The thing is Dortmund is a very successful club when you think about the business that they are doing. Let me rephrase, they are not a very successful club when it comes to achievement. But they are a successful club when it comes to earning money.

Because they bring a player forward who is not relatively known. And they make him a really good player who can certainly attract some really big clubs. In the end, they sell him for a huge profit. That’s what has been happening in Dortmund for a long time. So, they have two options. They can continue making money by doing what they are doing. Or they can change the way and actually go for achievements.

In breeding players Dortmund are very good at it. This is the only strategy Dortmund use in making money and it is workiing for them. If Dortmund can make plan and be serious about winning trophies it will also help them to generate money too.

No, I think I have to disagree with you over there as I personally think that Bayern Munich I really in need of a striker along with a good goalkeeper.

You know, Manuel Neuer has aged and he has been having injury problems for a long time and now that Robert Lewandowski has left the club, even though they have bought Sadio Mané, we have to say that he is not a lethal striker so they need another number nine up in the front who can score consistent goals.

And about the goalkeeper, I am concerned about Livakovic doing good in a big table like Bayern Munich.

I believe that Bayern Munich would need a better striker for achieving the Champions League title. But for the Bundesliga title, I don't have the same idea. Because their job is just so comfortable there that there isn't any team to prevent them from making it to the title. The beginning of the season was really interesting though but Bayern Munich are back in their usual place again. They will most probably end the season earlier by announcing their championship as always.

However I have doubts about whether this squad would be enough to compete for the CL title more seriously. I know that it wasn't like guaranteed when they had Lewandowski. But at least their attacking line was more reliable. They have Mane also now maybe but Choupo-Moting is doubtful about how consistent he could be.

Dortmund have made a lot of profit from selling their players. that is why until now, Dortmund is unshakeable. they do not need a rich owner, like the billionaires who come from Arabia. Dortmund has done a very good business, and we can see that there are many Dortmund players who have become stars. in this winter transfer window season or next summer transfer window, Dortmund will reap huge profits if their two players namely Jude Bellingam and Youssoufa Moukoko are released in the next transfer window and they will replace them with talented newcomers.

This is the business that Dortmund's management runs, because of that they don't rely too much on sponsors and selling match tickets. most importantly, Dortmund remains at the top level of the Bundesliga and always exists in the Champions League.
Almost every season Dortmund have made hugr profits in the transfer market selling their star players, in the last 5 years Dortmund have been team that consistently sells their players every season for over 100 million euros. Dortmund have adopted with business in football with regulation youth orbit and include them in regular position from tow until three years before becoming star player and have higher values transfer.

Still have two left star player and potential with huge profit for Dortmund in next window transfer, I sure Jude Bellingam and Youssoufa Moukoko are released with highest price more than 100 million euro, actually Jude Bellingham have waiting by many favorite team in Primer League from Liverpool, Manchester City until Manchester United want to get his sign.

Apart from all the football clubs so I think Borussia Dortmund's revenue system is a bit different. As we are accustomed to, we see the clubs generate revenue through winning trophies are placing better in the league but I think Borussia Dortmund's revenue system is scouting out younger talented players and selling them for a hefty fee.

We have seen this case for players like Erling Haaland, Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels, and very recently Jude Bellingham. I think the board of Dortmund like the way they make money from selling younger players to bigger clubs for a huge sum.

We are seeing the same competition between Freiburg and Leipzig again in this season. They were fighting for top 4 in the previous one and Freiburg lost the battle by getting bad results on the final weeks of the season. This time they must be more serious to achieve their goal. Surely there wouldn't be any revenge situation. Both are always aiming to qualify for the Champions League only.

Leipzig have more potential if we consider only the squad qualities. But football is more than that of course. Freiburg have had a really good team effort so far. But of course Leipzig have at least proven that they are stronger than Freiburg in their matchup as they beat them 3-1.

A tough game coming up for freiburg team they are currently occupying the second position and they will face wolfsburg in about twenty days, wolfsburg are a tough team they have been unbeaten for a long time and they had a perfect score in the last four games and they have beaten dortmund in the process, they will play away so that explaint why wolfsburg are the favourite high stake game for both teams i think it will be tight and a draw is highly possible.

After such a long break it is even harder to predict the outcome of games than it already is under normal conditions. I think that the streak of Wolfsburg before the break of the Bundesliga was very impressive and as you already said, they have beat some good teams during that streak, but i also think that streak is not that important anymore because of the long break now while the world cup was played. At the same time, it still has to be seen, how good Freiburg will come out of the winter break. As far as i know the team of Freiburg did not have any major injuries during the break and also the players that were at the world cup all came home healthy.

Goalkeeper is the only position they should look to get someone, and Livakovic is cheaper than anyone else and he is young enough and he is definitely a good alternative.
However, dude is good enough to be a starting GK in most clubs, so going to Bayern to play there until end of the season and be benched next year wouldn't be an ideal situation for him, playing at Bayern until end of the season and then going to another team would be great but he needs to get that 1 year contract if he could and Bayern wouldn't want that. Aside from the GK position, which could be handled with backup GK if you ask me, I do not think that they really need any other player, they are fine in all other positions.
It seems that Bayern Munich is still looking for that Goalkeeper that they need and right now as I have seen in this ARTICLE that Dominik Livakovic is now interested to be transfer to Bayern Munich, but sad to say is that Bayern Munich had already moved on, in getting Dominik Livakovic well in actuality Dominik Livakovic had an idea of getting to Bayern Munich  and Dinamo Zagreb, also named its price of €10 million for the goalkeeper but as I have said Christian Falk has posted on Twitter that Bayern is out in buying the goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic,

Yes, Dortmund does need rich owners. Because without some rich guy owning Dortmund right now, they are not going to improve. The moment they will show some improvement, the club is going to sell the players that are actually playing well just for profit.
And that is something that has been going on for quite a long time right now in Dortmund. This has to change, otherwise, they are not going to be recognized as a competitive team in the Bundesliga. Which is almost the case right now.

Dortmund will really benefit from player transfers this season. But in my personal opinion, some new good players need to be added to their team. Because the condition of the team is not very good.

It is true that Wolfsburg will be a club that will be very disturbing for Freiburg, because Wolfsburg itself has been able to perform very well. This match will be very tight, so I agree that maybe a draw will occur in the match between Freiburg and Wolfsburg. Wolfsburg's host status will also be very influential for their game because they will get the full support of their supporters.
Freiburg needs a win to stay in Bayern Munich's shadow, if they lose then Bayern Munich will probably be even more comfortable at the top of the table, and to be honest that's what I don't want to see. Because by widening the points between them it will make the competition invisible.

Vaccinized.. immunity level is full.
There are other clubs who are doing well in the Bundesliga except for Bayern Munich. So I will say that Bayern Munich will have to be careful. Otherwise, they are going to actually give up the first position on the table. Even though I think that is really hard to be happening. But I don't think it is absolutely impossible. After all, we all know how Bayern Munich started this season. They did not start the season well. And they cannot take things easy if they want to hold on to the first position on the table.
Hopefully it happens that Bayern Munich will be struggling a bit on the front of the table and i guess others would love that also.
This would be making the race for the 1st Place more interesting and the whole first german league too.
And i have nothing against that , that maybe Freiburg , Berlin , Frankfurt or Dortmund or any other Team will get the Title.
But yeah as we know the luck of Munich probably they make it again , lol .

I cannot say that it is luck. Bayern Munich is going to win the title because they are the best team in the league and also because they are playing very well in the league. There are teams like Freiberg, Frankfurt, and others, as you mention who have the capability to perform well and contest for the title in my opinion. But I don’t think they have the capability of winning the title, especially when they will be facing Bayern Munich for it. It’s just that sad reality.

there are clubs with good teams in the Bundesliga. but as you can see, consistency of play as strong as Munich is very rarely seen in the Bundesliga.
however, Dortmund has always been obsessed with the player transfer business that benefits them. if Dortmund wants to beat Munich it can be done if they don't care too much about business and focus on chasing trophies.

Yes, I absolutely agree. We have seen a lot of teams trying to perform consistently. As we saw Union Berlin performed really well at the start of the season. But now they are not performing well. Consistency is it big problem for all the teams in Bundesliga, except for Bayern Munich.

Dortmund was a good team but currently their performance is going bad. After Halland's departure, they could not add any player to fill Halland's place in their team. In view of which, Dortmund have some problems in attack.
Dortmund is one of the best teams and Erling Haaland's departure should not be the reason for his defeat in several matches, even though in his last match Dortmund lost and could not lead the top of the standings but there is still hope for Dortmund to get into the top 3, although it will be very difficult to do so and it requires a lot of effort.
last November, out of the majority of matches that were run by dortmund, they lost (against wolfsburg & moncheng) even in a friendly match against vietnam they also lost. Dortmund's attack line is very blunt, I predict it will be difficult for them to finish in the top 3 until the end of the season, against Augsburg later, I think I will refrain from making bet, because Dortmund's appearance is still unstable and convincing.
I want to see the response from Borussia Dortmund's management after they haven't performed well so far. They looked down and everyone noticed it. There is still plenty of time for Borussia Dortmund to improve their performance, which is currently unable to appear very promising, even as you said they are still in an unstable state and it is easy for them to drop points. 15 matches with 6 defeats is bad for them.

Maybe Dortmund aren't in a very favourable condition in the league now. But even if they were at the second position in the standings they wouldn't still have been able to compete with Bayern Munich at the same level. We all know about their priorities rather than a Bundesliga championship. We have already talked about this many times here I guess. As long as the board doesn't completely change I won't be expecting any big change in Dortmund's business model. They will just continue to prioritize making a lot of profit in selling young players.
Bellingham is about to be another candidate for that by next summer you know. He will be a Real Madrid player most probably.
Dortmund was a good team but currently their performance is going bad. After Halland's departure, they could not add any player to fill Halland's place in their team. In view of which, Dortmund have some problems in attack.
Dortmund is a business inclined team, they dwell more on business than on trophies. Halland's departure was a highly lucrative gain for them. They are always lucky to get a good player at an early age but they always find it so difficult to keep them when they start making names. Now they currently don't have any other vibrant midfielder but they are already at the edge of selling out Jude Bellingham, and this will cause more arm to the team.

Dortmund is in the sixth position on the table, and they have also lost their last two matches. And Dortmund has also lost against the two teams that are in there very next position from them on the table, Mönchengladbach, and Wolfsburg.

I think we can say that Dortmund is not doing very well. And I don’t have much hope for them this season. I do not think that they will be able to improve in a way that they will be able to compete for the top three positions on the table. And Dortmund is not going to be too much worried about that because winning trophies is not their primary target anyway.

el kaka22, Personally, I think the first priority should be a goalkeeper for Bayern Munich right now. But after that, they should also probably get a striker as well. A striker who will be able to score at any given time possible. Yes, I know that they have almost no problem, scoring goals. They have the biggest goal difference in the league (probably 36). That is obviously already almost impossible to beat.

But if we think about the Champions League standards, they need a goalkeeper and also a striker to make the team more balanced.

As long as they are good enough in attack I don't think there will be too many problems in Neuer's absence. This is not the first time he has been absent at Bayern because previously in the past few months he was also absent in the bundesliga and Champions League and had to be replaced by Ulreich but that is still very good, even now it will still be like that I think especially they still have the best defense vision is to attack .
Bayern Munich is a team that is very experienced in the Champions League and also in the Bundesliga so it will not be too affected by the absence of a player even though that player is a player the team has relied on. And now it is still being seen as proof that Bayern Munich is still at the top of the Bundesliga standings and is expected to be able to give a better surprise in the Champions League this season.
This is the point, as long as they are unbeaten in the middle and they are always concentrated, I really think that losing Neuer can also be anticipated.
But indeed to be more guarded, there is no reason for them apart from adding players in the goalkeeper sector as planned. Not that Ulreich is bad, but they need to increase their endurance, especially since the goalkeeper position is still vacant at the moment.

It's a sure cycle for the dortmund rising star players to move out after a great years have been through , it's like they are doing the business really well and develop successfully many talented players over the past few years into a well transfer price tag , outstanding one to make money.
Dortmund was very professional in doing football busineses. Dortmund has been known to be a factory for the professional players. There are so many great players were coming from dortmund like haaland, lewandowski and many more.
It's just sad that dortmund risking it for having no trophy ;(
Dortmund has been exchanging it with bunch of money. You can easily get money from selling the players to the another team with high price. If you are aiming to get a trophy and you will get a prize for that. what's difference? dortmund knows the club has no chance to win the trophy. The management didn't wanna take a bet and try to play safe by selling the players with very high price.
@EdenHazard Dortmund need’s new rich owner’s, because only then will they be able to hold on to their best player’s and if that doesn’t happen then they’ll constantly lose their top performing player’s.

Furthermore it seems to me that young player’s know that they can develop well at Dortmund and accordingly they plan to leave for a bigger club post their development, and while we do blame Dortmund for selling but what if the young player’s don’t have any intentions of staying for long term and in that case is Dortmund really wrong to sell them?.

After Erling Haaland left for Man City, it is now Jude Bellingham's turn who is rumored to be going to another European club, but it is not certain which club he will sign the contract with. Apart from that, Dortmund can't just keep quiet, they are far from good this season, being in 6th place in the standings is a bad result that they must fix immediately. Targeting new players in the transfer market is one way to deal with the team's current performance, it seems that coach Edin Terzić seems to have thought about this.
That's how the team if too focused on their business, it can backfire on themselves. I won't say that the business they have been doing is wrong, because in football, business is also one of the supporting factors for their finances. However, they should be able to distinguish and sort more what they can do and what they can't do (I mean excessively). When they sell some of their important players in the team, I think it's a little bit over the top and they don't think about their future with the club.
That's how a business pattern works, when there are other clubs that offer higher prices, of course they will not refuse the club's offer, as a result the club should be able to develop better, even though its performance has declined. But if indeed the player wants to leave the previous club it doesn't really matter if they want to have a higher career and of course to seek new experiences at other clubs. But talking about Dortmund, it seems that they also have to immediately fill the void with a suitable player, otherwise they will be left behind by other clubs who are now dominating the Bundesliga.
