Vincent kompany as a coaching choice for Bayern Munich huh?🤔🤔 Well like everyone this also actually baffles me because Bayern Munich is a top club in Europe and having to meet up with the pressure of winning trophies and playing good football will certainly get to kompany as he has little experience in coaching. Although I feel after playing under the likes of one of the greatest coaches of all time @ pep guadiola, he might actually been able to rob off that guadiola vibes in which even his boy arteta has gotten through what he achieved in arsenal.

Kompany should given a chance and let us see what he gat for Bayern next season. It is not good to underestimate a coach because he did not win trophies during his days as a player. He might be able to do well in coaching. This was the same way we all critized De Rossi, but he was able to surprise us by winning his first five matches and only lost to Inter. So I think we need to see what Kompany will be able to do, if he will be not be able to win a trophy to Bayern next season like just like he didn'twhen he was as a player

The choice of Bayern Munich to chose Kompany as their new manager is something very surprising to me also, he wasn’t successful with Burnley in the premier league and they got relegated. He looks like an inexperienced coach to me, but why such an high caliber team like Bayern Munich go for him when they have many options to select from. Kompany has been praised before by Pep Guardiola, I feel there’s something about him that not all have seen but Pep to talk about him to be a good coach. Now that he has joined Bayern Munich, and also got high professional players, we wait to see what he can offer to this team to make them successful in the coming season.


A team like Bayern Munich cannot chose a manager that they don’t see potential in to make the team a successful one. Kompany may not have done well managing Burnley but that doesn’t mean he cannot successfully manage Bayern Munich and bring them to success. Something must be hidden that we don’t know about this Kompany and I’ll have to remain more curious about it until things begin to unfold next season as he manages the club. The premier league is known as the best of all leagues and more competitive than other leagues, maybe that will help him manage in the Bundesliga than he will in the premier league.

There is no guarantee Bayern Munich under the control of Vincent Kompany can win the Bundesliga title next season, because in my opinion there is still not enough quality, but let's give him time to prove it. Because now at Bayern Munich at least they have enough players to support them. So it's a matter of whether the players are qualified, it just depends on Kompany quality in training the players. I remember Kompany and Sane had the same uniform when they were at Man City. Will this be awkward where Sane is still a player and Kompany is the coach.
Like it or not, the conclusion is that Kompany must win the trophy, because Bayern in Tuchel hands only finished in 3rd position, we can easily judge that if Kompany is able to make Bayern Munich improve then they must win the trophy, but if at the end of the season Bayern finish in the same position or goes down in 4th position means Kompany failed in his first season. It's that simple to see Bayern results in Kompany hands.

I know that Thomas Tuchel will be replace if he loose the UEFA champions league trophy, and he tried his best to ensure they qualified for final game but Real Madrid use a goal to locked them out from the semi-final.

Based on what Bayern Munich management did in this season to replaced Thomas Tuchel, it will take the new coach time before he will begin to set the players well to secure some goals that will give them victory.

I know many teams will sack their coaches that failed to help their team to lift the trophy this season, which Bayern Munich has started it to prepare against next season so that they will be able to per take final game in the UEFA champion league and Bundesliga competition which is their major target next season.

They were very effective when building an attack so that the opportunities they created were converted into goals and that was their success in this match. They didn't waste time and were able to create goal after goal so that 3 goals were the result of their hard work. This is not luck, because even if we look at the final statistics, they created more open opportunities.

Maybe they lost possession in the final statistics, but that also happened when they were ahead and that is a change of strategy in my opinion. Because when they already had the advantage, they tried to play more defensively, especially since their advantage was also 2 goals at the end of the first half, so they could freely change their strategy in the second half. The coach was very clever in finding Leverkusen's weak points, so he managed to beat Leverkusen in the final round.

Alonso ability to lift Leverkusen performance this season is certainly a reason for Bayern Munich to try to imitate what Leverkusen did, but I think every thing that is imitated will certainly not produce something the same later, now Bayern Munich is starting to try to experiment with using young coaches and not experienced at all, because as we know so far if Bayern Munich always bring top coaches to the squad They and of course this season we are the first time we see if Bayern Munich depends the fate of the team on a novice coach who does not have much experience at all.

Tuchel was actually not fired from Munich, because as far as I know after Munich had difficulty getting a new coach, Munich began to consider retaining Tuchel as their coach next season but Tuchel rejected it firmly after Bayern Munich could not meet the conditions proposed by Tuchel, but whatever is the reason Munich in recruiting a new coach of course entrusting Kompany as a coach is a very risky gamble according to me.

it will be very difficult if they want to recover quickly with the arrival of a new coach, because of course everything requires a process along the way, especially with a new coach who has no experience, of course that is a risky action, but even so, of course they are doing what they think is best even by bringing in a new coach. who are inexperienced but maybe they have their own way, I don't expect anything other than Bayern returning with excellent performance to compete next season.

If they want to recover in a short time, I think that is very unlikely, and in my opinion it is not easy because after all they have to be able to process to become the best. with this season they didn't achieve anything which is quite surprising, because they were beaten by another team which was the same as a surprise for football fans, and of course with their poor condition which means they can't achieve anything this season of course they have problems which may be serious enough to affect their well-known performance every season.

Yeah, they bloody and boldly appointed Vincent Kompany. I don't have much to say about the big man, I'd wait until January next year to see how he relates with the players present and those incoming. He's more like Daniel De Rossi to me, I don't want to look down on him.

I had this mindset until I watched how he did with Burnley during the Championship season he won the tittle for Burnley. He has a good way he approches the game and we'll definitely see more yougins jump into his squad with Bayern Munich. Most of the top players who contributed to Burnley winning the Championship joined other big sides and also won trophies again. Evaluation of all these made me silent.
I do think he has a good future and is not too bad, we'll see to that. We judge only his Premier League season not his championship which we didn't even watch. Hopefully, he ups his game with Bayern Munich.

I want to see what's for Harry Kane if he has time for this or he'll leave. I do think he has to, he needs trophies for goodness sake. Nothing yet between Xabi Alonso and Kompany, we'll see who's tactically better next season.

The competition in the champions league is no doubt far different from what Leverkusen did faced in their domestic league but then the had an opportunity of playing outside their domestic league Thai season as well a d they didn't do any bad back there so I don't think they total have no clue as to what they will be expecting att he champions league and then the new format of the champions league is such that can be taken advantage of especially for team like them looking forward to gather experience.

Even if Leverkusen doesn't get to win the champions league or even maintain an unbeaten record tillt he finals just like they did in the Europa, it's will be very fine they go there and make sure to get enough experience as they haven't been there well enough in a very long time of which I think they may not get to the finals but then I will not want to underestimate them because Dortmund actually took some by surprise and now at the champions league finals. Xabi has got a very resilient winning mentality and I hope that gets to help him a lot in their champions league appearance.

Personally my expectations for Leverkusen are not really high but I just want them to go gather some experience and make sure to defend  the trophy in their domestic league of finish top four so they can secure a ticket to the champions league again a d then make use of the experience they will be getting from This, if they are able to make it to the semi finals, it's a big deal because they haven't been  here I a long while and hitting it that big at their first trial is a whole lot actually.

I'm not sure whether Vincent Kompany can keep Sane next season when his contract expires and this doubt is only because I think about the results that Bayern Munich will get in the summer.
If Munich can get good improvements and dominate the Bundesliga again or maybe win titles in several competitions, Sane will definitely stay in Munich and start signing a new contract.
I admit that Sane has many advantages that Bayern Munich really needs, but we don't know what will happen to the new coach and sometimes there are some players who usually don't like the new coach and decide to leave Munich.

Kane is an important player at the moment but he needs the contribution of Sane who can always make the right pass to Kane and score.
I can't imagine what it would be like if Sane had to decide to leave Munich and there would definitely be a decline in performance in Munich when they lost several very reliable players like Sane.

Winning by 3 goals, it was not luck for Atalanta but they played much better in the final match and they deserved to win.

It was quite surprising when we saw Leverkusen lose for the first time this season in a fairly important match and I highlighted the mentality of the Leverkusen team. I think this is all about mentality because the Europa League final match definitely has a much different tension compared to other matches and according to Leverkusen don't have a strong mentality and they don't seem ready to be in the Europa League final.

Atalanta Football team played very well in the final match of Europe league. Atalanta players are very hard working and they were deserving candidates for the title. Leverkusen played with low confidence and I didn't expect that they will lose like that because no player did only goal . But I appreciate to Atalanta because they gave their hundred percent and gave many passes and their many shots were on the target . Actually, luck matters a lot to win the title and Atalanta luck was great. Atalanta got 4 yellow cards but Leverkusen got only 3 yellow cards. Leverkusen passes were good but they could win due to bad luck. I Know it is big team and I like it .

After Vincent Kompany officially being an new manager of Bayern Munich i think he should be able to convince Leroy Sane to stay and extended his contract because with Bayern Munich Sane is still consistent and this season his statistics is quite impressive because in all competitions he was played 42 matches with scores 10 goals and create 13 assists so he is important player for Bayern Munich but the future of this player is still uncertain besides that Sane also was targetting to the several big clubs and his contract will be expired on summer 2025 so Kompany must be able to convince Sane to stay in this team

Besides Leroy Sane who performing well with Bayern Munich we all know they have Harry Kane and he is Bayer Munich top scorer in Bundesliga with 36 goals and these records too making him awarded Europa Golden Boot of this season and i think this is good start for Harry Kane and next season i am curious whether Harry Kane can play consistently with Bayer Munich under Kompany or not but with this award he was very confident can make Bayern Munich to dominated Bundesliga again

Kompany's arrival at Bayern Munich will certainly bring a long polemic and quite a few people agree with Bayern Munich appointing him as the new coach for next season. Everyone knows his track record, especially when his previous team was relegated again, it actually made him add a series of bad results to his coaching record.

I think maybe Bayern Munich is experiencing a setback? Even though they can always get great coaches rich in experience, this time we see it as a failure in managing a club and maybe this will be the next disaster that Bayern Munich will receive. All teams always try hard to show their best game in each season and if Bayern Munich makes a decision like this it means they are ready for the worst scenario that exists.

Company, this is a kind of experiment, they think that since young Alonso managed to achieve success with Bayer, then Company can also succeed, but in fact, this is just an attempt that does not have a good reason.

I see that Bayern has a grudge against Tuchel, they accuse him of having agreed with MU in advance that he could replace ten Hag, but firstly this has not happened yet, and secondly I don’t see anything wrong with it, since there were talks that Tuchel would leave the team in the summer, long before the end of the season, so they knew this and it is logical that Tuchel could look for other acceptable options for a new job.

The team they have may not be able to compete with teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City in tournaments like the Champions League with this team, so they must recruit good players this season even if they are to do well in the Champions League. It is very likely that we will see another strong opponent in the Champions League. We have high expectations for Leverkusen and will always expect this team to perform well in the Champions League as well as in the local league tournament and a new team to win the Champions League tournament title.

Bayern Munich bringing in another inexperienced coach will bring more problems to the club, and even if they have good players, if they don’t get a new manager, they will still face the same problems they faced because now I believe Bayern Munich will want to perform aggressively so that they will get their performance back and get their Bundesliga title back after Bayern Leverkusen took it from them this year.

 However, I don’t think Komapny is going to be capable of handling Bayern Munich and solving their problem, or did we think Bayern Munich's deformity was due to players? To me, having good players is just coaching skills that their former manager lacks, and now that they have signed Kompany as their manager, I hope he will be able to get the team performance back and also win a title for them.

After Vincent Kompany was announced as Bayern Munich boss, I found it very difficult to believe the reality that the former Belgium international was what a big club like Bayern Munich will opt for now that they need a manager that'll help the club return back to their winning ways again. Without taking anything away from Vincent Kompany, I don't think he posseses the tactical experience that strong enough to help an European heavyweight like Bayern Munich reclaim their positions as one of the most dominant clubs in Europe. I'll be happy to see Kompany prove me and every other person who does not believe in him wrong but until then, I still can't understand why a young manager that recently oversaw the relegation of Burnley to the second division of English club football appointed to manage a big club like Bayern Munich.
One of the  persons who believes he'll succeed at Bayern Munich said that since he is a Pep Guardiola's protege, he'll surely win many trophies at Bayern Munich. Hopefully for Vincent Kompany, these dreams of succeeding at Allianz Arena becomes a reality.

I think age is not an obstacle for someone to coach, although indeed the experience possessed by Kompany is very little but I think there is something special about Kompany that did make Bayern Munich interested in signing him, Kompany managed to bring Burnley promotion to the Premier League in the previous season and of course it indicates if he does have the ability that might be an attraction for Munich to sign him even though this season Kompany Unable to prevent Burnley from being relegated , looking at Burnley game this season, in fact, their game is quite good and sometimes often makes their opponents difficult to win, but indeed the low quality of players possessed by Burnley certainly makes Kompany and Burnley unable to do much to win every game they have this season.

If we compare Alonso and Kompany, it seems that Kompany has more experience in coaching regardless of the achievements of two different coach this season, next season will certainly be Kompany first season coaching a big team and I think maybe he will be able to make a difference in Munich next season, becaus Munich is filled with many star players different to the Burnley he previously coached. 
Alonso, who was able to lead Leverkusen to win the Bundesliga this season, seems to be a trend that makes European club clubs now start targeting  young coaches to recruit, including Bayern Munich.
