Kompany should given a chance and let us see what he gat for Bayern next season. It is not good to underestimate a coach because he did not win trophies during his days as a player. He might be able to do well in coaching. This was the same way we all critized De Rossi, but he was able to surprise us by winning his first five matches and only lost to Inter. So I think we need to see what Kompany will be able to do, if he will be not be able to win a trophy to Bayern next season like just like he didn'twhen he was as a player

If indeed Bayern's decision is unanimous by wanting to replace Tuchel with Kompany, then surely the opportunity must be given even though there will certainly be a lot of doubts considering what he did in the EPL with Burnley did not go too well because it could not survive in the English premier league competition but at least at Bayern he can get more squad luxury and the competition is not too tight like the EPL.

Doubts for young coaches and new coaches will definitely remain for anyone as well as what happened with Xabi in the last 2 seasons when replacing Seoane but indeed it was ultimately not a problem as long as Kompany could convince in terms of performance then his views would change so if Kompany is finally at Bayern then indeed he must be prepared for the pressure he will experience.

At least, if we consider what has happened so far, regarding great players like Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney and maybe many more. They were successful as players and became legends, but when they became coaches, in reality they failed. But even so, at least there are also great players like Xabi Alonso who is great as a player but also successful as a coach. Meanwhile regarding Vincent Kompany, at least previously Vincent Kompany was only the head coach of Burnley and of course, there it might be difficult for Vincent Kompany to produce good results due to lack of resources. But at Bayern Munich, of course the resources that Bayern Munich have are good and thus, it is possible that Vincent Kompany can succeed in providing the best results for Bayern Munich next season. Although indeed, at least I will still doubt it, but let's just wait and see how the results will be, whether good or bad.

Bayern Munchen will certainly try their best to re-establish their dominance in the Bundesliga, this ambition will be realized with Kompany who becomes their manager next season. Even though some people doubt Kompany capacity, everything will become clear as the season progresses, what is clear is that the competition for trophies will not be easy. The Bundesliga is getting more competitive, the fierce competition that we have expected all along has occurred, with Leverkusen emerging as the new champions. Kompany will be charged with a big responsibility, snatching the trophy from Leverkusen, a very tough task and making the previous 3 prospective managers reluctant to join Bayern Munchen.

Kompany now has one of the best squads under his control, which should make his job easier to meet the team expectations. But if you look at Leverkusen, who will be the defending champions next season, everything still looks very difficult. Leverkusen will be the main competitor in fighting for the top of the standings, also teams like Stuttgart, Leipzig and Dortmund will certainly add to the complexity of the competition. However, next season is still very far away, Kompany still has plenty of time to prepare and do something in the transfer window.
In principle, I always respect anyone, but Kompany has accepted a quite challenging job because he has absolutely no experience in managing a team that has a big reputation in Europe. Apart from that, he will also be faced with a situation where he must be able to build good communication with senior players like Neur and Muller, which is certainly not easy. Honestly, I am pessimistic about Kompany for the next season, he will definitely feel tremendous pressure if he fails to compete with Bayer Leverkusen or Dortmund.

I think age is not an obstacle for someone to coach, although indeed the experience possessed by Kompany is very little but I think there is something special about Kompany that did make Bayern Munich interested in signing him, Kompany managed to bring Burnley promotion to the Premier League in the previous season and of course it indicates if he does have the ability that might be an attraction for Munich to sign him even though this season Kompany Unable to prevent Burnley from being relegated , looking at Burnley game this season, in fact, their game is quite good and sometimes often makes their opponents difficult to win, but indeed the low quality of players possessed by Burnley certainly makes Kompany and Burnley unable to do much to win every game they have this season.

If we compare Alonso and Kompany, it seems that Kompany has more experience in coaching regardless of the achievements of two different coach this season, next season will certainly be Kompany first season coaching a big team and I think maybe he will be able to make a difference in Munich next season, becaus Munich is filled with many star players different to the Burnley he previously coached.
Alonso, who was able to lead Leverkusen to win the Bundesliga this season, seems to be a trend that makes European club clubs now start targeting  young coaches to recruit, including Bayern Munich.
Age indeed isn't a sole determinant of coaching ability, as seen in Vincent Kompany's case. Despite his young age and limited coaching experience, Kompany's tenure at Burnley, where he successfully secured promotion to the Premier League, caught the attention of Bayern Munich. The fact that Kompany managed to elevate Burnley's performance despite their relegation speaks well of his potential. While Burnley's relegation this season may overshadow Kompany's achievements, his ability to make the team competitive with limited resources speaks more about his coaching abilities.

Comparing Kompany to Xabi Alonso, who led Bayer Leverkusen to Bundesliga glory in his first season as a coach, showcases the growing trend of European clubs seeking out young coaches. Regardless of their differing achievements this season, both coaches represent a shift in the coaching landscape, where clubs are willing to take calculated risks on young talent. Kompany's upcoming debut season with a top club like Bayern Munich gives a significant opportunity for him to display his coaching abilities on a high stage, especially given the caliber of players at his disposal.

As Bayern Munich seek to maintain their competitive nature in European football, their decision to appoint Kompany signifies a willingness to embrace fresh and innovative coaching approaches. Kompany's blend of experience as a former elite player and his budding coaching career puts him as an intriguing prospect for Bayern. While there are imminent challenges in transitioning from coaching a smaller club to a European powerhouse like Bayern, Kompany's appointment reflects a trend in football where clubs seek coaches who can manage technicality with a different view, regardless of age or coaching level.

Kompany is 38 years old. He hasn't achieved anything yet, but he got an invitation to Bayern. So why did Germany's top club choose such an inexperienced coach? Some football experts explain it like this.
Perhaps the answer lies in the trend towards attacking football. We see that in Europe it is rather dominant teams that succeed. Kompany was putting on a controlling football similar to the City/Brighton/Bayer style. This style allowed them to win the Championship with young players. But Kompany lacked the high calibre of players to be successful in the EPL. And now he will have absolutely top level players.
That may be a valid reason, but it is quite risky for Bayern to bring in an inexperienced coach, especially as they want to quickly recover after failing to defend their Bundesliga title this season and they even ended the season without achieving anything.
On the one hand, Kompany will get full support from the Bayern team which has a capable squad, but with high targets it will certainly also be a burden for Kompany.

There is no guarantee Bayern Munich under the control of Vincent Kompany can win the Bundesliga title next season, because in my opinion there is still not enough quality, but let's give him time to prove it. Because now at Bayern Munich at least they have enough players to support them. So it's a matter of whether the players are qualified, it just depends on Kompany quality in training the players. I remember Kompany and Sane had the same uniform when they were at Man City. Will this be awkward where Sane is still a player and Kompany is the coach.
Like it or not, the conclusion is that Kompany must win the trophy, because Bayern in Tuchel hands only finished in 3rd position, we can easily judge that if Kompany is able to make Bayern Munich improve then they must win the trophy, but if at the end of the season Bayern finish in the same position or goes down in 4th position means Kompany failed in his first season. It's that simple to see Bayern results in Kompany hands.
Kompany should given a chance and let us see what he gat for Bayern next season. It is not good to underestimate a coach because he did not win trophies during his days as a player. Of course it is. There are coaches who have won more trophies as coaches than as players. Ancelotti for example. Or we can show Mourinho as an example. Being a coach; Being tactically equipped and not winning trophies as a player are very different things. I see Kompany as a good option. His future may be bright, but I think this risk was not worth taking for Bayern. Bayern management took a risk right now, I hope they won't regret it.

Their main target next season is to restore the championship title which was won by Leverkusen this season. They will definitely try to restore that after in the last decade they have always been successful and this season must be an uncomfortable season for them because they had to lose the championship title.
The coach will face a difficult task, especially if they are with a new coach. Because a new coach will need adaptation, and understanding the character of each player he has will be a task that is not easy for him. He also has to be able to see what strategy is suitable, and of course there will be a disassembly of players to get the best squad in the main squad.
We'll see whether Bayern Munich will be able to restore the title they have won next season, or Leverkusen will be able to defend the title they won this season. Of course this is something we will be waiting for next season.

Interested waiting with Vincent Kompany will make Xabi Alonso as great competitor for next season because Leverkusen under Alonso success become invisible winner of Bundesliga for this season.
Bayern Munich can repeat what they usually do on transfer market, buying best players of their domestic opponents and in this summer, they can buy one or some players from Bayer Leverkusen and directly affect general strength and competitiveness of Leverkusen as their good preparation for a next season in Bundesliga.

Arteta and Kompany will have interesting competition as head coaches of two strongest clubs in Bundesliga next season.

Arteta?  Roll Eyes

As for transfers, the situation now is far from the same as it was 5-10 years ago and Bayern is not at all a super attractive club to play in, so they cannot repeat the tricks that they have been doing for decades. For example, if I remember correctly, Lewandowski left for Bayern for a symbolic sum, blackmailing Bayer that he would leave in a year for free.
The market has been blown up by the PL and then the Saudis, many clubs are offering huge contracts (bigger than Bayern) so Bayern don't have the resources to "win the competition before it starts". The next season will be really interesting.

Not just because they worked with Guardiola means they should be on rush in the market,  each club management knows what they want in a person to serve as the head coach for their club and if after all set and done they ended up with who they want then their decision isn't something we should doubt yet untill their option fails to improve the team compared to the previous coach.

Bayern Munich wasn't at much lacking in their defence, but some additions and selection will help strengthen the team, a club with a slim defense line is likely to face great despair from their oppositor. With Kompany as the coach and with iconic position as him being ones a player, I think he would be a lot more defensive and this will help him not to conceive early goals and wide margins.

My opinion is the opposite, I believe that with Kompany Bayern will become a more attacking team, perhaps as it was under Negelsmann, and the reason is that Guardiola’s school will play a role here. But I agree that Bayern could have done better with their defence, it has often let them down in crucial moments, and they shouldn’t rely only on Neuer, he also makes mistakes.

Kompany's with Bayern now, right? Crazy move. He made Burnley a possession machine and got them back in the Premier. Big but: it's not the Championship anymore. Bayern Munich expects trophies like oxygen. Kompany's techniques are captivating. His teams set the tempo and controlled the ball. Will that work against the big boys? Is it effective against Klopps and Guardiolas?  Bayern's board lacks patience. Bavaria considers a trophyless season a sin. Kompany must start strong. If not, he'll leave before "Oktoberfest." Yes, it's risky. It might be brilliant. Kompany may succeed Pep. It may be disastrous. He could return to the Championship soon. Time will tell. But man, I'll watch this intently

The choice of Bayern Munich to chose Kompany as their new manager is something very surprising to me also, he wasn’t successful with Burnley in the premier league and they got relegated. He looks like an inexperienced coach to me, but why such an high caliber team like Bayern Munich go for him when they have many options to select from. Kompany has been praised before by Pep Guardiola, I feel there’s something about him that not all have seen but Pep to talk about him to be a good coach. Now that he has joined Bayern Munich, and also got high professional players, we wait to see what he can offer to this team to make them successful in the coming season.

we can see that FC Burnley's market value of €244.10m is not far behind some other premier league teams, which means that at least Burnley could have been able to compete with some teams in this premier league season and They wouldn't have been relegated if the coach had experience with the premier league. I don't know what Bayern's management has in mind, Burnley in the premier league played 38 games and only won 5 games. I don't expect Bayern to win the Bundesliga next season

A team like Bayern Munich cannot chose a manager that they don’t see potential in to make the team a successful one. Kompany may not have done well managing Burnley but that doesn’t mean he cannot successfully manage Bayern Munich and bring them to success. Something must be hidden that we don’t know about this Kompany and I’ll have to remain more curious about it until things begin to unfold next season as he manages the club. The premier league is known as the best of all leagues and more competitive than other leagues, maybe that will help him manage in the Bundesliga than he will in the premier league.

I also agree that a team as big as Bayern Munich cannot choose their team manager carelessly. They must have full consideration when choosing their team manager.

But this time i think it's quite different, i don't know why a team like Bayern Munich chose Kompany as manager, i don't understand what considerations they made. I think the answer is only two possibilities, maybe because Kompany succeeded in bringing Burnley to the Premier League as a promotion team, or, maybe because Bayern Munich realized Kompany's potential as a manager when they saw Kompany become a manager and player at Anderlecht.

I know that Thomas Tuchel will be replace if he loose the UEFA champions league trophy, and he tried his best to ensure they qualified for final game but Real Madrid use a goal to locked them out from the semi-final.

Based on what Bayern Munich management did in this season to replaced Thomas Tuchel, it will take the new coach time before he will begin to set the players well to secure some goals that will give them victory.

I know many teams will sack their coaches that failed to help their team to lift the trophy this season, which Bayern Munich has started it to prepare against next season so that they will be able to per take final game in the UEFA champion league and Bundesliga competition which is their major target next season.

Vincent kompany as a coaching choice for Bayern Munich huh?🤔🤔 Well like everyone this also actually baffles me because Bayern Munich is a top club in Europe and having to meet up with the pressure of winning trophies and playing good football will certainly get to kompany as he has little experience in coaching. Although I feel after playing under the likes of one of the greatest coaches of all time @ pep guadiola, he might actually been able to rob off that guadiola vibes in which even his boy arteta has gotten through what he achieved in arsenal.

Finally, Bayern Munich have appointed Vincent Kompany as new manager for replacing Thomas Tuchel position and his contract valid until June 2027, three years later will see how possibility with Bayern Munich will return back for winning Bundesliga competition or Vincent Kompany will sack before his contract expiry.
Personally, its difficult acceptable with Bayern Munich appointed Vincent Kompany become their new manager for next season because he failed with Burnley after relegated to EFL Championship this season. I doubt will Bayern Munich get success for winning Bundesliga and has most impressive performance in Champion League because Vincent Kompany lack experienced on the top level competition.

Atalanta Football team played very well in the final match of Europe league. Atalanta players are very hard working and they were deserving candidates for the title. Leverkusen played with low confidence and I didn't expect that they will lose like that because no player did only goal . But I appreciate to Atalanta because they gave their hundred percent and gave many passes and their many shots were on the target . Actually, luck matters a lot to win the title and Atalanta luck was great. Atalanta got 4 yellow cards but Leverkusen got only 3 yellow cards. Leverkusen passes were good but they could win due to bad luck. I Know it is big team and I like it .
Winning by 3 goals, it was not luck for Atalanta but they played much better in the final match and they deserved to win.

It was quite surprising when we saw Leverkusen lose for the first time this season in a fairly important match and I highlighted the mentality of the Leverkusen team. I think this is all about mentality because the Europa League final match definitely has a much different tension compared to other matches and according to Leverkusen don't have a strong mentality and they don't seem ready to be in the Europa League final.
They were very effective when building an attack so that the opportunities they created were converted into goals and that was their success in this match. They didn't waste time and were able to create goal after goal so that 3 goals were the result of their hard work. This is not luck, because even if we look at the final statistics, they created more open opportunities.

Maybe they lost possession in the final statistics, but that also happened when they were ahead and that is a change of strategy in my opinion. Because when they already had the advantage, they tried to play more defensively, especially since their advantage was also 2 goals at the end of the first half, so they could freely change their strategy in the second half. The coach was very clever in finding Leverkusen's weak points, so he managed to beat Leverkusen in the final round.

Company, this is a kind of experiment, they think that since young Alonso managed to achieve success with Bayer, then Company can also succeed, but in fact, this is just an attempt that does not have a good reason.

I see that Bayern has a grudge against Tuchel, they accuse him of having agreed with MU in advance that he could replace ten Hag, but firstly this has not happened yet, and secondly I don’t see anything wrong with it, since there were talks that Tuchel would leave the team in the summer, long before the end of the season, so they knew this and it is logical that Tuchel could look for other acceptable options for a new job.
Alonso ability to lift Leverkusen performance this season is certainly a reason for Bayern Munich to try to imitate what Leverkusen did, but I think every thing that is imitated will certainly not produce something the same later, now Bayern Munich is starting to try to experiment with using young coaches and not experienced at all, because as we know so far if Bayern Munich always bring top coaches to the squad They and of course this season we are the first time we see if Bayern Munich depends the fate of the team on a novice coach who does not have much experience at all.

Tuchel was actually not fired from Munich, because as far as I know after Munich had difficulty getting a new coach, Munich began to consider retaining Tuchel as their coach next season but Tuchel rejected it firmly after Bayern Munich could not meet the conditions proposed by Tuchel, but whatever is the reason Munich in recruiting a new coach of course entrusting Kompany as a coach is a very risky gamble according to me.

That may be a valid reason, but it is quite risky for Bayern to bring in an inexperienced coach, especially as they want to quickly recover after failing to defend their Bundesliga title this season and they even ended the season without achieving anything.
On the one hand, Kompany will get full support from the Bayern team which has a capable squad, but with high targets it will certainly also be a burden for Kompany.

it will be very difficult if they want to recover quickly with the arrival of a new coach, because of course everything requires a process along the way, especially with a new coach who has no experience, of course that is a risky action, but even so, of course they are doing what they think is best even by bringing in a new coach. who are inexperienced but maybe they have their own way, I don't expect anything other than Bayern returning with excellent performance to compete next season.

If they want to recover in a short time, I think that is very unlikely, and in my opinion it is not easy because after all they have to be able to process to become the best. with this season they didn't achieve anything which is quite surprising, because they were beaten by another team which was the same as a surprise for football fans, and of course with their poor condition which means they can't achieve anything this season of course they have problems which may be serious enough to affect their well-known performance every season.

Interested waiting with Vincent Kompany will make Xabi Alonso as great competitor for next season because Leverkusen under Alonso success become invisible winner of Bundesliga for this season.

Yeah, they bloody and boldly appointed Vincent Kompany. I don't have much to say about the big man, I'd wait until January next year to see how he relates with the players present and those incoming. He's more like Daniel De Rossi to me, I don't want to look down on him.

I had this mindset until I watched how he did with Burnley during the Championship season he won the tittle for Burnley. He has a good way he approches the game and we'll definitely see more yougins jump into his squad with Bayern Munich. Most of the top players who contributed to Burnley winning the Championship joined other big sides and also won trophies again. Evaluation of all these made me silent.
I do think he has a good future and is not too bad, we'll see to that. We judge only his Premier League season not his championship which we didn't even watch. Hopefully, he ups his game with Bayern Munich.

I want to see what's for Harry Kane if he has time for this or he'll leave. I do think he has to, he needs trophies for goodness sake. Nothing yet between Xabi Alonso and Kompany, we'll see who's tactically better next season.

Leverkusen may have performed well in the local league with their current squad but ahead they will play in the Champions League tournament where they could face strong teams like Real Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona. The team they have may not be able to compete with teams like Real Madrid and Manchester City in tournaments like the Champions League with this team, so they must recruit good players this season even if they are to do well in the Champions League. It is very likely that we will see another strong opponent in the Champions League. We have high expectations for Leverkusen and will always expect this team to perform well in the Champions League as well as in the local league tournament and a new team to win the Champions League tournament title.
The competition in the champions league is no doubt far different from what Leverkusen did faced in their domestic league but then the had an opportunity of playing outside their domestic league Thai season as well a d they didn't do any bad back there so I don't think they total have no clue as to what they will be expecting att he champions league and then the new format of the champions league is such that can be taken advantage of especially for team like them looking forward to gather experience.

Even if Leverkusen doesn't get to win the champions league or even maintain an unbeaten record tillt he finals just like they did in the Europa, it's will be very fine they go there and make sure to get enough experience as they haven't been there well enough in a very long time of which I think they may not get to the finals but then I will not want to underestimate them because Dortmund actually took some by surprise and now at the champions league finals. Xabi has got a very resilient winning mentality and I hope that gets to help him a lot in their champions league appearance.

Personally my expectations for Leverkusen are not really high but I just want them to go gather some experience and make sure to defend  the trophy in their domestic league of finish top four so they can secure a ticket to the champions league again a d then make use of the experience they will be getting from This, if they are able to make it to the semi finals, it's a big deal because they haven't been  here I a long while and hitting it that big at their first trial is a whole lot actually.
