Alonso should figure out how to solve so that Bayern Leverkusen can keep their best players and also perform well next season. If those big clubs you mentioned come for any of the Bayern Leverkusen players, they will not think twice about joining them because they will want to get a better contract and also want the opportunity to win the UEFA Champions League trophy. Even Bayern Munich will want to sign Bayern Leverkusen's best players in the summer just to make them perform less next season in the Bundesliga so that they win the Bundesliga title without a rivalry with Bayern Leverkusen.

There is a fierce battle for both the relegation zone and 7th place. In the ongoing battle between Mainz and Union Berlin, Union Berlin is 1 point ahead. With Mainz's draw away from home this week, this point gap could have closed even more. Union Berlin lost 4-3 at home against Bochum. With Bochum's win in this match, we can say that they are a little more comfortable in the relegation zone.

It was a very exciting match because PSG, unlike usual, would get defeated, PSG would usually always win in every match they faced. Kylian Mbappé could not play well because Borrusia Dortmund always controlled Kylian Mbappé's steps so that it was not easy for him to get the ball well until the match ended. PSG had difficulty scoring goals.
Before the match started, I also thought that Borrussia Dortmund would make it difficult for PSG and it turned out that actually happened in that match. And in the second leg I think PSG will also try hard to beat Borrussia Dortmund at home because PSG only lost by one goal in the first leg. But because their match is in the UCL, of course both of them will not be so easy to win because the second leg match is a super important match for them so they will give all their abilities in the second leg later.
Actually, PSG did not play badly in the match in Germany. They took a lot of positions, Mbappe had shots that hit the post, but it doesn't happen when there are no goals. They will try to win in France today. A vital day for Dortmund. They are very close to reaching the final, but they must not make mistakes. Mbappe will also want to win the UCL cup without leaving the team. That's why we need to get to the final first.
The previous match was quite fierce and we know that PSG got a narrow defeat with only one goal in the 36th minute, they missed and after that Dortmund focused on defense to get a victory even though they didn't have many goals, it opened up space for Dortmund to be calmer in tonight's match.

In fact, if Dortmund really wants to get a big chance of qualifying for the final round, it's quite easy, namely being able to hold this match to a draw, of course Dortmund can get away with the aggregate score they have, but it's a little impossible to beat PSG because if you see how Mbappe reacts, PSG's mainstay player starts to smile comfortably at home and I really doubt Dortmund can qualify for the final round.

This is 100% true, I do not remember any team playing like this. To be fair even treble winners City had losses all season long last year, every team has losses here and there, no team goes unbeaten all season long, but Leverkusen may do that for all competitions all together.

Considering they have just Roma at Europa and then whoever is the winner in Atalanta vs Marseille, that seems like it could be something they would have easy time winning, and considering the finalist for dfk pokal is a second division team (which is a big deal that they are at finals kudos to them) I think that would be even simpler. I do not see why and how they would lose this season, I mean maybe they won't care and lose to some small team at the league, not sure.
Leverkusen in this season is really damn lucky.

They become really strong in this season and they're playing in Europa League instead of Champions League (less competitive). If Leverkusen was playing in Champions League, I really doubt they won't lose till now. Any teams which qualified to knockout phase are strong, although Real Madrid is unbeatable in Champions League.

Bayern Leverkusen and Real Madrid are no doubt the possible teams that is expected to play the UEFA super cup next because literally, the two teams have shown strong determination in the European competitions so far and it wouldn't be a thing of surprise if the both teams win the respective European trophies of UEFA champions league and the Europa league because they have been resilient since the European competitions began.

For sure if Bayern Leverkusen still wants to be in the limelight of major competitions next season they need to sign more quality players and avoid selling some of their important players that is the only way they can still continue in awesome performance next season. I think Leverkusen will make good impact in the champions league next season because they are a very good and formidable team now so they are equal to the task ahead of them.

I would love to see these sides in the Super Cup Finals at the start of next season. With Xabi Alonso returning to show Florentino Perez that one day he will be capable of handling a hug club like Real Madrid and I will love to see that happening.
But damn, this is a ballsy prediction from you. I'm just here laughing out loud, it could happen snf at the same time not happen, until 90 minutes of the game between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, my lips are sealed. Lol. Real Madrid should be solid at hoke anyways with the fans and the crowd buzzing for that win at home.

For Bayern Leverkusen, I'm certain they're already having the treble this season. It's just a matter of time until we see it happening. I'm so proud of Xabi Alonso, at times I picture myself managed by him.He will go on to be replacement for top coaches like Carlo Ancellotti, Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola when they get done finally.

For Bayern Munich, they have declined even from last season, Julian Nagelsmann wasn't so bad but they lacked a goalscorer when Robert Lewandoski left for Barcelona. If Erik Ten Hag move fails, then they should focus on Antonio Conte.

I hope that the Erik Ten Hag move fails because he is not going to be an improvement for Bayern Munich for sure. We are already watching him absolutely destroy the Man United team and I think he is going to do something similar with the Bayern Munich team as well. I actually don't understand why he was the first person that was approached by Bayern Munich to be honest. They definitely had better options. And I think if they can Jose Mourinho it is probably going to be great for them. If he is available I mean.

And why don't they approach Zidane? He is a great coach and will definitely be an improvement compared to all of the coaches that we are talking about. I don't think they should actually get anyone from Ten Hag or Conte.

The thing that I thought was unexpected last week was Bayern Munich's defeat against Stuttgart and they did not hesitate to punish Bayern Munich with a 2 goal difference. I think it will be an exciting match when these two strong teams can show a goal-based game but it looks like Bayern Munich has run out of fuel and has to accept defeat.
Bayern Munich experienced something new from Stuttgart team because they played Bayern Munich to disgrace them with goals, and they also played with Bayer Leverkusen to be the first team to beat them in this season, for you to know how strong Stuttgart are in this tournament.

It hard for Stuttgart players to give up easily no matter the difficulty they are going through in any game than to apply different strategies to reduce the strength of their opponent to over power them to achieve victory at the end of the game.

Quote
Moreover, I think that Stuttgart will finish in 2nd place rather than Bayern Munich and even though the difference is still 2 points, I think with the instability that Bayern Munich has, this could happen. It might also be another bad record for Bayern Munich in the last decades if they finish in third place.
If Bayern Munich depend on only UEFA champions league trophy alone, it will make them to drop down to 3rd position in the Bundesliga table because the opportunity Stuttgart use to beaten Bayern Munich last game would have not be there because they reserve strength to withstand Real Madrid in the UEFA semi-final.

Real Madrid will remain the favourite for the champions league trophy as long as they are not eliminated before the final match and Bayern Leverkusen will remain the favourite team of the Europa League trophy until they win the cup because I don’t see them to be eliminated by any team at this stage now. Bayern Munich is still a stumbling block for Real Madrid after drawing their first leg match, so until Bayern Munich is eliminated they can’t be so confidence of winning the title.

If Real Madrid can be able to win Bayern Munich in their returning leg then they can be assured of winning the champions league because neither PSG nor Borussia Dortmund can be able to challenge Real Madrid in the finals so until Real Madrid is able to win Bayern Munich, only then can it be obvious for them to win the champions league and again they need to play more better than they did at Alianz Arena because they almost lost if not that they managed to draw the match.

After Xabi Alonso have decided to stay for another season with Bayern Leverkusen, I don’t think most of those players will want to leave to join other big teams now because he can easily convince them to stay for another year even when they get offer from other big teams. It is to their both advantages of the players stay back and with hope and trust in Xabi, they can achieve more with this club if they continue to play in this way. I expect a more balanced Bayern Leverkusen by next season and that I don’t doubt it not happening.

You can't really say if the players can be retained next season considering the fact that most of them have now been identified as notable player due to their devotion and determination to win their matches this season so bigger teams might come for those players next season and if they are offered a huge amount of money, some of them would consider moving out to other clubs to also test their skills and tactics.

Munich defeat in the match against Stuttgart last week was actually not too surprising, because indeed from before the game started we can guess if Bayern Munich will lose because indeed the squad they fielded in the match was almost all reserve players, facing Stuttgart which is indeed in quite good form and in the current positive trend of course it is a mistake to field a reserve squad,  And indeed finally the match ended in a crushing defeat for Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich, which is currently more focused on the Champions League, certainly does not want to take risks by fielding their main squad in the match, especially since their hopes of competing to become Bundesliga champions have disappeared after Leverkusen successfully celebrated their championship.
Luckily nothing happened to Harry Kane who played full time in this game, I think Tuchel took a big risk by playing Harry Kane without coming off in the second half. Bayern Munich's defeat was because Tuchel was more focused on the second leg of the Champions League, he no longer cared what the results were in this game because he was preparing his squad to face Real Madrid. Harry Kane, who scored the only goal for Munich in this game, is expected to be able to break into his opponent's goal again in the UCL, they really need goals and maintain their defense so that it is not easily penetrated by opposing players so that they can progress to the final round.
